Panduan dan Peraturan Homestay Desaru bagi para penyewa: 1. Penyewa yang ingin menggunakan WIFI, nama wifi dan password terdapat di ruang tamu. Wifi dan Password akan di maklumkan kemudian 2. Untuk menggunakan tv, ON kan suis tv dan Android box. Pilih Myiptv app dan pilih rancangan yang ingin dilihat. 3. Penyewa dimohon menjaga kebersihan rumah. Caj RM50.00 dikenakan bagi tujuan pembersihan sekiranya rumah ditinggalkan dalam keadaan kotor dan berselerak. 4. Bilangan tetamu terhad kepada 7 orang sahaja. RM30/org jika melebihi had yg ditetapkan. 5. Penyewa diminta mengunakan peralatan, barang-barang dan perabot secara berkhemah. Kerosakan akibat kecuaian, kelalaian dan vandalisme akan dicaj mengikut harga baru peralatan di pasaran dan tambahan 50% bagi kos pemasangan. 6. Deposit RM100.00 diambil semasa pendaftaran. Wang deposit akan dipulangkan sewaktu mendaftar keluar. 7. Homestay ini diawasi oleh CCTV bahagian luaran bagi tujuan keselamatan rumah. 8. Masa check out : Sebelum 12.00pm. Masa check in : Selepas 3 pm. 9. Pasangan bukan mahram dan yang belum berkahwin tidak dibenarkan. 10. Penyewa dimohon menjaga keharmonian jiran tetangga. 11 Makanan dan minuman yang tidak halal tidak dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke dalam homestay 12. Tuala mandi tidak disediakan di homestay. 13. Tempahan melebihi bilangan tetamu dari sebenarnya akan dikenakan caj. Terima kasih kerana mendiami Meranti Homestay Desaru . Sebarang maklum balas amatlah dialu-alukan.

the place was ok but might be nicer if interiors will be upgraded and place will be clean thoroughly (not sure if the sheets were change, didnt smel like it was change)...owner was nice and answered inquiries quickly and even help us get a cab...
