The room is clean and huge! We were amazed by the space we had in the room. Ample amenities were provided. However, the sound proofing is so bad that we can hear all the traffic, birds, corridor and door closing noises throughout. The lobby and corridor are naturally aired which feels quite warm during some periods. The staff were super friendly and warmly greeted us everytime. Breakfast is good but not super amazing. Not many shops or convenience store nearby, have to drive out to get any needs. Overall good stay.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru for a short getaway and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy and housekeeping did a good job maintaining the room. Facilities were generally good — the gym and pool were well-kept, though they could get a bit busy at peak hours. Location is convenient, especially if you’re planning to explore around Johor Bahru or head across to Singapore. Service from the staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth without much waiting. Overall, a solid choice for a couple’s stay. Not perfect, but definitely worth it for the comfort and convenience.

“Service Was Marvelous ”
Service - I would like to give applause to all staff in Four Points in Masai. From the valet service to front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast restaurant staff were all superb! Everyone I met had eye contact with smile and greeted. Some even expressed concerned to alert caution of steps, wet floor and etc. Special recognition to Naqib whom is a staff in breakfast venue took our feedback of the mushroom soup being too diluted on our first day breakfast and made a fine delicious twist on our second day breakfast. Good job to the Chef too! Good spread of breakfast varieties and all food served were all fresh and delicious. The rooms we stayed were super clean, aircond was cold, water pressure was good but would be better if slightly stronger. Bed were comfy and they even offer to change pillow texture to our comfort. Gym was fully equipped and pretty new. Swimming pool nothing to shout about as it is cater more to young kids and doesnt look enterprising. Overall stay was above satisfactory. Those without own transport might not be suitable as there isn't any convenient stores nearby. Oh ya, cheese cake lovers, please try the cheese cake. It was surprisingly delicious
