Great Hotel, Great Location”
The Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is a superb hotel in a great location. It is on the waterfront and the rooms are on high floors affording a great view of the harbour, It is attached to a complex that includes 2 shopping centres and the subway station which gives you good access to Tokyo. The restaurants in the hotel are expensive but the attached complex has dozens of reasonably prices restaurants. The staff are excellent!!

Best 5-star hotel experience!”
All hotel rooms are located at the highest floors of Landmark Tower - the tallest building in Yokohama. Great views from hotel rooms. We booked two rooms - one facing the Harbor side; the other one facing the City side. It was absolutely stunning from both angles, esp during night time! The rooms were clean, well-equipped and SUPER spacious. The room type we chose just got renovated so everything looked nice and new. Staffs were nice and helpful. There was nothing I could dislike. A wide range of restaurants available downstairs (just within the Landmark Tower). Car park is easy to spot and has plenty of parking spots. Many tourist spots are only a few mins drive away (e.g. red brick warehouse, cup noodles museum and Minato Mirai 21 (harbour)). With the same price, you would have stayed in a really packed room in Tokyo. It really worth the price and I think Yokohama is a place that you should definitely come visit!

Great western style hotel with flare, without the high price tag”
We stayed here on a weeknight in January and got a fantastic rate on the room. For less than $100USD we got a room at nearly the top floor. The view was amazing, as we got to see over the city of Yokohama and beyond. The room was nice as well, and very big for a Japanese hotel room. It all felt very western. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was a standing shower in our room that had room for one person, and no tub. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel because they were all very expensive. The teppanyaki place alone would have cost nearly $200 a person. That said, it's attached to a huge shopping mall with tons of food options of all price ranges. The verdict is that this is a great place to stay in Yokohama if you're looking to spoil yourself and want to be close to the central shopping districts.

Exceptional views and service”
Our stay at the Royal Park hotel exceeded my expectations. We booked the Club Lounge room and when we arrived, a receptionist took us to the special check-in on the 65th floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We got vouchers for the pool, gym and spa and could have easily spent 2-3 hours there as the facilities are exceptional and you can see the sunset over Mount Fuji while swimming! We also had afternoon tea in the lounge included and free flow drinks and snacks in the evening. I would also consider coming back just for the view from the hotel room and the pool and gym. It was amazing!

Beautifully appointed room with wonderful vistas”
So glad we chose this hotel. The bus from Narita Airport stops directly in front of it and can be booked on-line. Also it is adjoined to a shopping centre with good food and drink options. Also close to the shuttle bus stop which is a great way to see Yokohama. Room was beautiful (and ours was quite a basic one). Amazing panorama views across Yokohama. There was a typhoon on our second night there and it was quite spectacular to view it all. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the bar had a happy hour. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to understand my requests (I can only say about then phrases in japanese unforunately!) Definitely stay there again, and if you're cruising from Yokohama its a very short taxi ride to the port.

Five star standards”
We have 3 adults and stayed 3 nights here to explore Yokohama. The hotel starts from 52nd floor of the iconic Landmark Plaza in Yokohama Minato Mirai area. Irregardless of which side you are facing, you will get a good high-rise view of the city. The room was very big for Japanese standards and luxurious feel... The hotel is also well located within 5 - 8 mins walk to either minato mirai or sakuragicho subway station. There are many food outlets and shopping area around the hotel, and not to mention many attractions like Cosmo world, Cup noodle museum, Red brick warehouse etc are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel in the heart of Yokohama”
Have been to Japan before but never Yokohama, so decided to check it out. Loved the hotel, but the best thing is the view from the room. I was on the 56th floor, and the view was amazing day or night, especially the huge Ferris wheel across the road at Cosmoworld, a small theme park. Plus there’s a lounge/bar on the 70th floor which is quite swanky too. Staff were all very helpful when required and the desk staff spoke competent English. The tower sits on a shopping centre, so no shortage of places to eat. Otherwise there’s three Queens Towers (A,B and C) across the plaza which all house yet more shopping and food. A week there might be pushing it unless you have specific plans, but 2-3 days was plenty to see all the main sights of the area. And for the gamers, jump on a train from Sakuragicho Station to Kawasaki (about 15-20mins) and check out the awesome Anata no Warehouse (google it). Nice big arcade that wasn’t too busy being in a less populated area. 👍👍

Stayed at the Deluxe room. Big and spacious. Beautiful harbour view. Value for money as i got lucky with the Agoda Super Savers deal:) Execellent location. Hotel is within the Yokohama Landmark Tower. Connected to the mall. Near to just about everything at Minato Mirai. Can access via JR Sakuragicho st or Minato-Mirai St/Line. Will definitely return to stay if back Yokohama.

Fantastic location for new visitors with spectacular view, shopping, food and transport hub”
Moving walkways to Sakuragicho station which is central point for most trains and buses to anywhere in tourist Yokohama. Walking distance to another station Minato Mirai. Many lovely shopping malls filled with food, shops and entertainment. Supermarket and 3 convenience stores and countless restaurants and shops located in mall just downstairs. Service is impeccable all the way with English speaking staff. Rooms are very comfortable in size and any view is breathtaking. Very clean and nicely furnished. Also daily renewal of complimentary water, Yukata and slippers - really 5 star. Lifts to 50th floor and above are superfast - we never had to wait. I asked for firmer pillows - provided almost instantly. Reception was most helpful to change us to a room with shower for elderly person - best to check with hotel before booking, which rooms have bathtub only or you may have to top up. Didn’t get to use other facilities so I cannot comment. Will definitely stay again if in town

The Yokohama Landmark”
The hotel is in a prime location to get around the shopping arcade in the Queen's tower and the vicinity. Great stay for who comes to conferences at Pan Pacifico Yokohama. Hotel is decorated in classic style and under some renovation to upgrade to new technology. The room has fantastic view to either the bay area with Ferris wheel or the city with Mr. Fuji in the background. It's a must try for visitors coming to Yokohama.

Living high enjoying the glamorous views of the bay”
Although the room we were given had a tired furniture and carpet, it was spacious and comfortable. The views are stunning. Loved it. Spent so many hours by the window just enjoying being high up in the sky. The landmark mall attached to the hotel had everything you need. Service was not as for 5* hotel expectations as is in the Royal Park Shiodome in Tokyo.

Fantastic Location, Better Views”
This hotel was convenient in so many ways. Taking the bus from the airport proved to be a blessing, and the view I got of the city upon entering my room blew me away. Customer service was also very helpful in regards to providing assistance and answering the many questions I had even before coming to Japan. I honestly can't think of a better place to stay in Yokohama.

Very nice view and great breakfast, conveniently located in Yokohama although we rented our own car. The only thing is that the parking is very large and has different zones, which is not easy to find and you may end up parking in a zone that is far away from the hotel entrance.

Sky resort floor nicely renovated”
A typical Japanese hotel, do get the sky resort rooms if possible as they are newly renovated. I got the deluxe twin room and it was very nice. The hotel is well located in the Landmark plaza which has many shops and restaurants. It is also connected to Minato Mirai station via Queen’s square. The hotel has direct bus service to the airport and also Yokohama seaside paradise.

Amazing view”
Amazing view. I stayed in Las Vegas top floor with an amazing view but nothing could compare with this Yokohama city view. The Yokohama city view is the best one so far. The location is super close to food restaurant & sightseeing spots. My young kids do not like walk anymore;therefore, this is the solution! 2 mins walk to Queens and noodle museum. Queens has all amazing food from Big M shrimp burger to fancy Japanese cruise. They have little market & puff girl cold stone. It made our holiday even better.
