There is free parking located just beside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay with clean and tidy hotel. There are 2 choices of the breakfast: western and japanese style. We have chosen the japanese style during check in. Staff is kind and have asked our reference on raw egg and natto. They can help to change to boiled egg and other food to replace natto if you wish to. My dad has dropped his glasses in the hotel restaurant. We did not dare to search around the restaurant, so after checked out we seeked for staff assistance on searching for the glasses. It couldnt be found but we understand as this is our careless mistake. However Furano Natulux Hotel staff, Ms Jib sent us email afterwards informing us that they found the glasses and willing to bear for the shipment fees to deliver the glasses to next hotel. We are deeply appreciate for the kindness and support. We will definitely visit again when come to Furano. Thank you!

Great stay and the hotel has most friendly staff ”
The hotel is literally across the street from Furano JR station, providing easy access to trains and buses. Compliments of the hotel, you can make your way to the ski slopes on one of three morning buses (8, 9, and 10am). The ride takes about 10 minutes. Natulux reception provides free bus tickets for your bus ride back to the hotel at the end of the day. There are dozens of restaurants and shops within a few blocks of the Natulux. The hotel front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and just make things happen like an old school concierge. Another benefit is that the front desk is trilingual (Japanese, English, and Mandarin), making it easy to communicate. We speak Chinese and English and were delighted by all the front desk staff. The senior staff remembered us year after year, and the junior staff are extremely well trained. Natulux is equipped with onsen facilities, pulling in water from nearby hot springs.

I left a few things in the hotel and they are currently helping me get it back. Public bath was a plus. They also provided a free drink in the cafe. Also gave us tickets and bus tickets to kan kan mura (winter event).

Hotel is clean, a lot of restaurants nearby. 1 minute from bus station. Very accessible . Love the snow also. It's everywhere :-). Two thumbs up.

Hotel located just a few step from JR station and bus station. Hotel was well maintained and receptionist was good. They did provide you a map with restaurants information when check in. I got my free shuttle bus and entrance ticket to Kan Kan Mura during my stay. Definitely i was stay again at this hotel during my next visit.

Clean and Convenient”
The hotel is directly opposite the JR station which makes it very convenient to travel to other parts of Furano. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel has facilities like spa and laundry services which made our stay there so much more convenient as well as relaxing. I highly recommend this place to travelers.

Great location next to the Furano station! Very cozy, clean, decent sized rooms (think Japan standard - this is a little bigger than that). Very clean. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee and a small onsen. Since I went during off-peak season, I felt like the rate was ok.

Great Value and good location!”
Furano is affordable, great for value and location is ideal! room is clean as you'd expected from a Japan accommodation. Overall my cousin and I really enjoyed our stay here would def consider this accommodation again when I re-visit.

Convenient and VERY Helpful”
We had a quick two night stay in Furano. Location of the hotel is in town and away from the ski resort. We went Cat Skiing so location was not a priority. Hotel staff were AMAZING! Furano was our last ski destination in Hokkaido and they assisted us with Yamato courier to take our ski gear and ship to Narita-Shi Airport while we continued our travels throughout Japan. Hotel rooms are cozy and on my list to recommend to other travellers!

Just takes minutes from station to there. It's famous hotel in Furano, visited by many people from the world. The room was clean, good view from window, quiet. Hotel Receptionists were helpful and friendly.

Very convience as it very close to Furano (bus and train) station. It just across the street. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff is very nice. They provide free bus ticket(within town and to ski resort) for guest, just ask at reception. Thai receptionist also available. Room size just perfect.

Very recommend if you visit to Furano. We are grateful for the free parking as we come by car. But I saw there is train station just very near to the hotel. Staff is helpful!

Great Location!! Our 2nd time staying here. Seemed like the staff got more efficient in their english speaking!! Awsome! Really close to local bars and restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, a bakery and an information center. Also, the JR station is right across the street.

The place is great though hotel room is kinda small but their biggest room which my kids stayed, cool and really big. The staff are super friendly and kind special mention to Ms. Rei Lee. She knows her job very well. 👍👍

Excellent Location ”
The hotel with the excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from the station. And the staff who check me in is really nice, can speak well English. And they have provided a map around the Furano (like a hand write), and which had the different type of recommend restaurant and where are the convenience store, that is really useful for the tourist. And they also provide the free car parking.

Good hotel - highly recommended!”
This is our second time staying at Furano Natulux Hotel. It is opposite the Furano train station. Very clean hotel and breakfast is good. The staff members at reception are very helpful and attentive. Thank you, Miss 謝 for helping us with booking of winter activities for us and calling taxis for us. Will surely stay at this hotel again whenever we are in Furano.
