Charming rustic stay”
Very attentive and warm staff, tasty and filling breakfast (alternating Japanese and Western style). Happy hour serving locally brewed (delicious) beer. Rooms comfortable and warm. Free coffee and hot chocolate station. Less than 10mins to walk to the slopes, there is a shuttle bus which we didn’t use. The hotel had a 20% off deal with cherry rental for ski/boarding gear if you need to hire whilst you stay. Cherry gear was nothing flash but fine for our 3 days on the slopes. The hotel can help you purchase lift passes if you need help, we got ours online and picked up at a Skiosk vending machine. A couple of restaurants nearby, quiet at night. You can book an evening meal at the Hotel if you do it in advance. Would recommend and would return! Thanks again!
Family comfort”
Mr John, the host was very friendly and also gave great advice on where and when to hike up the mountains. His wife prepare warm breakfast every morning to start the day. In-house Onsen was great after a day hiking. As it is the low season, most of the nearby eateries were closed. Highly recommended to rent a car if you want to move around especially to the restaurants, shopping centers nearby the train station, 10min drive away.

My wife and I spent five nights at Hotel Sejour Mint. This marked my fifth ski holiday in Japan, and the experience at Sejour Mint surpassed my expectations. The standout factor was the exceptional staff – they were incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind. When we inquired about the location of a local supermarket for groceries, the owner not only pointed us in the right direction but also drove us there, patiently waiting while we completed our shopping. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating a booking.
Confortable and Clean hotel”
I went with a friend to skii. The hotel was very conveniently located, nice service, very nice owner and staff. Room and lobby very clean. Nice breakfast, but suggest to extend the service of the breakfast since it was only for an hour. There was a vending machine but was outdoor.
What a great place to stay! ”
John and his wife are really lovely and made us feel welcomed from day one. We booked the Japanese style room because it was the only type available at the time but it was a great experience for us! The hotel is in really good location. There is a shuttle bus that stops nears the hotel and was easy to get around! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We will defy come back and book way in advance!!
