Rummen må vara små, men takhöjden gör att dom känns rymliga. Super fräscht och modernt, plus för iphone dockan! Personalen gör sitt bästa för att hjälpa till och är väldigt trevliga. Skulle absolut bo här igen!
När man stannar på hotellet så länge så borde personalen ta reda på det och ge en bättre service än att bara hålla enbart till reglerna inom ramarna. Men dörr portierna var mycket trevlig och bra dock inte receptionisterna som inte kunde ge det där lilla extra servicen. Hotellt har ingen fri internet på rummen dock nere i lobbyn där det är fullt med folk som surfar.
Ligger mitt emellan 2 hållplatser som tar ca. 10 och resp. 20 minuters gång tid att ta sig till. Lugnt område att bo men lite svår att hitta för taxi chaufförerna. Lite seg med hissarna, sen när det kommer mycket "mainland's" så ockuperas hela lobbyn och personalen så de hinner inte ta alla men all personal hjälper verkligen till vilket de är hjälpsamma. Ett stort minus är Internet! Ingen free wifi i rummet! Alla gäster flockar sig i lobbyn...!!?! Kaos ibland!
Well appointed Clean Hotel in Mongkok Area, air smells good and clean, chjeck in and out was fuss free. Concierge always at the ready to take your bags and help load your luggage. Refillable Water stations on 4 or 5 of the floors (i only physically remember 12 and 26). With food and convenience shops just across the road. Mega shopping centre Olympian City 10 mins walk away. If sitting Uber or Taxi easy access to pick up and drop off along Ivy Street. If sitting MTR the location is out of the way, 10 mins from Olympic (blue, Tung Chung Line) and 15 mins from Mongkok (Red, Tsuen Wan Line). Need to be able to read Google Maps with internet Data access to navigate, it is not straight forward ! Elevators could be crowded having only 2 for 24 stories having about 8 rooms per floor (27 floors, but no 4th, 14th, 24th floor for Taboo reasons). Breakfast is decent, not a big spread but always has some carbo (fried rice, french fries or noodles), Dim Sum, and fruits, along with cereals, breads, fruit juice and milk. Do come earlier as the sitting is limited, could result in queues after 830am if the hotel is full. Family rooms are smaller than it looks in the pictures there is a wall and door separating the main bed and the 2 twin beds, 2 TVs, there is no room to leave the open luggage on the floor, but you use the bay windows to leave open luggage on it those are very useful ! Aircon fan is quite noisy (rumbling and ancient) and strong with only 2 levels, we actually turned it off as it was getting too cold. Water pressure was good and strong. Elemis Shampoo and body soap provided in the bath tub/ shower area. Room slippers replenished daily. Kettle, cups and some tea and coffee provided with fridge and safe. Staff was friendly and accomodating bringing along a small kid in tow.

This was my second time in Hong Kong, and I’m really glad I chose Dorsett Mongkok instead of going for the cheaper hotels. At first, I considered booking a place closer to the train station, but after reading reviews about cleanliness issues and maintenance problems, I decided to go with Dorsett Mongkok and it was the right choice. The only slight drawback is the 8-minute walk to the nearest MTR station, but honestly, that’s very manageable. Everything else more than made up for it. The room itself was also much bigger compared to the hotel I stayed at during my first visit, which made the stay even more comfortable. The amenities were great, and even the hotel manager, *** , personally helped us with check-in, such a nice and welcoming gesture. I also appreciated the thoughtful perks: complimentary breakfast, a free shuttle service, a free refreshment station at the lobby, and even a HKD20 vending machine voucher just for opting out of daily housekeeping (which wasn’t needed anyway, since the room was already spotless). Overall, Dorsett Mongkok exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable and value-for-money stay in Hong Kong.

As a local, had to find a place to stay overnight. Location: Convenient with mini bus, bus & MTR nearby. They even have shuttle bus service to city centre! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in here in Hong Kong. The manager and front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we encountered a small hiccup prior to check-in, which we truly appreciated. We also loved that the family room we booked was spacious and comfortable for our group (2 adults, 2 seniors, and a 3-year-old toddler). There were refreshments and candies available in the lobby at different times throughout the day, a laundry room guests can use (HKD 40), and water refilling stations—such a budget-saver since bottled water in Hong Kong can be quite expensive. And our absolute favorite perk: the shuttle bus that takes guests to four different spots in Mong Kok. Super convenient and, best of all, completely FREE! They also gave us a bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary 🥰

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and well maintained. It was relatively small, but that is quite normal by HK standards, so it was expected and still comfortable for the stay. Basic amenities need to be purchased from a vending machine in the lobby, but they are only 1 HKD per item, which I think is very reasonable. The location is also quite strategic — it’s very easy to find food and convenience stores nearby. Although it’s about a 7-minute walk to the MTR station and can be a bit troublesome if you’re carrying two large suitcases, there are lifts available at certain spots which help. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying here again.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Mongkok and was impressed by how well it balances comfort, convenience, and value. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to Olympic MTR station, with complimentary shuttle service to Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui, and West Kowloon. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed, with blackout curtains, a minibar, and smart water stations on every even-numbered floor. I stayed in a Family Quad, which offered two TVs and a partitioned layout—ideal for small groups or families. Beds were firm but comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured restful sleep

Although hotel is on the smaller side, but it is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at a good location with two supermarkets and a wet market nearby and lots of food options. Breakfast at the hotel has a decent spread to showcase Hong Kong cuisine and the staff are all friendly and approachable. My husband and I were especially impressed with front desk staff Eddy Lo for the attentive service. Eddy and his team at front desk are always friendly and offered luggage storage service. Their professionalism brighten our stay, thank you for giving us a memorable experience in Hong Kong.

My stay at Dorsett was fantastic. The hourly shuttle service provided by the hotel from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. added great value and convenience to my trip. The breakfast is good, especially if it’s included in the room rate, but since there are plenty of eateries nearby, it’s worth exploring the local food options too. The housekeeping team maintained excellent cleanliness standards throughout my stay. The only suggestion I would make is to consider replacing the mattress, as it felt a bit too soft. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and have already made a reservation to return next year.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was extremely clean and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The facilities were also quite good and I appreciated the various free water stations located around the hotel. I also found the location to be quite good. The hotel is right opposite a variety of shops and restaurants and is around a 5 minute walk from Olympic Station, providing you with quick access to Hong Kong island via the Tung Chung Line. It is also around a 15 minute walk from the centre of Mong Kok, though there are also bus options if you prefer. My only annoyance during my stay was the fact that I found the aircon to be a bit too loud. Even on its lowest setting, the A/C was quite noisy and affected my sleep. Although I did manage to resolve this issue with some earplugs, it was disappointing that I had to resort to this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider returning here.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were positive aspects to our visit, we also encountered some disappointments. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed their delicious food. However, we were quite disappointed with their lack of flexibility regarding extra guests. We are a family of five, including one 12-year-old child, and despite our willingness to pay additional fees for the extra person and breakfast, the only option they provided was to book an entirely separate room. This felt unreasonable, especially since the room we had was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. Our trip was planned on a budget, which is why we requested to stay in just one room. We tried to explain our situation politely, but unfortunately, they remained firm on their policy. While we understand that hotels have guidelines, some level of consideration for families or unique circumstances would have made a huge difference. For future travelers, if you're traveling as a family or require some flexibility, it may be worth considering a hotel that’s more accommodating. Pros: Very close proximity to several 7-11s, a McDonald's, some local dining establishments, light bus/ordinary bus stops and a Hang Seng ATM we withdrew money from Wifi worked well for the most part but some apps/sites were not accessible but had no issues using a local SIM's mobile data Refillable water stations on specific floors Essential toiletries and amenities provided AC worked very well Good staff. Did not have a lot of interaction other than during check-in/check-out but one of the cleaning staff replaced the busted shampoo pump promptly. They'd open doors and press elevator buttons for guests as necessary. Great value for money Clean rooms Free shuttle to/from specific locations but was not able to try one Cons: Room space may be tight for some people but I found it rather adequate if only a bit on the small side. Very typical of hotel rooms in HK though unless you're staying at the really expensive ones Nearest MTR station (Olympic) is an 8-minute walk mostly on an elevated walkway. We purposefully stuck with mostly taking buses as their routes have stops way closer to the hotel. No pool but knew that upon booking so not a big deal. Staff said there's a public one nearby but did not ask for details Room slippers are extremely thin, almost paper-like and does nothing to absorb moisture Elevators sometimes take time

Hotel is location at neighborhood area, there are supermarket and eateries around just in a few steps. Hotel emphasize environment friendly technically is the whole country thus there is no toothbrush provided in the room but there is a vending machine located at the lobby for purchase at $1 HKD. No bottle of water provided but in each room there is a reusable glass bottle which allow guest to refill the water at the water dispensers on specific levels. Nearest MTR I would reckon is Olympic Station which is actually quite convenient when you take the airport express to and from airport . I won’t encourage to walk from Mongkok Station as it is slightly further distance away. The house keeping lady at level 20 she is very friendly and proactive. Love there is free shuttle bus service starts at 10am till 6pm from the hotel to major MTR stations the only downside is the bus comes with every 1hr interval. Support the hotel environment friendly initiative and good work keep it up!

Our stay at Dorsett Mongkok was overall very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a buffet breakfast that offers a good variety. The concierge and front office staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making check-in and general inquiries smooth. The location is excellent, with easy access to MTR, shopping, and local attractions, which made exploring Hong Kong convenient. On the downside, we unfortunately lost a couple of personal items during our stay: an Apple Pencil (we were certain it was in the cabinet near the safe) and a Some By Mi facial wash from the drawer. While we acknowledge we should have placed the Pencil in the safe, it was still disappointing to lose items in a nice hotel, as this has never happened in our previous stays at other hotels. It was unusual and a bit sad that these personal items went missing. Overall, Dorsett Mongkok is recommended for its comfort, cleanliness, service, and location, but guests should take extra care with valuables.

Dorsett Mongkok is located nearby eateries, groceries, pharmacy, bus stop and 5-8mins walk to nearest train station. Staffs are great and very kind. Travelling with us is a 2 yr old child so we booked a family room. The room comes with complimentary stuffed toy, baby soap and shampoo, and snacks for the child which we really appreciate. Hotel is clean and there is a restaurant which is open only during breakfast. There is also a gym for those trying to stay healthy during their stay. Drinking water refilling stations are available for everyone so you can bring your own water bottle, fill it up before you explore the city. One thing to note is that they don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush though you can buy it from vending machine at the lobby or at the nearby grocery store or pharmacy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will surely book again when we come back again to Hongkong.

Hotel is clean and the rooms a reasonable size for HK. Staff were polite and attentive when approached. Breakfast was good with reasonable options. Complimentary wine for an hour a day was a welcome surprise! The only downside which may impact a repeat stay is that the location is 10/12 mins from the MTR- this s is really clear on the site, just personal consideration on reflection. Overall very happy with the stay and good value for money

The nearest MTR station is Olympic, which makes getting around very convenient. The surrounding area feels more like a local neighborhood, with small eateries, a wet market, shops, and a supermarket all close by. There’s also a McDonald’s and 7-Eleven stores right across from the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is slightly small, and the soundproofing could be better, but overall it was still comfortable and suitable for a pleasant stay.

Despite a small room, somehow you still get everything and there’s still room to open luggages and walk around comfortably. I only didnt like their “wardrobe” which is just a metal bar placed vertically towards me (can’t really hang much clothes) and placed way too high) Staff are friendly and nice, I got to check in early. There’s free candy between 6-7pm at the lobby and I can see the hotel’s sustainability efforts. There’s also a free hourly shuttle to get to nearby popular areas. 24/7 gym, in-house laundry (at a cost), drinking water refill machines. Location is quite prime, though still a 7-min walk to the nearest Olympic MTR. We took the bus more so it wasn’t an issue. There’s Mcdonald’s, a supermarket, dumpling store, convenient store and some eateries around the area. The stay was value for money and I would recommend it to others :)

We found the hotel staff helpful and efficient, checking in and out is super fast with luggage storage. Even the cleaning lady was helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. can't complain about the size because its standard in HK!! Location was good with many eateries around and supermarkets just on the opposite side. a bit far to walk to Mtr but the shuttle bus was handy that it did a loop to a few different shopping places/Mtr . Overall its a super busy hotel but managed efficiently. We enjoyed our stay with Dorsett TQVM.

An incredible hotel!!! This room is booked for my parents, its their first time travelling in HK to visit me. Location is prime! wherever we need to travel whether its HK side or Kowloon side. just five minutes away from MTR. Restaurants are nearby, Olympic Mall walking distance as well. The room is clean, bed are very comfortable and good for sharing even i sleep over and the floor is very quiet. The breakfast is good and they do changes the menu everyday which is great as my parents and i joined for it every morning with my brothers for 7days. Staffs are accommodating, always smiling and has great attitude towards everyone (i keep on coming over coz i wasn’t staying with them). Value for money is really worth it with everything you get for the price, will definitely definitely book again for upcoming friends and family visits in the future!

great hotel, clran cozy room, nice toilets, nice beds, great to have water dispenser to refill water daily. nice breakfast, delicious. very helpful staffs, especially Mr.Augustine, and a staff helped us to called for 2 vans to airports, helped 11 of us save alot of taxi fee. love the concept of Eco friendy, 1 day no room cleaning gave us HK20 to redeem items, great idea! and love the idea of free flow detox drink and candy bar. nice hotel location, convenient to go eveywhere, with free shuttle bus to tourist spots. will come back again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas for improvement. Room and Bathroom: The room and bathroom were both clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable stay. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. Water Filter: The hotel provides a water filter on certain floors, which is a nice touch for guests. However, it would be even more convenient if the water filter also offered hot water. Air Conditioning: One downside was the air conditioning. Despite adjusting the temperature to the highest setting, the room remained quite cold throughout my stay. The cooling system could benefit from better temperature control to ensure a more comfortable environment. Mobile WiFi Device: A mobile WiFi device was not provided in the room, which would have been useful. I recommend the hotel update guests about this change, especially for those who may rely on internet access. Shuttle Bus Service: The shuttle bus service is a great feature, making transportation around the area easy and convenient. However, I think it would be even better if the shuttle started at 8 am and ran until at least 9 pm. This would offer more flexibility for guests with varied schedules.

really enjoy my short stay at Dorsett Mongkok. I arrived early at 11.00 before the 15.00 check in time, but the reception staff made an initiative to offer me early check in so i can rest and refresh myself. the hotel even provides shuttle bus to various spot around Hongkong. room was small but very comfortable and clean. they supported the limitation of plastic wares by providing glass tumblers and water stations.

If you like have value for your money, this hotel does serve more than above average all the things you search for in a hotel with a good breakfast, clean sheets, tidy closets and nice staff. There is even free drinks and candy from time to time at the lobby. They even give you a an umbrella when it starts raining in H.K. And believe you me, I used this a lot. The only downside is, that this hotel is not near the centre of Mong Kok where all the great restaurants are, but if you want a quiet place outside this hustle and bustle, this one can be your 1ste choice for a good night sleep. (It is an average 15 min walk to Mong Kok centre) Although you think it is not far, the heat will get to you if you are not used to H.K. tropic tempatures. Other than that, the staff will help you out with anything you have problem with. Thanks again for your great service! ;)

The hotel is clean and is closely located to the olympic MTR station which is a 10mins walk away. They also provide a scheduled time hourly shuttle bus from the hotel to a few stops in MongKok, Tsim Sha Tsui & Kowloon station making it convenient to get around these areas. Breakfast variety was simple but decent.

The Hotel has a good shuttle service to MTR stations. There is supermarkets within 1 minute distance of the hotel and nearby eateries. The staff are helpful, friendly and able to communicate in English. The room is clean. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was also reasonable.

I love how the hotel is eco-friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. There are lots of good food places around the area. The in-house laundry and gym were also very convenient. We also loved the breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend this place.

Stayed in Dorsett for a week and it's been great. Good location in Mongkok, with shuttle bus going to various MTR stations like Mongkok/Tsim Sha Tshui/Kowloon. Clean sheets, with good air-conditioning during the hot summer. Overall love it!

We loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean and spacious for our family of four. Breakfast served everyday are good too. Refilling stations are convenient too. We like the location, it's close to the places we want to visit. Will definitely recommend it.

Location is great. Olympic station is just a few minutes walk away. One can easily travel around as the locations are well connected. There is also a shuttle bus to bring you to some locations. Do check out their website. Staffs are very prompt in assisting me. Housekeeper kept the rooms very clean which is great too. Alot of local eateries around Dorsett MK. Can explore food choices there. Sound proof can be better. Should have more water dispensers as it is a long wait for the lift to arrive for us to get to the floors which have the dispenser. It will also be better to provide one softer pillow and one thicker so guests can have option which to use. We definitely love this hotel and will go back if we are back to Hong Kong for holiday. The staffs make our stay very pleasant.

Had a lovely stay here. Rooms are clean and modernl the staff were super friendly. The free hourly shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok is a huge bonus—saves so much time and taxi money. Loads of local food options right outside. Perfect base for exploring the city.

It's a decent hotel. The room is spacious enough, a bit worn but fairly clean and well-maintained. The location is quite advantageous as it's not too far from main points of attraction, but it is a bit far to walk on foot from the train station with large luggage. It was very pricey for me, though I'm not sure if that was only because it was new year's.

Booked a double twin bed comfort room. Room was small but sufficient for 2 pax with minimal baggage for 3 nights. Although small, the room is equipped with all the necessities without feeling too cramped. Room is clean but housekeeping can be improved. Rooms are not soundproofed as we could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Not much of a concern to us, but it might affect others. Hotel is conveniently located with a MTR station just walking distance away. Lots of food and convenience stores nearby too. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dorsett Mongkok. The staff was welcoming, attentive and importantly friendly, making check-in a breeze, however checkout was chaotic as there was a huge group checking in while guest was checking out at 10.30. The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed. One of the highlights was the hotel’s offering on shuttle service to several strategic destination. Location-wise, this hotel is abit out of the way, 1km walk, but the buses stop nearby making it easy to get around and explore the city. Facility would be higher if the lift are faster and water filter on each floor instead on only 5 of the 28 floors. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

The area is quite far from tourist area, but they have free bus that can take you to different tourist destination. The room is big enough for a family of four , clean and comfortable rooms with free gift packs for kids. The staff are helpful and nice . We love the pastries served at breakfast, the chef is so nice🥰

Everything was excellent. Quite spacious room, nice shower, absolutely amazing view and super tasty breakfast. Staff were polite and ready to help. Not the best location, but there are 7 eleven, mtr and bus stops around - everything we need. Everything was almost ideal except that they forgot to give us new towels during cleaning, that happened twice and this is the only bad thing that happened during our stay And also soundproof is not so good

Upon check in staff are very friendly and approachable attending to your enquiries. Amenities is adequate for a hotel, placed is kept clean and tidy. Surrounding the hotel, there are few public buses that you can take to head down faster to the red line area such as Tsim Sha Tsui etc. ( look it up on Google maps) Would love to stay here again on my next trip to HK !

The room is really clean and looks excellent ,the hotel provided me as my request,staff is nice and helpful,the free shuttle can even give you a ride back from hotel to airport express which is very helpful and convient.The location of hotel is very convinient as well in terms of restaurant,drugstore and transportation.I really like it ,This is highly recommended

Hotel is slightly cramped but to be expected in Hong Kong where rooms are generally smaller all around. About a 10 minute walk to either Olympic station or a 15 minute walk to Mongkok station, so quite convenient overall. Rooms were clean, service staff were friendly and helpful, lift may take a while and difficult to know how soon as there are no floor indicators.

工作人員友善、房間視野很棒，我很喜歡這個房間的窗台和桌子，有幾天因為要待在房間裡面辦公，因為視野很好，工作起來很開心；缺點是我覺得地點有一點點的不是那麼方便，離旺角站要走大約13分鐘，離奧運站也是大約13分鐘，搭公車的話還可以，公車站走路大約5分鐘而已，然後隔音不太好，聽得到走廊的聲音，其他都很不錯，我會推薦給我的朋友。
