A Little Japan in Taiwan ♡”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, wearing yukatas from the entrance. Through them, I was able to experience a little bit of Japan in Taiwan. There was nothing to complain about, from the cute and clean check-in counter to the individual hot spring facilities in the rooms. The accessibility to the park in front of the hotel, as well as the nearby market and shops, was also great. I wish I could have stayed for more than one day because it was so satisfying. I had a really peaceful time and the traditional Japanese breakfast was also very clean and good. If I have the chance, I would like to use it again. Thank you so much to the staff who greeted me until I left on the airport shuttle bus that I had booked in advance!

We had a wonderful hot spring vacation with parents in Japanese tatami room. it’s very interesting to dress up in Japanese bathrobe to have a substantial breakfast in the resort, which location is very good and free shuttle bus served.

The service is as thoughtful as it gets here. The room is definitely on the older side but it is clean and very beautiful. The tatami living space is very nice and we loved being in the yukatas that were provided

Love the design and the hot spring”
This hotel is located right next to the hot spring museum and the BeiTou Library. The staff at the restaurant and the room service division were incredibly hospitable. Nevertheless, I would say some staff at the front desk were not super nice. The hot spring facilities are located on the 4th floor and are nice and well-maintained. We enjoyed the dinner as the food presentation was creative and aesthetic. The breakfast was okay and the range of food options is acceptable. The highlight of the restaurant would be the view when you take the elevator up to your room. If you like Demon Slayer, you would love the elevator ride. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.!

Great hotel service, very satisfied with the room and meals, the hot springs are very comfortable, and there is a shuttle to the hotel from Beitou MRT station. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is worth it.

It would have been perfect BUT...”
...there was a HORRENDOUSLY loud, raucous and likely terribly drunk party going on at the function rooms at L6, thankfully the party (hence the noise) stopped at around 2230. So for a peaceful onsen experience avoid the festive period, I guess! Otherwise, it's a great facility, the rooms were immaculate, the food was great, the hot baths was up to mark. We thought the spring waters piped into the rooms was diluted (unfortunately) - the waters at the public baths were a lot more pungent (in a good way).

Amazing service and a special experience ”
We stayed for a bachelorette trip for my friend. Everyone at the hotel took such good care of us and was so kind. We felt very pampered. They only thing that didn't feel worth it for the money was the dinner at the restaurant which is optional. If I had it to do over I would skip that but just enjoy the amazing facilities and kind staff.
