Live up to their name ”

Comfort inn is a good name that fits them! The comfiest beds in a hotel I've had in a long time. Got a great night's sleep. Softest towels too when you're ready to freshen up. Many nearby restaurants, fast food, shopping near by. Quite area. Nice rooms, newer amenities. Indoor pool.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. No breakfast! Tv only got literally a couple of channels. Our keys were keyed incorrectly and we had to go back down to get it rectified.

Stayed 6 nights to attend a nearby event. The room is fine and overall clean & adequately comfortable. Housekeeping was just OK as our room was skipped on two days and the days it was cleaned they would always forget to do something, empty the trash, supply new washcloths, provide soap/shampoo and I would have to go ask. One evening there was a family in two rooms that ran wild until late at night preventing the possibility of sleeping. I contemplated leaving to find another hotel but the manager assured me that the family was checking out the next day. It was fine for the pricepoint and our purposes but there are many hotels nearby to choose from and next time I will do so.

Good for the price”

First, I would like to add that the staff was super friendly! Only problem I have is the hallway and bathroom occasionally smelled of marijuana... haha. I’m sure another guest but it evoked jealousy out of us all the same. I believe the money I put into my stay was matched to the environment so I am satisfied.

Great place to stay, the staff is great. Mabel went above and beyond and always made sure us guest were taken care of, and always made sure the room was tidy and well stocked. Also like to thank Becky at the front end she makes you feel at home away from home.

Amenities and staff are great, but a special mention to Mabel. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my stay is as comforting and accommodating as it should. Always professional and polite, and caters to our needs! She has acted as a great mediator for customer needs and requests between administrators here.

Only con for me was no rooms for guests that smoke, however at check-in staff moved me to suite in the first floor from the third close to an exit where there was a smoking area. The room was an upgrade from the suite I booked, an sc was not charged the difference. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Needs Help”

This property is in a very good location allowing ease to get out and around the area. However, good words end here. Carpets in room & hallway needed to be cleaned. Curtain was falling off the rod. Cover to the heat/cooling control was missing so lights glared in the night. Tub Caulking was cracked and open in places. Glass in window cracked and repaired with black tape. Morning breakfast poor. Juice machine was out of order the entire time we were there. Juice provided in pitchers, poor quality & very watered down. Tea bags out & when asked for one, attendant said yes but never brought one. . Only one front door was unlocked both day & night making it harder to get luggage carts thru the doors. . Ground outside the door were in need of sweeping & trash pickup. Will not be choosing this property again.

This property needs a lot of help. Arriving we were greeted with sidewalks that needed to be swept and and one entrance door that was locked leaving only one side of the double doors available[ to enter the property. I booked this property based on reviews. It sounded great. I used a site to book called Agoda that clicked thru while I was booking. Never will use this site again either. Usually I go directly to the hotel site for booking but this looked easy and direct. The breakfast was pretty poor and it was the same everyday. If one stays more than 1 nite, eat out. My husband asked for a black tea bag and he never did get it. The juice machine was broken the entire week we were there. They had some juices in pitchers watered down with ice. The carpets in our hallway and our room needed to be cleaned. The curtains were falling off the rods, the cracks in the windows were taped with black tape and there were no screens on the windows. The cover to the heat/cooling unit was missing so the bright red light glared in your face at nite because it was so close to the bed. The tub caulking was missing in the corner which looked ugly. After the first nite I asked if I needed 24 or 48 hours to cancel the remainder of my stay and was told that I needed to call Agoda and they told me to leave after I had checked in would result in penalties no matter how much notice I gave. We were stuck there it seemed for the remainder of our week. All in all, our time there was not good and we will certainly not stay there again nor will I ever use Trip Advisor, Agoda to book my trips..

Stayed 3 nights, breakfast could have been better. Swam in the pool every morning with my two kids, they loved it.
