Excellent stay at Rose Rayhaan ”

My father and I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Rose Rayhaan. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone visiting to attend exhibitions as the hotel is only 2 metro stations from the world trade centre. For shopping its only 1 stop from the Dubai Mall. We were very impressed with the level of service at the hotel. Check in was easy and from the moment they learnt my name I was always greeted on a first name basis; even when i called the operator! that attention to detail is often forgotten in many hotels. All the staff always went out of the way to help us in any way they could. Would definitely stay there again!

Good words are not sufficient to describe how I deeply am grateful for my sensational residence at that great hotel. Having embarked for leisure for the first time to Dubai, choosing the most convenient hotel for my family comfortness was my key concern; however it seemed I have succeeded in selecting my presumed object. Reception staff were more than helpful, smart and guest-dedicated persons particularly Ahmed, Kinan and Mahmoud. Likewise I don’t wish to forget appreciating the lovely and friendly concierge team who provided precious data in terms of Dubai sightseeing. Eventually I’d recommend rose rayhaan to all my acquaintances who would be eager to have a splendid stay in middle of new Dubai

I have stayed at Rose Rayhaan for three days on September 2019. It was pretty great. The room is huge for me, the staff is nice and location is super good, just 150 meters away from Metro financial center. International breakfast was really tasty. Everyone of the staff speaks English very fluently. I highly recommend to stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana when you are in Dubai.

Beautiful Rose”

we came in early in the morning and though i informed the hotel about this, we still waited for more than an hour to be able to check in. just imagine our tiredness coming from a tour in egypt and wanted to just have a rest so we can explore dubai after a good night's sleep. when finally we couldnt wait anymore, the staff finally noticed and gave us a discount which for me their way of apologizing, which is alright but saying sorry wouldnt hurt, but they didnt. the hotel though is excellent if not for that check-in blooper. the shuttle service was very helpful, taking us to places and shopping centers around the area. the room was very nice and clean. overall, we loved this hotel, maybe we just had a bad night with the staff service. ill go back again to check if service will improve, otherwise, the hotel is a great beautiful rose rayhaan.

our stay in Rose rayhaan was awesome!! the staff there are very considerate and accommodating, the room is clean with nice view and very accessible to restaurant and metro. I love rotana hotels except the one in burjuman!

Perfect stay in perfect hotel”

This is our second stay in this rose rotana .the previous stay was few years ago.we like everything in this hotel .the staff are very professional and very friendly from receptionists to room service to concierge .check in and check out very fast and our room was large with kitchenette .The Internet for 3 devices was very speed .we loved this hotel and we know that Rotana is "no mistake " hotel. And this Rose deserves easily 5 stars .

The staff at Rose Rayhaan really are the highlight of this hotel: To a person, friendly and very helpful. They gym is great, not huge, but great. The pool, which as a swimmer, is important for me, is perfect if you want to sit around it, but at 14m, a little short. That said, 72 laps is a km. The rooms are great, a good size, and clean. Be aware, the step out of the shower/bath is big. So, difficult for older people (at least in the room I had). The bed, perfect, very comfy. Will I stay again? On business, absolutely. With a family with a couple of kids, I'd think about it for sure.

Great location easy access to Metro Stations”

Stayed 4 nights. I went for the exhibition in Dubai World Trade Center, it is only 2 metro stations away and the station is walking distance. The Dubai Mall is only one station away. I checked in early at 7 am and was allowed, and upgraded to a suite instead because all other rooms were full. The suite room is spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall a good stay”

The hotel location is very convenient, just two minutes walk to metro, and only two stations away from the world trade center. There are also some good cafes and restaurants near the hotel within walking distance. The room is spacious and did deserves a four star with a very good price. I especially like the quietness, it's the most important thing when you are on a business trip. Hotel staffs are very friendly and willing to help. The only down side is that it took me some time to communicate, but I find it common in Dubai. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay again. :)

Dubai getaway”

Hotel is well located and is 2mins walk to metro station Financial centre. Rooms are large and have kitchenette. Tv channels ok as have BBC, Euronews, RT, Rai UNO, TV5 and National Geographic. All the rest are Arabic. Pool fantastic on 4th floor but not as big as on website. Much smaller and busy. Views are awesome and open until 10pm with lifeguards on duty. No alcohol served at this establishment and fridge contains soft drinks which are overpriced. There is small supermarket round the corner and big Carrefour hyper market in shopping mall one stop from hotel on metro. Hotel is on Sheikh Zayed road which is busy highway but you do not hear traffic as well sound proofed. There are scheduled timings from hotel to get on a mini bus which take you to Kite beach, Dragon Mart or Dubai Mall. In reception area there is a tour company which organised activities like Dessert Safari, cruises , shows etc... and prices were fair. Overall a very good hotel and would stay again.

Great location and lovely staff”

I could enjoy my stay at this hotel and will book this hotel once again if I come for a short time. Usually I spent my holidays in Fujairah or Musandam and on my way back to stay for a couple of days in Dubai I find this hotel quite relevant in terms of location and price. The staff is very hospitable, the restaurant has delicious food. Swimming pool, spa saloon and steaming room are comfortable. Those who are interested in night life may cross the street and see a bar in Rotana tower.

Fantastic customer service and wonderful rooms”

When I first arrived I was warmly greeted by not only the staff member at the front desk but by the person who took my luggage from the taxi,! As I arrived early in the morning my room was nit ready and I was bought breakfast in the lobby, within 20 minutes I was in my room amazed by the size of the room, it was like an apartment. It had a king bed, large bath and shower, and a small kitchen with microwave. It was so comfortable and I'm glad that I booked the same hotel on my way back home as, upon my return the same staff member who greeted me 5 weeks before remembered who I was when I walked in!!! If I do go back to Dubai I'll be sure to go back there

Good hotel and comfortable ”

This is my first time to travel by myself in Dubai in Ramadan time but I also happy with this hotel all facilities are good and comfortable I ask for high floor even I got smoking room but it's clean and didn't has bad smell. U can takr the Metro to Dubai Mall or any shopping mall and to Airport it's very easy. The room rate is reasonable. I'm very happy and ofcause I will come back to this hotel again.

rose rayhaan has very nice room, with perfect city view. the room is big and very spacious, comfortable bed and it even comes with a kitchenette. big bath room and a walk in wardrobe. really felt pampered in this hotel. highly recommended

Excellent stay for busines travellers”

Extremely comfortable room with a great view, within walking distance from the DIFC and right outside the metro station for an easy journey to Dubai Mall.

Nice Hotel!!”

Personally,this is the most recommanded hotel in Dubai. Especially for people who comes for exhibition at DWTC, there's only two metro stops between the hotel and DWTC. In case the traffic is packed after daily exhibition, you can even come back to the hotel by walk. The location is just near "Financial Center" metro station, you can go anywhere easily, like Dubai mall, Gold souk, Iban Battuta......etc.

i live in canada and i wanted to offer a gift to my family in tunisia, so i chose this hotel for different reasons: - real 4* new hotel - perfect location in the financial district that makes it close to business areas and at the same distance from old dubai (bur dubai area) and new dubai (jumeirah) and of course lots of coffee places and restaurant around! - in front of top of the edge metro station - private cabs available (lexus, 4x4,...) - excellent guests department service

Excellent view”

i love this hotel - it's beautiful and the views are stunning. the breakfast is good, the gym is great. the pool is a bit too small to do laps and there is no lobby or place to sit but the rooms get 10/10 the staff are excellent and the room service is of a very high quality. there are shuttle buses to the shopping areas and it's right next to the metro and taxis. i like the fact that the staff don't disturb the guests - just leave a note under the door. there is no bar but there are so many hotels and buildings with bars all around the area and it's easy to get taxis. the staff are very polite and discreet if you come home at 4am, they just smile, unlike another hotel in dubai where the staff have tried to stop me getting into my own room because i came home late and the night shift workers "didn't know my face" (i won't stay there again) the bathroom of the room i stayed in had no drain at all and i fell over and almost broke my arm. otherwise, excellent hotel!
