While the bird was likely a coincidence, the door issue should have been addressed during cleaning before guest check-in. 2. The second room had no filter/odor trap in the bathroom sink, causing a bad smell, which the hotel seemed aware of, as air fresheners were placed in the room. 3. The bathroom lacked a partition between the shower and toilet, making it hard to keep the toilet dry. No toilet paper or holder was provided in bathroom, though a roll was available in the room. 4. No hair dryer in the room. Even borrowing one was inconvenient as no power outlet was available near the mirror. 5. Weak Wi-Fi signal in my room. 6. The King Suite's living area felt unnecessary, with uncomfortable, small furniture. On the positive side, the bedroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Good coffee shop is opposite. For the price, these issues are somewhat acceptable, but improvements would enhance the guest experience.
