I had a great time at this hostel, the bedd were comfy with curtains for mlre privacy, toilets & showers were clean and had lots of room for multiple people, and there was always events going in to get people together. Shout-out to Welly, one of the receptionists, who was super social and got lots of people talking with one another, he kept introducing me to new people and it was great!

Amazing Staff - Unforgettable Experience”
As a solo traveler - and a first time traveler at that - I was really anxious about my visit overall. Within 4 hours of being at the hostel though - I was instantly welcomed by a friendly staff and people who were inviting. The hostel is also located super close to the metro - allowing me to get to where I want to go with ease. While the place itself was nice, the best part of St. Christophers Canal Hostel was the amazing staff. Hope to visit again really soon and make valuable friendships.

I have been staying for a few days and have to say the enviorment is really nice. The staff is gentle and they work 24 hours! People like Candela, Yulizh, Pedro and so many more are making my stay so comfortable I feel like at home! Thank you guys!

Good hostel to stay in. A bit away from everything but the metro is super close. No kitchen but there is a bar downstairs that you get discounted food and drinks at and there is breakfast for €5 in the morning. Would stay again.

only issue its there is no actual kitchen but the hostel is really nice, there is a lift so you dont need to take your bags up a flight of stairs; the bed got curtains so privacity.

Perfect for the price ”
I stayed in a 12 beds female dorm, the room was quite almost all the time, the heating was excellent since outside was freezing. The bed was comfortable and had a curtain for privacy, a little light and two power sockets for your batteries. The room is quiet bug and there’s a table if you need to eat, there’s a sofa if you wanna chill and there’s an inside sink and mirror. The bathroom is shared, quite clean and the showers were good (there’s an inside shelf for your clothes and products. The location is nice but quite far from the center, you have to take 2 metros. There’s a laundry room with an excellent dryer, a chill room with a lot of tables and a tv, an inside bar and lockers. 5/5 stars if you’re a solo traveler on a budget!!

The value is definitely great the location/ neighborhood is charming in the morning, but kind of sketch if you are walking alone solo at night. The shower is Kim of noting that it turns off after a few minutes then I have to press it again

I wouldn’t have stayed here had it not been heavily discounted by Agoda. I was pleasantly surprised at the beds with curtains and privacy although my electrical sockets didn’t work on my first stay. It was very hot in both rooms I stayed in unfortunately but that’s dorm life isn’t it. No kitchen and in an expensive area but close to the Bassin de la Villette in summer and lots of other cool stuff!

This was my first time staying at a St. Christopher's. It was a pretty good hostel, especially for Paris. Beds were good and the curtains on them were even better. The ladder to get up to the top bunk was awkward.

Good for the location in Paris”
Near to every where. Staff is very smart and cool. People crossing Paris just for a short tripo are very welcome in this hostel. Some issus,the lift is broken these days and it's very hard to stay in the upper floors. But we are enjoying . Thanks

An Intruder Came Into My Room”
(1) LOCATION: next to canal. 3 blocks fr Metro. (2) PRIVACY: curtains, lamp, socket. (3) BATHROOMS cleaned > once a day. (-) Dorm bedroom doors DONT LOCK automatically. You must manually lock the door. I'm in a 12 man dorm. How many ppl will manually lock the door? I told front desk about it and they said that's the way it is. Sure enough the next day a guy comes into my 5th F dorm room & lies down on the sofa. After 30 min I asked him what he was doing. He said waiting for a friend. I told him to wait downstairs. He accused me of lacking the hostel "spirit" & began eating chips & cookies belonging to others. I packed all of my stuff & went downstairs to tell staff. (-) All of the electrical sockets are LOOSE. If you have to use a converter AND your charging unit, they will fall off. The electrical sockets are loose from overuse. Additionally they are located a meter high.
