Cozy Place ”
Great location for our group, who really needed a quiet place to talk. Great Staff, especially Cora, who is an amazingly kind person. She would literally die for helping you. Great Manager, Aida, who was trying to give every information she has. There was some noise from landing flights, but it was okay. (FYI We were tired enough to pass out every nights)

Room-cleaned Bed: 7 out of 10 Staff: Professional and friendly Parking: Excellent Towels: First, their towels is not white anymore it looks dark or old. So, if you're miticulous bring your own. Also, when you ask for an extra towels they will ask you to get it yourself at the front desk. So, don't expect they will go to your room and deliver it. This is a self service hotel lol! Water pressure : Poor So, overall my stay was not that bad... I will give this hotel a 7 out 0f 10!

SureStay is an economy hotel. Drinking water is available at all times. Since our flight was still at night and although we checked out early, we were still allowed to stay longer in the hotel. The manager was helpful and accommodating.?

Broken Elevator”
We have stayed here a few times. It is close to the airport and off a main road. Not a tourist hotel. Generally quiet with an uncrowded pool. Sadly, the only elevator was broken on our last trip, and it was expected to be down awhile. Best to ask about that.

Nice polite staff. Very kind, but out of the way not in a good area with other stores or restaurants. Room was ok. Air conditioner did not work at all. Shower barely had any water coming out. Better spend a bit more for a better location unless ypu want lowest possible price per night

The room had no blanket, nor comforter, but only bed sheets. I found it late night then requested something to cover myself for sleep. The front desk answered they have no access to supply cabinet and housekeepers got off. I had no choice but staying up all night..

Used as a medical referral facility ”
DO NOT BOOK! Worst decision I’ve ever made. Staff are the worst. The rudest people I’ve ever met in my life and I’ve been to many places at the age of 70. When I booked hotel, nowhere did it state that this hotel is being used as a medical referral facility. Nowhere did it state no guest allowed. I couldn’t even get some privacy with my grand kids as I have not seen them in years. The front desk staff Sherries is horrible. No customer service and kept raising her voice as if I’m some child. When I booked, it said free breakfast included but was told it’s $7. What was free that’s considered “breakfast” is coffee and soup. Please don’t advertise free breakfast if all you’re serving is coffee and 1 kind of soup and tell me to $7 if I want continental breakfast. Don’t waste your time. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

All staff are kind and nice but the room was just not so great. No water bottles were provided. The toilet didn’t flush. There was a low water pressure issue in my unit. There was some weird smell from the curtains. I can’t recommend this hotel. Also, the hotel is located too far from the downtowns.
