入住時正常。但到了半夜三點多，房間突然停電，當時我們只開了冷氣，三隻手機在充電，僅只如此。後續到了四點多電力才恢復，為了尊重屋主，在未經同意前，我也沒有去動任何電箱的設定。都有影片為證。 當下我反映了狀況沒人來回覆，後來白天上班時間後又回應一次，依然沒人回覆， 後來退房後到了中午12點又反映一次才有人回覆一個hi. 他們錢拿到手之後就沒有客戶服務了，後續甚至還反問我們是不是用太多電器。如果你的房子我只開了冷氣以及三隻手機充電就會跳電，那你還是不要拿出來讓他其他人花錢住了，該去檢查房子先。 以及還有回應深夜時段顧客服務能力不足，這個我沒有意見。但為什麼上班時間後我反應了兩次依然沒人回覆，等到退房後的兩小時才回覆一個Hi？ 再次聲明，屋主拿到錢就不辦事，反而將原因歸咎給消費者。 非常不推

从美瑛JR出站可步行到达，周围有餐厅、便利店。房间干净，设施齐全。只有楼梯没有电梯，住二楼需要自己扛行李走楼梯。窗帘遮光不够。

Stayed here for 2 nights. Well equipped apartment with washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries, kitchen cutlery, WiFi, car parking space etc. The person we communicated with was very responsive. Got all my questions answered promptly. The kettle was not working but it was replaced swiftly which we appreciated. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Limited eating places that open for dinner if you don't want to drive to Asahikawa. Separate sleeping area with 2 double beds partitioned from kitchen and lounge. There was a sofa bed in the lounge. We requested for the sofa bed bedding to be provided as there were 3 of us who want to sleep separately but found the sofa bed uncomfortable as the cushions laid out was uneven. So this apartment is best for up to 4 people (not 6) ie sleeping on the 2 double beds.
