Location is good”
First of all, the location is very good. DFS and other shops are within a short walking distance and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well. Staff is very friendly, there is a microwave you can pretty much use throughout the day. The hotel itself and the facilities (including the rooms) are a bit worn out but generally clean. You could probably stay in a 4-star hotel in Bangkok for the same price but well, this is Guam. Overall, still a pretty good deal since you would probably spend twice as much in the nicer hotels nearby.

Located very close to the center of Tumon - walking distance to DFS Galleria and many restaurants and shops. The hotel is a bit old and might need a makeover but the prices are relatively reasonable so if you are looking for a budget place and still want to be near where the fun is, this is the place to go!

Just stay before the flight”
We have staing there only for few hours. Our flight was at night time and we needsd some place to have a rest, take a shower, and let our baby to sleep a little bit before the flight. It was good enought for reasonable money. Because in any hotel if you are staing there after 6pm they count it as a whole day. And we were stay in Hilton before, so pay other 250$ for few hours was not reasonable. Tumonbay is old, but probably 20 years ago it was luxury place. Do not recommend you choose this hotel for long staying. 1-2 days will be ok, no more.

If you compare the rates with those of nearby Westin or Outrigger you will know what to expect. Pros: Clean and spacey room, can't hear what's going on in room next to you, balcony/window overlooking downtown and facing bay, free parking, close to main street and shopping areas. Cons: Lobby is in bad shape and sometimes there is bad odor, furniture is in bad condition (but clean), sometimes guests are partying in hallways which makes sleeping impossible, noise from approaching aircraft If you are looking for a clean room to sleep and otherwise are gone all day, it is ok.

The hotel is really OLD and some decorations are broken or damaged. But it’s close to Tumon Bay Beach and malls in downtown, just 5 mins within walking. The staffs look like very serious. And the cleaness worries me for a time. Parking is free. And you HAVE TO check-out by 12:00 p.m. . The check-out time is strictly executived.

Customer Service Needs Tremendous Improvements ”
Person in front desk considers customers a burden and having dramas when concerns are brought up to his attention. Just one working outlet in the room. One floor lamp working to provide lighting in room. Elevator certification expired since February 2019. Microwave oven in lobby was filthy, looks like not being cleaned for ages and was cleaned when concern was brought up. Very poor lighting in garage area.

Welcome to stay for economy reason”
It is near the town, but 10 mins walking is necessary. The environment is quiet. The facilities are old. The room is dirty, but no special smell. There is any restaurants or drinking machines inside the hotel, but you can buy one can of soft drink from the staff at the counter. I think your girlfriend will leave you if you stay there with her. It is acceptable if you are a student or no income because the room price is attractive. I would call it be hostel only.
