“It was really good.”
I stayed on the last day of my trip to Osaka. The exterior was impressive, and it was cheaper than I expected, so I made a reservation. I didn't expect too much since it seemed to be somewhat older. The lobby was clean and spacious. The check-in process was smooth and done face-to-face. The staff I met in the hallway to my room greeted me warmly and were very accommodating. The room was large enough that it felt like a waste for just one person. There were signs of aging in the bathtub and furniture, but it was clean enough that it didn't bother me. The view from the window was amazing both during the day and at night! The bathroom was a unit type, but the bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably. However, the faucet was extremely stiff and difficult to turn. The towels were made of sturdy material and had excellent absorbency. Having two of each for just one person was helpful. The amenities included a toothbrush, a folding hairbrush, a shower cap, a body towel, a cotton and cotton swab set, and two sets of T-shaped razors. There were also sufficient supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. The wash basin was clean and spacious, which was great. The pajamas were a shirt-style dress. The material felt like nylon, and I would have preferred something cotton-like. The TV remote didn't work, and when I asked the front desk, they responded immediately. There were two 500ml bottles of free mineral water. There were three tea bags each of green tea and roasted tea, and two sticks each of instant coffee and milk. The coffee cups were a good size. The kettle was also clean. I couldn't find a brochure or any pamphlet about the facilities within the hotel. I think it would be nice to have one (sorry if I just couldn't find it). There is a Lawson convenience store on-site, and it connects to Rinku Town Station, which is convenient. I had an early departure, but I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

“Pleasant stay!”
We only stayed for one night, but I specifically chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. One thing that truly stood out was their exceptional service!
We had a total of five large boxes and three medium-sized suitcases, yet getting to the airport was smooth and hassle-free. Our luggage was transported from Nagoya to Osaka and arrived before we were able to check in. When we checked in late at night, all eight pieces were neatly and securely stacked in the hotel lobby under a safety net.
Communication was somewhat easy. The room was spacious enough to fit some of the large trolleys and 1 box comfortably. It also included a mini fridge, complimentary water, coffee, and tea. And the view from the 37th floor is breathtaking!
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Osaka.

“Excellent”
This was my second time staying here during my visit home. The location and view are very nice, and it is close to my parents' house. As a wheelchair user, I prefer barrier-free rooms, so I chose this place. The room is simple and clean, and it's also user-friendly. The bathroom is very spacious, and the support equipment is well-equipped, which was good. During my first stay, the bathroom felt dark, and there were cleaning hoses left around, making it feel like a facility, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. However, this time the wall tiles seemed brighter (could it be my imagination? Maybe it was the lighting?), and there were no hoses, allowing for a pleasant stay. The morning buffet had a good variety of items and all were deliciously seasoned, leaving me very satisfied. The staff even took pictures for me and were kind in their interactions. However, I felt that among the staff, some were truly polite and kind, while others seemed a bit reluctant or might not want to deal with certain requests, which left me with that impression. It’s not that I was seeking special service, nor did I receive below-standard service from anyone. But as a customer accustomed to staying in hotels, it felt a bit wasteful to experience that discrepancy among those who offer attentive and caring service. (By the way, this is not due to my wheelchair use.) It's not something I would criticize, so I held back on asking about my concern. Other than that, this is a good hotel with high-class service and facilities in this area, so I can confidently recommend it. I look forward to staying again to enjoy the breathtaking views.
This hotel is great, especially if you have a flight from Kansai airport the next day. They offer a free bus to the airport that leaves regularly, even early in the morning before the train is running.
The rooms are really large and spacious, the facilities are comfortable, and the views from the room are amazing. The staff are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the Rinku Town premium outlet mall, which is a nice area for shopping and strolling along the beach at sunset.
I've stayed at this hotel twice already, and I will gladly book there again every time I am in Osaka.

“Free airport shuttle and next to Rinku Premium Outlet”
Stayed here for the last night of Kansai trip due to early morning flight next day. Book your airport shuttle immediately when you reach the hotel as it gets full quickly. It is just a short drive and need not book too early unless you wanna queue early for flight check-in. The bus captain will tag (via sticker) your luggage before storing it in the bus compartment. Do make sure it gets loaded into the bus, in case the untoward happens.
Hotel and especially the room is a bit tired but okay for short stays. Price is steep and doesnt pay to book early as it was much more expensive than booking later. Dont believe the crap of last two rooms etc in Agoda. Each time I log in to check, always telling me last two or last room even to the day before i check in. Room size is okay, bed is comfortable. Cant check in early for me but they offered to keep our luggage and they chain it up with a wire and lock as it was just placed at the common lobby.
(Almost) Next to it is Rinku Outlet Park (ROP) where shopping can be done to idle the time away after check in as there's not much else to do in the vicinity. There is also a food park inside ROP besides Lawson at the exit of Rinku station.
