It's an everything you need hotel!”

The room is clean, well designed, just everything you need, nothing much, nothing less. We picked this hotel because of its location - close to Susukino, Tanukikoji shopping street, Odori subway station and much more. If you're into shopping in those areas, it's an excellent hotel but for some tours we joined, the pickup points are mostly around the Sapporo station which is about 15-18 mins walk from the hotel. If you don't want to walk, taxi ride is about US$7-10 each way or subway ride (from Sapporo station to Odori station - 1 stop and 1 min walk from Odori station) for about US$2.00. So for me, I think Sapporo station area is a more central location and it's surrounded by lots of shopping malls and restaurants. Aside from that, we think Tokyo Stay Sapporo is an excellent hotel! Definitely will recommend to our friends and family and consider to stay there again!

Perfect Sapporo Hotel for Short/Long Stays”

Summary: Location - Right between Odori Park and Susukino, location can’t be beat for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife. Short walk to Nijo market, Tanukikoji shopping street, department stores and malls, and great food. Easy access to/from airport as well. Facilities - Brand new (or feels like it); modern, impeccably clean. Restaurant off lobby serves western and Japanese breakfast, and was packed every night for dinner. Rooms - larger than average room; standard bathroom for Japanese hotel. The biggest plus, and the reason I initially chose this hotel, is the washer/dryer combo in the room. Perfect for travelers who don’t want to carry around too much stuff, or are planning an extended stay in Sapporo. Staff - Amazing staff. Extremely helpful. I had to mail a large package (30kg), and they had packing boxes and supplies at the front desk. They even allowed me to borrow a cart to wheel the box to the post office (only a block away; open 7 days). Best value and comfortable stay in Sapporo!

Great clean hotel”

This hotel is a very good location just 2 mins walk from odori station and 15mins walk to sapporo station. Hotel has a restaurant next door that closes 11pm. A lot of amenities in the lobby which is free to take as they don’t restock in the room. Also a coffee machine in the lobby which is for free! The main thing I really like about this hotel is the washer/dryer in your own room, washing detergent is provided when you check in. Only down side is that your bed don’t get make everyday unless you stay 7+ nights. However bins are emptied and they do replace towels etc everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros - Great location, walking distance to Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, Tanukikoji Shopping Street & Pole Town shopping, which is linked to JR Station shopping too - Reasonable price - Very clean because the hotel is still pretty new Cons - Staffs’ English is not very good - Room is kind of small, but I believe most hotels in Sapporo are similar I love the location of the hotel though it is not at the location where you can have Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower views. The location is walking distance to many Sapporo’s places of interest. I will recommend this hotel to those who do lots of walking to sightseeing for their holiday.

Room is modern design, very clean. Washing/dryer machine is inside the room. Very convenient to wash cloths every day without need to pay exyra. Machine is silent even is turn on during sleep. Really enjoy great stay here with wonderful snow view and onsen in Sapporo

Excellent location. 1 min walk to the hotel if you use Exit 34 at Odori station. Within walking distant to Odori Park, Shopping streets and Susukino. Room is new and clean. Will stay here if we visit Sapporo again.

Very new, the room we stay even have washing machine with dryer function. Location is near to Odori station and can see Sapporo TV Tower from our room. Overall the hotel condition is excellent.

Great hotel and location”

We stayed here when it first opened and the facilities were great (Room had microwave and washing machine which was a plus). Spacious for Japan standards and the location is great, able to walk to main attractions in Sapporo.

Newly open hotel. Very clean. Near shopping and restaurants. Near Nijo Market. Near airport bus stop. Only quite a walking distance to JR Sapporo station. I will stay here again if I go to Hokkaido again.

Room is relatively big comparing to those near Sapporo station; they provided a mini bag of laundry powder so you can use the laundry machine in room. The view is also great, friendly staff, clear explanation on how frequent they make the room.

Your Hotel in Sapporo”

A new, optimally located hotel, where customer service is superb and you are literally at the heart of the city. The reasonably priced hotel has a great Japanese style breakfast. Rooms are tad small (14sq.m. could be a stretch for a couple yet perfect for solos...)yet their design is perfect, a kettle, a mini-fridge, microwave, washer, tv, iron, all in the room with a coffee table as well. Mind you luggage space may be tight. Highly recommend, reception desk would go out of its way to help, allowed to leave luggage and relished the free coffee machine at lobby. Will return!

High tech lift, just need to tap access card and room floor is automatically selected! Very convenient location, walking distance to O-dori park, fish market, clock tower, even Sapporo JR station.

Strategic Location!”

Next to subway odori 34 exit. 3 minutes walk to Sapporo TV Tower. Convenient for those who are joining day tour (meeting point). Breakfast average and same for everyday. Location is so strategic and 5 minutes to Tanukikoji shopping street. We will be back again!

Good location hotel”

I stay this hotel totally is 2 night, and I am able leave my luggage at concierge to have a trip to niseko... I like this hotel because very close with Odori subway station just walk around 1minute from exit 34, even room little bit small not comfort when i open my luggage, but it’s okay overall room is clean. And i love so much for washing machine available in room, very easy to use and really dry. Hotel area near with shopping area and easy to find restaurant, near tanukikoji market also.

Great Place”

Delightful stay in this hotel. Super efficient and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide information, directions, suggestions, anything at all. It was raining the whole time we were there. Good thing that the staff arranged the shuttle service to the wholesale market! Room interiors are also efficiently designed to even include our own washing-cum-dryer machine! Top marks for cleanliness. The only slight shortcoming if I can think of one is the limited breakfast spread. We stayed for 4 nights and got restrained by the same food by the 3rd morning. Overall, great value for money thanks to the great service.

Lobby: Not very big but nice and clean Check-in: Smooth Room: Similar as photo. No space for suitcase. There is washing machine inside the room and hotel provide washing powder. Cleanliness: Good Environment: Nice and clean! Staff service: Very good. Polite and flexible. Made mistake on room reservation and the staff is willing to provide solution and to help things so smoother. Very professional. Parking: Limited space in hotel. Paid carpark nearby.
