Was shocked to be told by the front desk upon arrival that rooms booked through a third party (e.g. Agoda) can only be accessed from 6 pm. Only direct bookings can be checked in at 3 pm. Third party reservation guests must pay additional hourly rate of ***/hr to be checked in at 3 pm. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy and nowhere was this mentioned in the booking confirmation. They do provide luggage storage though. I was so grately to a kind front desk staff who allowed me to check in a little earlier when I was too tired to keep walking around and decided to just sit at the lobby area from around 4.30 pm. The AC was not turned on when I entered the room and I had to call frontdesk to get it done from their side. The room is just as tiny and squeezy as I remember it from the last time I stayed there (their policies were different then) but the bed was a lot less comfortable this time. The bathroom water pressure was weaker too. What has improved is that a hot and cold drinking water dispenser was available about three steps outside my room door. Cups were provided but no coffee or tea sachets. Still convenient if you have your own. I found this to be a lot more convenient than going all the way down to their small lounge area for their 24-hour free flow coffee. The pull-out table at the bottom of the cabinet was not very clean so I did not use it. The shower room has no door, just a partial glass divider so water splashes outside when you shower. The two bath towels provided were clean and plush but I had to use one of them as an additional bathroom mat after showering to avoid slipping and falling. Early the next morning I was very happy to find luggage carts/trolleys not too far outside my room to bring my two heavy luggage down the elevator myself. Not sure if those were provided by the hotel or brought there by other guests. Other than the one very friendly and helpful front desk personnel who allowed me to check in a little earlier and afterwards remembered my name when I needed help with directions (I regret not taking note of his name), all other staff members did not really go out of their way to greet guests or be friendly although they were all still helpful when you need help and information. The very best part of this hotel is its location. Flight check-ins, especially to Terminals 1 and 2 are so easily accessible from Jewel where this hotel is located. Lots of shops and eateries within Jewel. It is a lot more affordable than staying at the Crown Plaza Changi Airport when you just need an overnight stay for an early morning flight. For the location, price, and convenience, I still recommend this hotel and can still see myself coming back again although I do wish to see a lot of improvements in the future.

As per title, super convenient to walk to T1 departure. Space is small but good enough for resting. Cleanliness is ok, but im sure there are hard to clean areas with the room layout. For my room, one of the usb port and bed side lamp was not working, but not too much of an issue. Also, the check in and out timings were kind of odd for me. Assuming your flight is in the middle of the night, you cant really fully utilise the stay as you can only check in at 6pm, unlike others at 2/3pm. And also if your flight is in the afternoon, you cant stay til the usual check out timings at 11am/12pm as their check out is at 9am. The rate you pay is essentially for 9 hours only. Well you could extend by hour but not really worth it imo. Also, really a bummer to not have complimentary/discounted parking. 1 night from 8-8 costed me over $30. Snagged this booking at a decent rate so i cant complain much, overall a good option if you’re travelling or sending someone off but price is meh.

Pros: most affordable option to have a shower and sleep in a quiet space between long haul flights. Bedding was fresh and clean, space seemed clean. Easy to find, easy access to terminals. Filtered drinking water nearby. Was too exhausted to try it but there’s also a gym. Cons: a bit run down with age and marks. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom needs new silicon to replace mouldy areas. Minimal privacy in bathroom (need to be ok with your travel partner hearing you go to the toilet). No windows so not good for claustrophobic people. Room was too hot for 2 people in summer. Above 24 degrees Celsius and thermostat control did not work. After 2 phone calls to reception they offered to move rooms, but at that stage we were unpacked and in bed and just needed to sleep before an early flight. Suggest testing your temperature controls before you unpack, then move to a room that can be cooled down. From reading other reviews now it seems they keep having issues with their room temperature so that is an area the hotel really needs to fix. The bed folds down almost flat from the upright position, but still has a bit of a bend in the middle, so not the most comfortable sleep. Next time I would save up more for a different hotel that has more comfortable bed and cooler rooms.

We arrived from KL early prior to our overnight check-in time. Due to this, we had a 5 hour wait until Yotel check-in which is a long time to hang out (already exhausted from travel). The service team, after a brief two-hour wait, was able to get us into our room early thereby saving the day. 100% recommend Yotel for all travelers in-between flights (or just to hang out in Changi). The pod concept is outstanding, comfortable, quiet, and most of all affordable. Most of all the service team is top-notch. * Note to overnight/folowing day travelers * Yotel can book by the hour so if you are arriving at the airport early you can save yourself the check-in wait.

One stuff at check in. So you have to wait. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Queen size is plus for a solo traveller. I couldn’t adjust the room temperature. It was cool. No bathroom door. Couldn’t turn on the light by the bed.

I stayed in one of their rooms with my lil boy (9yo). Despite the size of the room, there was a queen bed, a functional toilet and shower and is exceptionally clean. It has loads of power plugs with USB ports. There are a lot of rooms and a very minute comment is the walls may not be that thick and that a VERY noisy neighbour can be heard through but regular noise does not necessarily passes through the walls. The convenience is top notch as its in the Jewel already. Strongly recommend for those early flights out of SG so that one will not need to miss their flights

Location of room was excellent and it was fairly clean. The size was very small, had a musty smell when you open the door and the air conditioning was very noisy all night. Should've paid more and just got a better room.

I had a fantastic experience staying at YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport. It’s the perfect choice for transit or short stays, especially if you have an early flight or a long layover at Changi Airport. The cabin-style room was compact but very well-designed, making great use of space. Everything felt modern and high-tech, from the adjustable smart bed to the clean, functional bathroom. Despite the smaller size, it was surprisingly comfortable and ideal for resting between flights. One of the best things about this hotel is its location inside Jewel Changi Airport, which means easy access to food, shopping, and even the iconic indoor waterfall. I traveled with my daughter and wanted to get a few extra hours of sleep before our flight. As advertised, the place was small but quite sufficient. It was very clean. The pillows were soft and wonderful. The TV had several programming choices. In room 160, I had difficulty sleeping bec I felt like I was sliding off the bed (on the falling side). But once I moved to the wall side I slept peacefully. At midnight, I felt cold even if the ac was just 21c. But in the middle of the night (2am?) the room became warm. They control the ac to 21c minimum. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay! ... They had free coffee, chocolate, tea, etc. I really appreciated being able to rest my back before our flight home. Their shampoo was so basic. But I really appreciated being able to at least bathe. So, over-all, Yotel met my expectations!

Bed is comfortable, good location Onlye down side is late schedule for check and check out The LATEST CHECK IN : 6pm (first time i encountered this) ive been everywhere in the world from 7star to the most affordable ones But always the standard ( 12nn or 2pm or if ur lucky when the room is ready like 10am or earlier) EARLIEST Check out ( i encontered) : 9am (first time too) I suggest they change it specially travellers who have layover time frame from 11am to 7pm Imagine? But hopefully comments and suggestions here they really also put an effort to meet them.

Comfortable and clean room with strategic location (inside Jewel itself). However, the hotel style is of those literally small room (10 square metre) with no space for luggage. Suitable for 1 pax per room with cabin luggage but not check-in luggage. Perhaps passengers can utilise early check-in from check-in counter located inside the Jewel itself that is available for some airlines. Hope to get a better price deal though for such a short-stay-small-room nice experiences.

We had a 12 hour layover in Singapore on our way from Australia to Europe. Rather than have to get transport to and from the city we chose to try YOTEL Jewel. It was such an easy walk from baggage collection. And of course the airport is stunning so we could explore a little. The rooms are small but clean. Showering facilities were great and the sleep was lovely. Highly recommend for a long transit and the airport is so wonderful you can explore it at your leisure.

Location is very convenient and easy to locate, lift is right near the link bridge between Jewel and the terminals, just up a level. Cleanliness could be improved, countertop has stains, remote control and hairdryer felt greasy. Aircond was too cold, despite adjusting it to 24degree, and fan to auto, the fan blowed non stop throughout the night and maintains a temperature of 20degree. The TV is also hard to adjust, feels laggy. However, it is a good enough room for a short one night sleep.

This hotel is on airport property directly across from the Jewel Rain Vortex. It is VERY convenient. It is also upstairs from the Early Check-In Lounge and Baggage Storage. They also provide a QR Code that gave you a discount on storing your luggage. The bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed that I think I have ever slept in. Check-in is at 6pm and Check-out is at 9 AM...YES so you only get 15 hours MAX, so plan accordingly. It's ideal for an overnight layover but as all hotels are here, it's quite expensive. The rooms are TINY, so be sure you don't have large suitcases with you or there will not be any room inside the POD to walk. I think it is by far the best option for a long layover in Singapore if you need a comfortable and private place to sleep at night.
