Wonderful”

This place was very nice indeed. A wooden theme runs throughout the hotel. Very modern! Very clean, helpful staff and a beautiful room with an even more beautiful view. The rooftop terrace is pretty wonderful too. The drinks are over priced though. The shower in the room is also spacious and the shampoo smells wonderful! Location is also spot on! I’d like to stay again!

Location is perfect ”

Easy to walk around the city, the whole layout is young and energetic. Room was clean with a recorder in it which was perfect as you get to choose your own vinyl playlist from the library

The reception was modern and a great place to lounge! Our room had a record player and we can borrow more from the reception area for free! It was located right infront of the clock tower and odori station is just beside it. Only 6 minutes away from Nijo market as well! We are definitely coming back!!!

Great hotel! But, the rooms do not have TV's”

I think a TV is one of those things that everyone expects in a room. Unfortunately, I was stuck at the hotel during the big blizzard early February 2022 and not having a TV in the room really sucks when you're stuck at the hotel. Generally, not having a TV would be ok because I would be out of the room doing things, but when there is over 1 meter of snow, it's hard to go out. Besides the TV, the hotel was great. It's new, rooms are average size (for Japan), and it was clean.

Best Roof top! ”

They have one of the best roof top view overlooking the tower. And they have a very inviting mad cozy lounge too. Bed and pillows in the rooms are good. However, i suggest they put the toiletries inside the room and not pick-up in the reception, make a more foreigner friendly room as facility/hotel info are all in Japanese, which made it a bit selective. Plus a TV may help as some guests wanted to stay in the room, specially this winter, where the roof top was covered in snow. Over all, i still recommend it if you re into a good roof top view

Nice bar lounge, in-room vinyl player”

Cool lounge to chillax and bar for socialising. The in-room vinyl player for listening to jazz is a standout feature. Choose your favourite jazz album at the deck lounge and bring back to your room.

テレビがない”

よく見ないで予約した自分が悪いのですが、TVがありません。 またまた滞在時間が短い利用でしたから我慢しましたが。 あと部屋が、料金の割には狭いですね。 大通り公園向きならよかったですが、脇の道だったらもう少しリーズナブルにしては。

最高です”

大通近くの便利なところということで予約したのですが、良い意味で裏切られました。 北海道を感じてほしいという気配りや部屋の随所に見られる工夫。屋上のテラスなどこの値段で泊まれるホテルとしては過去最高クラスと感じました。 家族も絶賛です。また機会がありましたら利用させていただきたいと思っています。

TVがない部屋！？”

初めての利用でしたが，なんと部屋にはTVがなく，代わりにアナログのレコードプレーヤーがあるというモダンなホテルでした．LPレコードはフロントで借りられるのですが，あまり気に行ったアルバムがなかったので借りることはありませんでしたが，部屋の内装もお洒落で，ハイセンスなカップルにはお勧めですね．

湯船がシャワーとは別”

シャワー浴びてる間にお湯張りができる これはポイント高い。 部屋は狭いし、エレベーターは来ないし イライラするけど、ゆっくりお湯に浸かれるからまあ、いいかって感じです

オシャレだが、何かと不便なホテル”

駐車場が併設されていなく、提携駐車場での案内でした。事前に車のサイズを確認し、大丈夫な駐車場に行くと、リヤワイパー？があると入れられないとのこと。ホテルに連絡してください、との事で連絡してみたら 対応がひどく、ホテルに行く前からかなり下がりました。 特におすすめの駐車場や案内もなく、自分で行きました。 チェックインの対応も冷たさを感じました。 オシャレで清潔感のあるホテルでしたが、微妙な使い勝手の悪さや 自販機がなく、お水も常備していない部屋、 などプラスの要素がない割に、お値段は結構しました。 秋に泊まる予定をしていましたが、もう泊まる事はないと思います。 朝食は美味しかったです。

駅近至便、お洒落、唯一の欠点は”

建物も調度設備も新しくお洒落で本当に綺麗。Wi-Fiも完璧、文句なし！しかも安い。 唯一の欠点はバスタブのない「シャワー」だということ。 友人とツインで泊まって交代で入るのにシャワーのが気楽で便利なのだが、それは夏だから。冬の札幌でシャワーだけだと寒そうだなぁ… 夏は最優先でここに泊まりたいくらい好きですが、真冬だけは躊躇します。

今回は５泊しました。子供と一緒に泊まったのですが、ランドリールームがあるところが子連れで洗濯が必要な状況にとても便利でした。 必要なものだけロビーから持っていくというスタイルはエコを気にしている私にはとても共感の持てるスタイルでした。 お値段が手頃であること、とても清潔であったことで小さめのお部屋をチョイスしましたがほとんど外で過ごしたために問題なく快適に過ごすことができました。次回は少し大きめのお部屋をチョイスすると思いますがこのホテルを選びたいと思います。ロケーションが大きなバスターミナルの近くだったためにバスを使って移動も便利でしたし、地下から繋がる場所だったので天気が悪くても地下から行ける便利さもありました。 スタッフの方の細かい配慮もとてもありがたく最初から最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。 また泊まらせていただきたい素晴らしいホテルです。

特別な体験、残念なのが１点あり”

他のホテルにはない特徴が多々あり、泊まってみる価値はたくさんある。レコードプレーヤー、JAZZレコードの選曲、書籍の貸し出し、食事、ルーフトップ、部屋の雰囲気、等々。ただ一点、便器に残る、掃除モレの跡。これは結構ダメージだった。あとスタッフルームの近くだったからしょうがないのかもしれないが、掃除機が廊下に出しっぱなしだったのも少し残念。豪華というよりも意識高い系を打ち出すならば、もう少し教育に力を入れたらいいのではと思った。とはいえ、総じて満足感は高かった。
