はじめて利用させてもらいました。 ビジネスで長期滞在しましたが、リゾートホテルだけに客室は広くて清潔。 スーベリアツインルームを利用しましたが、キッチンとダイニングテーブルが便利で、食事のほか、パソコンの利用も快適にできました。 部屋に電子レンジが付いているので、弁当や冷凍食品だって美味しく食べられます。 ベッド脇に2Aの充電用USBソケットがあるのも便利です。 洗濯機は無料で利用できるし、ハンガーをかける場所が多数あるため、ロープを張る必要はありませんでした。 出張は洗濯環境にストレスがあると辛いのですが、そのような心配は全くありません。 部屋にシャワー室、一階に大浴場があるので、風呂環境は充実しています。 テレビは49インチのブラビアで、部屋の広さに合った大きさなため、どこで見てもストレスはありません。 朝食はバイキング形式で、サラダだけでも数種類あり、肉、魚、揚げ物、パン、米のほか、数種類のスープが日替わりで用意されるなど、身体に優しいメニューです。 また、富良野市、美瑛、豊富の牛乳があり、小さな三連グラスに入れて味比べができるなど、楽しみながら食事ができます。 さらに、系列の酒蔵から出る酒粕を使ったスムージーやプリンなど、健康志向かつ独創的なメニューが盛りだくさんで、どれも美味しいです。 そして何より、スタッフの対応が丁寧かつきめ細やかで、清々しい気持ちになりました。 いつも笑顔を絶やさず、目配り気配り心配りを欠かさない様子を見ると、このホテルに泊まってよかったと感じました。 また泊まりたいと思うような、いいホテルだと思います。

丁寧な接客と美味しい料理”
とにかくとても親切。暗くなってからの到着だったのですが駐車場まで丁寧にご案内いただきました。 入り口に置いてあるウェルカムドリンクのリンゴジュースが本当に美味しくて子供は大喜び。ワインの試飲も美味しくてこれだけでも満足できるくらいでした。 お部屋も清潔でベッドも広くて高級感あり大満足です。 朝食がとにかく美味しかった。特にサラダとパン、スープが最高でした。 富良野まで行くのは大変でしたがまた来たいです。 補足ですが支配人からご紹介いただいた近くのワイナリーにヤギがいて、エサやりができて子供がすごい楽しんでました。

到着がちょっと遅くなりましたがちゃんと親切に対応いただきました。部屋は清潔感があって快適でした。今回夕食を追加しましたことで本当に正解でした。現地生産でこだわりの食材で作った料理はとってもおいしかったです。またワインも香りが良くて、美味しかったです。 機会があれば是非またよろしくお願いします。

清潔感があり落ち着いた雰囲気のとても素敵なホテルでした。シェフこだわりの素材で出していただいたお料理が非常に美味しく、おすすめのマッチングワインとの相性も最高でした。朝食もこれまでに食べた洋食ブッフェの中でNo.１だった気がします。またワインの試飲や地元でとれたての旬のフルーツを購入できるのも良かったです。イチゴは部屋で水洗いしていただきましたがみずみずしく甘さたっぷりでした。自宅用に購入したメロン、白ワイン、カカオニブも楽しみです。また訪れたいと思える素晴らしいホテルでした。

とても快適”
オフシーズンを利用して家族4名でスイートに泊まりました。最上階なので4m以上の天井高さのリビングと寝室は快適で，国内ホテルでは初めての経験でした。最新マッサージ機，ワイングラス，食器，調理鍋が付属され，長期ステイの方も安心かと思います。外国人のスタッフの方のおもてなしが素晴らしく，少しだけたどたどしい丁寧な日本語は大変好感を感じました。大手チェーンホテルよりも快適に過ごせると思います。 I recommend this Hotel so much. I stayed at suite room and the living room is roomy with high ceiling and high quality furniture. The amenity prepared with wine grasses, meal dishes, kitchen tools and also microwave. Only one advice, it may convinience for visinting with a rent car.

気配りのお宿”
母1人、子供３人で2泊しました。 スタッフの方々は、とても温かく迎えて下さいました。大雪の日でしたが、クルマを出す際も、一緒に雪下ろしを手伝って下さり大変助かりました。 お部屋も浴室も清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 子供達は、朝食をとても喜びました。 ぜひまた滞在したいです。

Nice hotel”
There was a parking space which was within a 2-min walk to the hotel. The hotel was about 10-min away from the city centre by driving. The room was so spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was free laundrette (2 washing machines and 2 drying machines) on the ground floor and the detergent would automatically pump in, but be careful of the long queue. The staff were nice. We tried the buffet breakfast which costed around 1045 yen per person and it was nice although the buffet line is not large enough. Highly recommended!

酒店很新，设施极佳，卫生也很好，房间有挑高5m左右的客厅非常宽阔，窗外就是雪景，有免费接驳车去滑雪场，非常方便（步行也就10分钟左右），早餐价格公道，虽然品种不多但是味道不错，富良野首选！信价比超级高！

朝食の美味しいホテル”
落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフの方の対応も良く、スタイリッシュでありながらアットホームなホテルでした。 朝食が充実していてとても美味しかったです。 浴場もあり、今回は１泊でしたが、何日か滞在したかったです。

Best hotel of our trip”
Peaceful and calm hotel located near Kitanomine Ski area and Asobiya. Very helpful and excellent service mind staff. The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Onsen is not crowded. (Actually, around 11 PM, there is only me in the Onsen room.) The hotel also provide shuttle bus for free between Furano ski area, Kitanomine ski area and Furano station.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the Winery Hotel and Condominium. The staff were lovely and spoke English well which made it really easy for us. There is a shuttle to the ski fields, into town and to supermarkets everday. The hotel itself is beautiful, everything was brand new and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Newish Hotel”
This was a very nice place to stay, at a reasonable price. Room was fantastic, with kitchenette (microwave, stove top, sink, refrigerator, plates, knives forks & spoons, and cooking pots & pans), nice shower room, seperate toilet, & comfortable area for personal hygiene or makeup. Room safe, TV (I could cast to it from my phone, but most default channels were japanese), table & chairs, a recliner lounging chair. For all guests there was a free wifi, free washer dryer, & a nice Japanese style public bath (nice and hot). There was a scheduled shuttle bus to the ski slopes during the day, and a few shuttle runs in the evening to the center of Furano (railway station). There was a lounge near reception, where most late afternoons or evenings there was some activity (I didn't use much, except for one night doing sake tasting), and a restaurant, which I used only once given a range of restaurants available nearby. Ski locker was good. Hard pillow, but I never asked for a soft one.

很好很舒服的酒店”
酒店离JR站有点小远，坐bus过来然后再走一段路（大概10分钟）的样子，还能接受。酒店是新的，所有设施都很新，服务人员都很热情，我下次来还会继续住这里。真的很好。

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, bus service to furano station, Furano ski, Gondola,good breakfast but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice this was one of the nicest places.

酒店很新，虽然不大但是小巧而精致。客房内的各种小配件体贴入微、服务到位。酒店内的泡汤也很棒。自助早餐虽然选择不是很多，但味道都还不错。周边环境很幽静。
