Good location, friendly staffs, new & clean room”
Room was clean & big (we booked Superior Double). Check in was hassle free. Only problem is there's only 1 lift working. Hence waiting time for the lift is a little longer. Other than that everything was good. About 5-10mins walk to Ximen station & there's a famous steamboat at level 3 of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and will definitely book this hotel again

Wonderful hotel and exemplary service”
Perfect location in the heart of Ximending. Short walking distance to shops, eateries and Metro station. Superior Double Room is amply sized; you wouldn't feel the need for a bigger space. They serve good continental breakfast and clean the room tidily. Kudos to staff, Mr. Edison who went all the way in retrieving our lost phone prior to us leaving the country; he deserves a promotion and a raise. We'll definitely be back to Swiio on our next visit to Taiwan.

The room is small but the location is perfect, right in Ximending. The staffs were nice, especially the reception, we couldn't book the dining restaurant without a Taiwan phone, but she helped us out and we had a great dinner. Much thanks to her, and will stay again for sure.

Returned trip but this time with family. Bed configuration was good as we are travelling with 2 young children. However, the room allocated to us was at a corner thus it was very small. Requested for bath tub and it comes with it ;)

Good location and cleanliness”
Good location. Clean room and daily room cleaner service. Our room looks minimalist especially the bathroom. We stayed just beside the lift, but quite noisy when the other people walk through the hallway during midnight and also the air conditioner abit noisy too

Location is perfect. In Ximending but not at the noisiest area of XMD. Shops just right below. Staff is perfectly friendly and knowledgeable. The warmth they show makes our stay so pleasant. Had a good night sleep in the comfortable bed. Room size is sizeable. We managed two huge luggages by strategically placing them in the available walking space. If we had more hand carry luggages, may be tougher to manage. We stayed in 2 hotels in XMD and 1 hotel in Taichung. This is the best hotel among the 3 we stayed in. We will come back to stay.

Hotel was in a very convenient location, walking distance to MRT, food, and shops. Room size was quite spacious for Taipei standards, had space to open up big luggage bags, compared to other boutique hotels we stayed in which were more cramped. Bed was a little too soft, but otherwise, all was good. Staff was helpful enough to help us collect our clothes from dryer when we were rushing to go out too.

It was unfortunate that during the first night there was no more room to change as it was full house. hopefully the next time staff can ensure that the room is functioning well before guest checkin. A hotel worth staying”
The moderate size room (5009) is superb clean, well equipped and the corridor well decorated. It even has a Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and professional. Clean towels, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The location is very good - right in Ximending and just a short walk from Ximen Station exit 6. The slight hiccup is the partitioning of the rooms could have been better. I would definitely go back during my next visit.

Room is clean and tidy, location is excellent, nearby ximen mrt Station, staff are helpful and provided good service. The only issue is the mattress is too soft for me and have a foul smell, I suspected the mattress is dirty because i being bite by bed bugs. Overall is good.
