1. Check in time is 15pm, check out time 12noon. Always welcome to ask for early check in or extension, subject to availability. 2. Please remove your shoes before enter to the house. 3. After shower, turn off the water heater for safety purpose. 4. No party and pets in the house. 5. Strictly no smoking/durian in the house. 6. Please clean/wash utensils after use.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, the toilet door locks were not working. Otherwise quite ok for 1 night stay.
Pro -Checking in was easy. - owner gave good instructions to access to this apartment -Owner are contactable thru whatapp. -The apartment was spacious & clean -Instant coffee provided - towel provided ( but we dun use them ) - security guard checked - Enough carpark space for visitor - water heater hot enough Cons - realized the main door was actually spoil. If u push hard a little, it will just open even if u lock it. So we lock the gate as well. This we felt a bit unsafe. - both bathrooms cannot be use for shower at the same time. The common toilet water pressure really low. - only one small stand fan is provided in master, not enough as it’s not Cold. - if u open the Window to get some cold air outside it’s will too noisy, and when close the window u feel stuffy.
Good for big group or family , very close to premium outlet. Abit far to the casino. The place is clean ,that’s the most important point. Overall it is good
