Very homey feeling staying in this place”

We had a really good stay here. We love homey atmosphere. They even has nice and clean hot spring in Furano. We stay in Japanese tatami room this time and it is really nice. Owner speak english very well and can guide you on the place to visit in Furano. The location may not near JR Station, so it might be suitable for those who has car. Plenty free parking space. They do have washing machine. There is a big Coop supermarket not far from the Chalet (Drive-able) and 7/11 (Walk-Able).

Nice breakfast & Comfort stay”

Very happy with the delicious breakfast and welcome drink! We had a comfy stay and enjoyed very much! There is only one problem during our stay - hard to take shower in room due to very poor water pressure!! But you can use the shower in the onsen room at ground floor which has no problem!

Highly recommend Chalet Burlap Furanui- You will enjoyed staying in a Japanese-style Tatami room!! Great and convenient location,just situated at the foot of snowy mountain,Just only 5 mins walking distance to Furano Ski area and also 10mins walk down to 7-11!! Free onsen too if you are staying!!

Clean and cosy”

Room was small but extremely clean. Love that there were plenty of wash basins and toilets available outside of guest rooms. Guy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. A definite plus point is that guests get to use the shared hot tub and sauna.

Superb hotel with breakfast and onsen”

We checked in very late night but the owner is still waiting at the reception. Room is very good in futon style. We had private bathroom and could use shared bathroom outside. The room is very clean. Onsen is medium size but it was really impressive. Breakfast was one main dish (sausage, veggie and egg) but we could have additional bread with butter and jam, cereal, drink, fruit at unlimited serving. We really love this hotel.

Wonderful stay at Chalet Burlap Furanui”

We had a very pleasant stay at Chalet Burlap Furanui. The Staff were really friendly and helpful and fluent english is really a pleasant bonus for us. The most memorable is perfectly cooked breakfast, served warm and fresh. Location is also convenient, not very far from bus stop, and you arrange pick up from and to hotel and station. All in all, very recommended.

Best place I've stayed in all of Hokkaido <3”

I travelled Hokkaido just a few weeks ago for 9 days, and I must say that among all hotels I've stayed in, this was the best accommodation I've had! Furano was an easy favorite, and this hotel even made it more appealing to me. Their shuttle service is for FREE, operating until 6 PM. It can pick you up to and from JR Furano Station, then bring you to Ningle Terrace and back, and I guess even the supermarket. In any case, the location is great as it is a few steps away from the Kitanomine Gondola bus stop / Furano Snow School and very near a lot of food options, which is real great if the temperature goes negative. The staff are very warm and friendly, and they even drive you themselves to wherever you want to go, as long as it is before 6 PM. A lot of them can speak good English too. The room was very comfortable and spacious for one, free breakfast was great, AND, it had an ONSEN facility, which was really awesome after a half day of skiing and double digit negative weather. :)

Unsure about the public transport, but will recommend if u rent a car. A good comfort place at a budget price. Staffs are very friendly and they speak cantonese!

Onsen facilities included. Coin operated washing machine & drier. Many other toilets & sinks on ground floor.... Good for us in group of 4, staying in a room on the ground floor. There is a living room with a piano for guests to play. Free flow of coffee from a coffee machine at the reception desk. Plum wine & chocolates for guests at the reception area until 11pm. We had nice sumptuous breakfast included in our room rate. There is a nice small Japanese restaurant 200m away, called San Jin

Good value and good location”

It nice they offer welcome drinks (wine/coffee/juices) to guests and you go for 2nd free top-up. It good they have washing machine and dryer - 100yen for 30mins (very good value).

Nice staff and cozy hotel”

It was nice to meet Ah Kuen who is from Hong Kong and now settles in Japan with his Japanese wife. The outlook of the hotel made me think of the houses in Germany. The hotel is located at a quiet place which fits for self-driving travellers. It's worth staying. Recommended.
