Very pleased and comfortable with this hotel. Glad I did not make the wrong decision from reading the reviews. Booked 3 rooms for 7 of us and reeuested all to be on the same floor and indeed it is! Great location for early arrivals at Disney”
We had a last-minute change of plans due to unseasonably warm weather on the snow fields. We booked a lovely club-level room with partial sea views (not much to write home about really) but with views over the Disney Parks. This meant we could see the nightly fireworks from the comfort of our balcony each night - perfect! The room had a queen size bed plus 2 single beds, club access was reasonable with fair food and drink options. I wouldn't recommend staying if you don't plan to visit Disney (as it is away from central Tokyo), but it was brilliant for arriving at Disney early in the morning and being first in line for some great rides.

This hotel is so clothes to Disney. You can easily take the monorail from the hotel to Disney and viceversa. Hotel is very clean and staff are wonderful!

Stayed for 4 nights. Direct monorail to both attractions and also to Ikspiria mall. Saves travel time to and from the theme parks when you're there for the whole day passes and want to start early and be back to rest early too.

Amazing hotel. Really makes you feel part of the disney experience aas soon as you arrive. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. At the time of my visit I was still recovering from a sprained ankle and the staff took very good care of me during check in and the hotel lent us a wheelchair for getting around the parks too. The beds in the rooms are very soft and great to sleep in and the rooms are very comfortable too. I would not recommend the park wing, as we could hear the bayside station beeping for the train arriving every time and it goes from 6am until past 11pm at night which made it hard to get a full nights sleep.

We stayed here again because it's nice and comfortable. There are shuttle bus to the Disney Resort line as well as Maihama JR station. Mini golf to entertain the kids and spacious room for a family of 4.

Stayed here a few times and still haven't outgrown it yet. It's right across from the Disney train station so if you missed the shuttle, it's just a short walk back to the hotel.

Huge room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Free shuttle to Tokyo bay station to get to Disneyland and disneysea. Staff were pleasant and nice. Disney shop in lobby was nice. Buffet breakfast has lots of selection. Cute little penguin pouch with amnesties that the kids loved. Definitely recommended and would stay here again in future trips.

Great stay. The room is extremely well-maintained and feel good staying at the new wing. The room size is very large by any standard. The hotel is well-connected to the Disney rail station, with a bus serving the rail station and the hotel lobby. The window view is excellent, esp for watching the Disney fire work! Highly recommended! ps: the shuttle bus connecting from the Maihama station to the hotel is disappointing though. The timing is not regular as other nearby hotels.

This place are big enough to fit 5 of us in a room. I like the club lounge. The distance is very near to Disney monorail and is great value to stay nearby disney. My parents can have a nap in the noon before re-entry to disney at 6pm.

THE BEST SPA CENTER EVER!”
The highlight of my stay was my time in the spa center. The staff are very friendly and they try to communicate with me in English even though they are having a hard time. I also try to communicate with them with the little Nihonggo I know. The staff seem to be very concerned for my well-being and wellness. I just had the best massage ever! Execellent service and sincere staff! Shout out to Kanagawa! 🤗

We always enjoyed our stay in your hotel. It’s very convenient location for hopping on and off to Disneyland and Disney Sea. We can buy the ticket parks at the hotel, depending your arrival time, the counter has opening hours. Very helpful and friendly staffs. We like the facilities for kids such as game arcade, mini golf, table tennis, etc even though this time we didn’t have time to enjoy them. Breakfast has huge selections. Will definitely stay again in your hotel when we are in tokyo bay area.

Stayed here a few times already pre-pandemic. I noticed now that the rooms got a little older. It wasn't well-maintained anymore but the facilities are still the best! The coin laundry is great! Their GYM is superb and complete! Room is spacious. Will definitely be staying here again but I hope they get to clean the rooms thoroughly.

Great location for Disneyland ”
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great for Disneyland as the Disneyland monorail stops right out the front and if you don’t want to walk the 100 metres to the hotel you can jump on the free Disney themed bus that will drop you right at the door. My daughter left one of her air pods in the bed when we checked out and the cleaning staff found it and held it at reception for us to pick up which made her very happy. Great place the only downside was the food is expensive
