The Adora is in District 1, close to all the main attractions. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff are lovely and very accommodating, giving us rooms next door to each other, organising transport to and from the airport etc. The breakfast is low on options and the same every day but the quality is good. The rooftop pool has great views of the city. It’s small but clean and a very nice spot for a quick dip. There’s a bar up there too! One thing I will mention, if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, the Adora won’t give you that. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor’s tv for example, and I could hear my daughter’s phone buzzing through the wall. None of that bothered us though. Given the location on a busy, bustling street we were not expecting peace and tranquility. We highly recommend Adora and would definitely stay there again.
I stayed here for 5 days and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent – very near to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by many attractions, cafes, bars, restaurants, and even GS25 convenience stores. The price is reasonable for the facilities provided, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, bed sheets, and amenities topped up every day. I really appreciated the spotless bathtub and the modern high-tech water heater. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit limited, but it’s not a big issue since there are plenty of food options around the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay – I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Adora ART hotel speaks for itself - art! The entrance and cute lobby was adorned with decors that matched the drizzling weather. We checked in at 2am since we paid a day in advance. The reception and lobby was dark and the receptionist was sleeping that time that we have to wake him up. Yet, in the morning the concierge and other hotel staff were all cordial and nice. We booked 3 rooms yet 1 of the room has a very poor internet connection. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily. The cleaning lady is very friendly. The room by the way is provided with the necessary consumable ammenities. One thing though, qe can hear the noise or even the talking in the hallway. Food during breakfast offers a great variety yet some of the kitchen/ dining staff were quite moody. Only 1 among them was serving the food with a smile and greeted the guests. So far, it was a pleasant stay.

We are happy with our hotel at the Adora Art at Saigon! The location was spot-on. We were a quick 300-500m walk from all the big spots like Ben Thanh Market and Vincom Shopping Mall, plus our new favourite restaurant, Pho Vietnam. Being able to just stroll to these places saved us so much time and hassle. The hotel staff were all polite and helpful too when we ask them for some guides/help. As a group of three friends, the three-bedroom setup was just right for us. It wasn't cramped, and we had space to spread out our luggages without tripping over everything. And the breakfast was a win! My friends and I made sure to hit up breakfast every single morning during our 6-day, 5-nights stay. It was a great way to fuel up before heading out for our daily adventures. Overall, it was a really comfortable and convenient base for our trip!

Lovely roof top pool, delicious buffet breakfast. Great location close to good restaurants and the market. Walking distance to tourist attractions in HMC. Helpful friendly staff. We travelled as a family of 4. Parents and two teenagers. The hotel is modern and clean. It very close to Ben Thanh market. If you you want to shop that's the place to stay. For breakfast they have quite a variety of things to choose from. The staff is really awesome. On the last day our flight which was at 11 .50pm so we had to book for an extra day so we could have somewhere to stay while waiting for our flight. We decided to book a cheaper room since we were not going to be sleeping over.The staff was so kind, instead of moving us to the cheaper room they let us keep the executive room. I would definitely go back again. We loved our stay there.
Overall it was a great option for my holiday and perfect for someone who just needs somewhere to stay and spend time at after exploring the city. Please don't let my critiques dissuade you. Staff were 10/10 and I would recommend it to friends. location is perfect Pool is great and a lifesaver. So is the bar. I loved that I could get a late night drink, sit by the pool and look out at the city. Room was nice. having bottles warer available was really important. I wish we were given large bottles too as the small ones were great for day trips but when it came to general hydration I'd go through them quickly. Breakfast was okay. I've had bad hotel breakfasts and this definitely wasn't that but saying it was amazing would be wrong too. It was frustrating that the bowls for cereal were small bowls like they were for fruit or children. having Pho and freshly made eggs was a great option. The gym room was quite lacking with old equipment. It's fine for those who want to do cardio and an airconditioned environment but if you want to do more, your options are limited. i'd recommend swapping one of the three cardio machines out for something different. and to get a vertical weight rack so that you ca hold more weights in the compact space.
Hotel’s located in a prime location. Close to shopping. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast so-so but should step up on cleanliness as there’s a roach crawling on the cushion seats. Mattress should be changed as it’s sunken in and pillows are too soft. Nice place to stay still!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting HCMC. It has large airy interior spaces filled with art and colour, feeling both modern and traditional. We loved having the balcony suite on the top 9th floor- a real treat with fabulous views from the terrace. The staff even kindly provided a birthday cake for my husband. Very nice selection at breakfast, with attentive staff throughout the hotel. Would happily stay here again.

I had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect — everything was just 10–15 minutes away by cab. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and overall the property was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which had very limited vegetarian options apart from bread and butter. A bit more variety there would make the experience perfect!
If you want markets and street food then this is a perfect spot. Room was nice and clean - small but everything is around this location. Pool was a lovely little break from the streets. I would probs skip the buffet breakfast and just get street food or market food. Staff on the door and cleaners were super nice and friendly. We would stay again.

We did get a deal through Agoda and I don't have a lot of hotels in Vietnam to compare it to, we had a wonderful stay. The old town location is great with many things to do and see within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet awesome. I say this not just because they have something for everyone, but because the hot food bar was very vegetarian friendly. Previous hotels breakfast buffets seemed to believe all food should have some meat in it for flavor. There's plenty of meat and seafood in the hot bar, but also plenty of meat free options. The rooftop pool is very refreshing with nice views. Finally the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The location is really good. Within short walking distance of the Ben Thanh Market and a bit longer one to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and a 15-minute walk from the Opera house. The staff is very nice, especially the guy holding the building door :). The rooms were clean, and the family room was spacious enough. The only thing I noticed was that the towels were not as clean. The buffet, in my opinion, could have more western and "breakfasty" food options. They do have an egg station which helped since there weren't many other options besides toast. The rest is Asian breakfast which might have been good but I didn't try as I crave other stuff. Besides this, i think this place is very nice, good location, staff are nice, rooms are clean and good size. Just note that if you are traveling with elder people, the shower has a tub which is quite high. I travelled with my 80-year-old parents, and this was not very convenient for us given my parent's mobility abilities.

Bright, colorful and aesthetic hotel. Good location and easy to get Grab to anywhere. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market, Malaysian St and Saigon Centre and Square. Plenty of spa around the area. Wifi is good and hot water is consistent. Our family room is big and the pillows and bed are so comfortable.

Its a small boutique hotel with all the amenities of 5 star but smaller. Its quiet, clean, buffet is good, staff is very nice and helpful they speak English. Walking distance to many attractions - the famous Bin Thanh market is around the corner! A craft brewery with great food is right next door! Get a room wothout window for max quiet or upgrade to big window on the road room which is even nicer.

The decor in the hotel is definitely great backdrops for your travel photos. Place was clean, roomy and is located in a good location near to fantastic local shops. The breakfast was yummy too, our family had a great time staying in this hotel.

We checked in the hotel just before Christmas 2023 and we stayed in the hotel for 9 days. The facilities setup and appearance do fit an art hotel, the hotel staff work tirelessly to keep the aging facilities clean and tidy. You may not like some of the room or amenities designs, but generally, you will find the hotel is cozy and comfortable. The reception, cleaning, and kitchen staff were outstanding, very kind, and supportive. I would like to particularly single out the buffet staff, the lady who was serving eggs (I think her name was Hao) and her colleague, my team really enjoyed their exceptional services and jovial mood. We looked forward to the buffet breakfast every morning of our stay. The doormen were excellent, not only did they cater to our luggage, they also assisted us with sim cards, and power adapters and ensured that our day trip bookings were in order. I will recommend, without reservations, the Adora Art Hotel to anyone who wishes to see Ho Chi Minh City, especially shoppers, it is less than USD5.00 to travel by Grabcar to most of the major malls within the city.
Take the suite if you can, it's spacious and worth every penny when you count in the HUGE spa tub. Water pressure is good. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of local and foreign dishes. The Staff from Bell Boys to Front desk are warm, welcoming and very professional. Will definitely stay here again

Adora Art Hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short walk from key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, the overall experience was average. The room was functional but could use some maintenance and updating. Cleanliness was okay, but not exceptional. Some areas felt a bit worn, and the service was polite but not very engaging or consistent. It’s a decent choice if you’re prioritizing location and just need a place to rest at night. With a few improvements in service quality and upkeep, it could offer much more.

There are many things that can make-or-break a hotel. One, the amenities. Two, the location. This place had both. Located in District 1, we arrived on a Thursday and immediately found it easy to check in and then get a bit to eat even though it was close to midnight. The staff was incredible. The bed was comfortable. We used the laundry service, which was excellent. Overall, great stay.

Agora Art is located in a prime location for visitors to District 1 and a perfect staging point for a HCMC visit. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although the soundproofing could be a bit better as you can definitely hear your neighbors and folks in the hall if they’re not super quiet.The breakfast buffet has a great variety of both Vietnamese and western options, but be sure not to fill up too much in the morning so you can try all the great food HCMC has to offer!
I booked this property for 2 nights and paid in advance. An international flight delay caused me to lose the first night — I accepted the non-refundable booking and did not demand a refund. That was not the point. The problem was what happened next. I arrived exhausted the following morning and, having paid for breakfast as part of my booking, asked if the hotel could accommodate me despite being only 20 minutes late because of the delayed flight. Reception’s response was blunt and unapologetic: “breakfast time is over” and I would have to pay again for a meal. Only after persistent insistence did staff reluctantly hand over some bread and eggs. No apology. No acknowledgement. No attempt to make a tired traveller feel valued. Just a petty, transactional gesture that felt insulting rather than hospitable. This is not about a single policy — it is about mindset. A hotel that takes full prepayment yet refuses a basic, pre-paid service to a guest delayed through no fault of their own demonstrates a worrying lack of empathy and basic hospitality. It signals that once the payment is secured, guest comfort is no longer a priority. Practical note to other travellers: expect rigid enforcement of rules and very limited goodwill here. If you value fairness, human decency, and a hotel that can show basic understanding when travel goes wrong, look elsewhere.

For 5 days we stayed in the Adora Art Hotel. Our room was next to the rooftop swimming pool on the 9th floor, a quiet spot in the middle of the hectic of Ho Chi Minh city. A spectacular view in the day, and magical at night, with the animated lights on the skyscrapers in the distance. The breakfast was superb, the staff was very friendly and professional. Every day our room was cleaned and our bed was made. It's in a very busy spot in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll see a lot of tourists here, but a 15 minute walk in either direction will take you to places where you'll practically only see locals. We loved staying at the Adora Art Hotel and hope we will come back one day. Highly recommended.
Through no fault of the hotel, I accidentally booked a windowless room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and surprisingly larger than expected. Overall I was happy with my room. The breakfast was decent with fruits and a variety of Vietnamese and western choices. Location was fantastic! A few minutes walk to Ben Thanh market. Although some attractions were slightly further but still within walkable distance. Easy and cheap to order a Grab if you do not wish to walk. Overall very happy with my 3 night stay.

Very attractively decorated smaller hotel that is very comfortable and within walking distance to many key sites & areas in HCMC District One. Staff are very helpful and super fast to respond to any requests. Great breakfast too, although getting the coffee adjusted to my taste was tricky. Ha ha. We traveled to 6 different cities, and stayed at 7 hotels in three weeks traveling Vietnam. The Adora Art Hotel stood out as the best for a single reason. Their door staff were the friendliest and hardest working we encountered. We didn't get his name, but you'll know him when you see him. Upon arrival in our transport van, he smiled from the top of the doorsteps, then proceeded to run to handle our luggage and greet us. We thought that must be his enthusiastic greeting. It turns out he runs all the time, always enthusiastic about opening doors, greeting you several times during the day. He was actually our favorite part of our stay. When he loaded our luggage upon departure, he took it upon himself to warp our cardboard shipping box in extra tape. Our only regret is not getting a photo of him and his colleague. We will surely return to Adora Art and highly recommend it .
Well situated, this hotel is a gem. The rooms are nice, staff are lovely and the breakfast is superb. I enjoyed the sky bar too with its beautiful views over the pool/jacuzzi and city.

The hotel staff provided good service, and the location was excellent, surrounded by massage parlors and restaurants. The hotel's soundproofing no so good; at night, I could hear doors opening and sound water from toilet.

The room without a view is really dark (as expected). Pros The hotel is close to the main market and walking distance to all landmarks. Good breakfast. Cons Walls are thin and you can hear people using the toilet and shower. Towels were old and thin.
