100% worth staying there, great location you can walk to attractions nearby, staff was really nice and attentive, stay was comfortable as well. Just a small issue with the sound proofing of rooms as you can easily hear people walk past your room at night- other than that it was a perfect stay.

Hotel is in a great location - walking distance to many great restaurants / attractions. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Lobby is beautiful and rooms are spacious and clean. However the buffet breakfast is just average.

Very good value for money. The location was close to tourist attractions. The room was not that big, but it was very clean. The hotel looked new and well-designed. There were a lot of amenities. There was also a coffee shop at the lobby. The staff was very helpful as well.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more pleasant. I also highly recommend joining their membership program. I booked this room last minute to watch the fireworks celebration on 27/04. The hotel is just a short walk to Me Linh roundabout, a perfect location to enjoy the show. The room and facilities itself is nicely decorated, clean and vibrant. I would definitely return here

We really had a great stay with Prostyle Hotel. The location is very good, near to attraction and to shopping mall. A lot of good restaurant around, hi-and to street style. The street where the hotel situated is quiet.. Upon arrival they immediately welcomed us and help with our luggages. Smooth check in and approachable staff! The lobby is fantastic! Very good concept and a lot of lounging area. The room, toilet and linen are all clean. In our room, there is enough space to open big luggages. It seems that is newly renovated. The breakfast is wow! Variety of food is served and healthy drinks as well! We super loved it!! The pool is clean! Luckily, theres not much of guest using the pool and we are able to fully enjoy it. We highly recommend to stay with Prostyle!

Well located and designed. The hotel has a unique decor and scent. Everytime we step inside the hotel, we were touched with its unique smelling and ambience. The staff were helpful and keep us stay in touch via whatsapp. One downside is about the each room located close to each other. You can hear the loud noise when others open or close the door and if they came in and out late night, you will be woken up easily. If the door not closed properly, the siren noise will come up very loud as well.

My stay was quite comfortable except when the power went out one night but was back on within 2 hours. Rooms are a bit worn but a good value for the price I paid. Breakfast was included and the food was very good. Enjoy a bowl of fresh Pho with my morning coffee was a good way to start the day. Employees were very helpful throughout the visit.

This is a very nice hotel in every aspects. The room is well-equipped with nice bed and pillows. There is free laundry, sauna, swimming pool and gym. Most of all, the Staff are most helpful, pleasant and caring. Especially to Annie and Harry for helping us by sharing helpful information about our next destination in Vietnam. We loved our stay here with staff very welcoming especially Jay at front desk. The wifi was super fast in the colab area (+120 mbps) and very good in the room (+90mbps). Location was central and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

My family spent our last night at this hotel during our recent trip to Hcm. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread here. There was something for everyone in our group. The lobby had a retro chic vibe to it though the rooms do not reflect the same qualities. They felt a little dated but are clean, nevertheless. We are particularly appreciative of the service rendered by one of the staff members,we failed to catch his name but he helped us with our luggages and offered directions and recommendations.
My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights before returning to the uk . Beautiful quirky hotel, modern hotel with complementary afternoon tea . Breakfast was better that our 5 precious hotels .sound proofing could of been better in our room , we could hear next room run a bath both mornings at 5.30 . Slightly disappointed when we asked the reception to printout our Boarding Passes we were charged for this . As this was one of the more expensive hotels we’d booked i feel this should of been complementary. We hadn’t been charged in any of our previous hotels and had also paid a lot less per night . On a plus the Hotel smelt amazing, beds are comfortable and we had a bath 🙏

This was my second stay at Prostyle Hotel, which should tell you something, to start with. This downtown location is close to everything and if it all seems confusing, the staff will assist with a local map that begins from the hotel. Speaking of the staff, they go far and above what normal hotels do to make your stay pleasant--in this regard, I can't say enough. Trips to and from the airport are relatively painless using the GRAB taxis (the best way all through VN) and the staff will help familiarize you with that if you haven't already learned it. The hotel offers a decent "free breakfast" and once again, everyone there is willing to take care of your culinary likes. I highly recommend Prostyle for your stay in Saigon!!

We initially stayed on room 108 on the first floor, but rooms number 8 are right in front of a nearby restaurant that operates late into the night and it was incredibly noisy. However, after we spoke to front desk they moved us to floor 10 but still in room number 8. You are still able to hear sounds of the restaurant late into the night but it was better than nothing. Would recommend provided you stay away from room #8

The staffs were friendly and willing to help us to resolve issues with taxi drivers due to language barrier. The check-in was smooth. When checking out, we have to wait for around 5-10 mins as they were checking our rooms. The buffet breakfast was decent and gave options. If you stay for multiple nights, you may find most of the foods were almost the same. We got free lunch which was also decent even though we had only 4 options. The rooms were below our expectation which were old (our personal opinion). As we traveled with young children, the location may not be great. In the neighborhood, there were several businesses (i.e., massage or night life establishments) with many girls in front of the businesses.

I book it in a very last minute to have a staycation during reunification holiday. Room was spacious, but bathroom ain’t have enough light. The bathtub has curtain and water leaking everywhere, no matter how hard I tried. Minibar does not have additional drink, you must order via QR code. Breakfast lack of variety, and staff seem not fill the food on time. They also don’t have baby chair, which is an disappointment. When I check-out, I got double charge for the F&B fee. They said that the machine not work at the first time. But when i am home, it is said that i was charged twice. Hotel contact me and said that their company account only received one payment. So annoying. Lastly, they don’t have bellman so we had to carry all stuff by ourselves. It is not what I expect at a 4* hotel.

It's our second year in a row in HCM for the holidays, and we fell in love with it back in 2022. And still booked the same hotel in 2023. Other than its convenient location from all the tourist spots, the food was great. Everyday you have healthy choices in their buffet. Their staff is truly accommodative and makes sure you enjoy your stay in HCM. It's an adorable and beautifully designed hotel. It has all you need for a simple yet elevated travel experience.

Stayed for 1 night. I smelled a strange odor. Woke up early morning to find out there was a big stain at the center of the bed. Informed the reception during check out n was told it was a food stain. I don't think tje bed sheet from previous stay was not replaced. TERRIBLE!

i requested an iron for my dress, but the iron wss super dirty that made some mark on my dress. i complaint to the staff they do nothing about that ( surely they say sorry) . So I will advise others don't use their iron unless you check it very. front desk is not helpful. asked for whether can do late checkout, they immediately ask me to pay. they can simply tell me they cannot do late check out instead of asking me money right away. room is old. shower not good so don't expect you will have a very nice shower at night. lobby is nice. won't stay there again.
