One of the best hotel I've stayed”
Remm Akihabara is one the best hotel i have stayed due to the following reason. 1. Location - above the station and in Akiba 2. Staff - friendly, warm and helpful 3. Facilities - the massage chair is a comfort after long day walking. Aside from that, hotel is above a shopping mall with Starbucks, Uniqlo & Lawrence konbini.

Comfortable hotel in very convenient location ”
This was my introduction to the Remm brand of hotels and must say I was impressed. Fantastic location - I came in from the airport and was in my hotel just over an hour after we landed. The beds are comfortable, not too firm but not totally soft either. Would stay here again.

Massage chair”
The hotel has nice location, same building as the shopping mall, Akiba Tolim. Near the station. The size might be a little small compare to the other ones we’ve been to, small for 3 people, but good for 2 persons or couples out there. The great part is the massage chair. After a long walk, it’s very convenient to have that chair to relief some aches and help you sleep well. The bathroom has no bathtub but has nice rain shower. And has microwave on the lobby floor which is helpful. Overall, nice hotel. We’ll definitely booked again.

Wonderful location and service”
The location of hotel is wonderful! The staff service are excellent as well, they allow us to keep and secure our luggages in the lobby in the hours before and after checking in and out, due to our flight timing. The only thing I can nitpick was, perhaps they could had provided more blanket options? The one provided was a little too warm for the temperature at that time. Maybe I could had asked, but that doesn't affect how much I like the location and hotel

Can't beat the location for convenience, right by JR and Tsukuba stations. We stayed on a high floor which had a great view of Skytree and the skyline as well. The room was small but comfortable. The only cons was the lack of a coin laundry in hotel so we would not recommend for long stays (though there is a coin laundry shop 5 mins walk away), and also be prepared to wait for the elevators - they all stop at the lobby on the 6F and some of them don't go all the way down to the ground level so there's always a bit of a wait. Would recommend for a short stay based on convenience of location.

Dated but still excellent business hotel”
While looking very modern, the rooms are showing their age with scuffs on the doors and edges of the black carpentry. Room is small, made smaller by the tiny massage chair which I had to squeeze into to use, but is very well equipped and can have a nice view of Akihabara. Excellent location, though I can't help but feel it's a little too far away from Shibuya and the other touristy locations in West Tokyo.

good location which is very near Akihabara station. Room size is a bit tiny but fair enough. Massage chair is very helpful for my tired body. Nice staffs. The tooth brush cup got water stains and hairs on floor which should be improved. And we need to take long time to wait for the elevator which is a bit not happy on it.

This hotel can't be located better, it's right next to the station. The beds were a bit softer than usual Japanese which I found very comfortable. View of Akihabara was amazing, especially at night.
