Hotel na uboczu, ale dla podróżujących pociągiem lokalizacja idealna. Pokój schludny i cichy. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, np. w kwestii zorganizowania transportu na dworzec, dodatkowych napojów, itp.

The hotel I like the most in Saigon”

This hotel has an interesting architecture, and I like the restaurant too. The room was big and clean. It is not located in a touristic area, but it was OK for me because I like eating traditional food.

Sad to say”

The stay for the first two days was good and we intend to extend our stay for another two days and I pay for it. But the next day they told me that additional two days that I extended and I have already paid for was not valid as they claim that the current customer that is staying at the room decided to extend their stay. They decided that they reject my extension after I make a payment with the reason that the customer that is staying now have the right to extend their stay. So why ask me to pay in the first place ??? Really very disappointed with the customer service they give. Although the service is good but the customer service is bad

Clean, comfortable and surrounded by street food”

Staff are friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, fresh, modern and extremely comfortable. TV was new and fully functional. Chose the studio suite although never used kitchen facilities as the appliances were presumably available on-request. 24/7 Convenience store is a minute's walk as are a vast selection of eateries and food vendors. 20 Minute walk to District One or a 2-3 dollar cab ride. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Friendly Staff, Passionate Owner and Happy Stay!”

Easy to access for cab, about VND53.000 to VND60.000 to get to Post Office and the BT market. You can see the local daily life along the street of the hotel location. Most importantly, you wont hear any vehicle beeping during the night. We have a good sleep for the 3 nights stay!

Comfortable / Convenient”

Stayed at this hotel on two previous occassions within the last two weeks. We returned as it was comfortable and convenient due to the proximity to the railway station. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

It was a very convenient and comfortable stay. It was convenient as we were travelling with the train next day. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff assisted with our enquiries. I previously stayed at this location and had no hesitation in returning. From the menu the food/dining was acceptable as we did not eat at the hotel. No issues regarding the stay.

Cordial staff / Comfortable stay”

It was a very comfortable stay. The customer service was excellent, the owner Ms. Phu ensured that we felt at home and that all our needs were accommodated. She is always eager to assist and to provide directions and guidance to your locations in the area. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Railway Station which made travels to other areas very easy. The room was clean and spacious which made the stay very enjoyable.

Great value, quiet, comfortable hotel with amazing”

From check in to check out everything went smoothly, nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic staff. The hotel is situated in a quiet street with nearby restaurants and lots of character. There is a launderette a few hundred yards away.. A taxi ride to the centre of Saigon is around two dollars. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Private and relaxing”

Tucked into a corner of District 10, bordering District 3 is Minh Chau Hotel, which may look drab from the exterior but we were welcomed into a beautifully and homely designed 4 storey apartment-like building. Stayed initially for one night as wasn't too sure how the hotel will hold up among the myriad of hotels around the area, but was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the bedroom suite was, which included basic cooking facilities. The room was completely dark with doors and lights shut which was exactly what I was looking for - a good night's rest. However the hotel is located beside a school which meant it could be noisy in the early morning unless you've got all windows and doors shut. Also that the lady owner was extremely hospitable and made our stay memorable enough for a revisit next time we head to HCMC. Highly recommended.

Minh Chau, or the Shining Pearl”

This is one of the best stays we have ever had, & the best value for money. This is pure quality, & it’s all down to the tireless work of Phu & her staff. We stayed in the 1 bed studio. It was a good size, with a separate kitchen (equipped with plates, cutlery etc) & bathroom. The hotel was quiet & peaceful, but very welcoming. The bed was comfortable & there was a good amount of storage space. The Minh Chau supplies exactly what you need, cheaply, simply & effectively. An example – the wardrobe had a well fitted hasp, with which we used our own lock. Instantly we had a lot of secured storage – no worrying about ‘who might know the code’ or ‘how do I fit the laptop in’. It was simple & effective. The whole hotel is run to the same philosophy. Don’t be put off by the Q10 location. It is a real selling point that you are staying in the real HCM. You go out the door, & there is real, very friendly, life. Phu is happy to point out good local traders & cafes. She would also make sure we could get everywhere else - ordering reliable taxis, etc. She made sure we had a map of the city centre to get around & address cards to help us get back. You will notice that Phu is mentioned a LOT. She is simply a brilliant hotelier. She stayed up to meet our late arrival, & was there to wish us a safe journey at the end. She genuinely cares about her guests, & the staff follow her lead. If we ducked out late after a day in, someone would quickly tidy the room & supply clean towels etc. Every staff member would greet us cheerfully. Phu is also a fantastic cook. The restaurant, in the roof garden, is peaceful & romantic. Just the place to unwind with a fresh juice, & enjoy a good meal. We enjoyed every dish we tried. There is a mixture of European & Vietnamese dishes to enjoy, all prepared by hand. The smell from the kitchen is simply divine. The Minh Chau, & its wonderful team, really are a shining pearl of Ho Chi Min City, and we will stay there anytime. In a heartbeat!

Perfect short stay”

It's a unique and very individually designed hotel. The owner, vietnamese woman in her 50's takes care the guests personally and in a very friendly and helpful way. The hotel is inspired by many artistic and unconventional elements, has an rooftop terracy with an removable roof and many other nice rustic elements. For our stay the perfect place. Big room, TV, Aircon, balcony, good beds. No complaints. We loved to stay there. Good price either.

We only stayed for one night and chose the hotel because my bf wanted to be somewhere rather than D1. Hotel is nicely designed with spacious comfy rooms. Staff is friendly. Location is not so close to major attractions that a first time tourist would want to check out, but it's near a lot of well-known local restaurants.

Service with a smile and budget-friendly”

The hotel is a good deal for its price range. It's hard to find a decent place at such price in Saigon these days. Plus: We had comfortable bed and pillows, clean bedding, enough surface in the room (this is important to us because we usually don't have enough surface in other hotels we stay to put our stuff [e.g. map, water, key, cosmetics, books, wallets, sanitaries] on), helpful assistance to buy tickets, very friendly and nice owner. Next to the hotel is a 24/7 convenient store, as well as several cheap street food places within walking distance. Minus: Bathroom had a few stains on the wall due to past water leakage. The ground floor room had some noise at late night and early morning. We recommend this hotel for those who transit in Saigon in 1 - 3 days and want to save money yet not sacrifice basic comfort.

The family hotel with the great location”

I have stayed at this hotel twice. We are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room was clean, and the host was interested in us during our stay. Furthermore, it is located in a good location that is very convenient for us to ride a motorcycle to go to the center.

Comfortable hotel with a feel of home”

Booked this hotel as a transit before we proceed on to board the train (train station is just a 5 mins ride away, walking is possible). Was very surprised with the room allocated as it is definitely valued for money, clean and large. The rooftop restaurant is another must visit as the homely ambiance created by decor and furniture accompanied by a cooling night view makes it a fantastic experience.

Booked it as said it was near the station,tho still a 10-15 minute walk to it. Bit out of the way of the centre but it depends where you want to be near. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and quite moderny furnished.Very nice decor and very clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace is very nice . I'd stay here again if I wanted easy access to the train station.

i stayed for 3 day great then went on a walk about of Viet Nam but returned before flying back home the hotel offered to look after my excess luggage, every thing was perfect Its a bit out of the way, hut i did not want to be slap bang in the tourist area. there are two awesome coffee shops nearby.

The first room i had smelled like pee. The 2nd room was decent. No hair dryer, if u want it you gotta go ask for one, then return it to the front desk lady immediately after. If you pay less than $20 a night, then it's ok. More than that, then invest a little more and get a better stay.

Fantastic District 10 neighborhood hotel ”
