I would stay here again. The price was just right.The rooms/Inn was very clean and well maintained. It is in a good location as it near the start of Tumon. Staff was very understanding and friendly. There is a store on the bottom floor along with a laundry room and Kingfisher pub. We ended up need an extra bed and it was added a flat rate from our 5 day vacation.

It's room was little dirty and smells bad. And elevator was so old, slow and too small. It's location is aprat from maintown of Guam. I would not recommed this inn for visitor if Guam.

Noisy, everything was breaking”

Our stay was terrible. It started out ok, good price, cute decor, convenient area. The staff seemed nice. However, actually staying there was a nightmare! The walls were paper thin, we could even hear our neighbors speaking, and it was located above the Ypao Bar so loud music played most of the night. Then everything started breaking. I took a shower and the shower head fell off in the middle of it, spraying water everywhere. The conditioner went out in the middle of the night, pouring water down the wall and onto the curtains. The mattresses were not mattresses, but actual hard springboards, and there were tiny sugar ants everywhere in the morning. We told the staff about everything breaking and they just laughed and said sometimes that happens. We definitely would not stay there again.

2泊予約していましたが１泊でチェックアウトしました。ホテルロードには歩けるぐらいの距離ではあったが、目の前のその道路は歩行者禁止なので現地の人に警察に見つかると捕まるよ言われた

レンタカー向き、徒歩トローリーバス利用には不便”

グラスがなくて不便だった。 トイレの臭いがくさくて、換気扇を回し続けないとバスルームに臭いがこもってしまう。 換気扇を回すと音がうるさい。

처음에 스위트룸을 예약했는데 방을 안내해준곳은 스탠다드방이었습니다. 그래서 그부분에대해 이야기했더니 그쪽에서 정중한사과와함께 업그레이든된 호텔로 방을 옮겨줬습니다. 1월1일이라 방도 없었을텐데도 자신들이한실수에대해서 바로 사과와 빠른대처방법이 정말 고맙고 좋았습니다. 조식까지 그쪽에서 해주어서 더 고마웠습니다. 다음에가면 한번 묵어보고싶었습니다.
