most clean hotel i ever visit in kota bharu”
the hotel was super clean and i love the smell on the blanket so wangi..and the room big enough and comfortable to stay..I rate 10/10 for the room and cleaniness but the problem is i can hear sound from the outside.. car,birds chipping start from night until morning...cant sleep..if the room is soundproof this was the perfect hotel ever..hope the management can do something with the window to make is soundproof

This hotel is perfect as it was located at the centre of the city. Walking distance to pasar siti khadijah and bazar buluh. It is very clean as it was new hotel. The downside would be not so soundproof. You could hear construction drilling at night. The curtain was a bit thin. Overall it is a good choice for a great location and fair price

This is a very new hotel. It is almost like bed and breakfast but a little more upgrade. The room is spacious. They provide light breakfast. it has a nice area beside the check-in counter where you can have your drinks/breakfast while looking at the scenery outside. My room is on the upper level. No iron provided for each room, but you can do your ironing downstair where you can have your coffee afterward at the space next to the ironing section. The famous Pasar Siti Khadijah is 1 minute walk from it. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. it's worth the money.

The hotel is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff was friendly and even showed us to our room. They also provide free light breakfast (some kuih) and water dispenser for convenience. The hotel located beside Pasar Siti Khadijah, Parkson and The Store. Downside - no elevator and limited parking.

Best Boutique Hotel for backpackers”
The room is very spacious and comfort. They even provide the praying mat and Quran in the room. It's nearby to almost all the attractions in the city centre. They also serve some simple breakfast like local kuih at the common room. Since it's located directly in front of Siti Kadijah Market, the traffic there is very jammed during the morning until evening. Since it's new, it's a bit hard to locate, so instead you can put Kamdar as your destination in Grab/ Maps. It would be better if they can provide toothbrush and better soap, and door tags so that they know which room need to do housekeeping and which one shouldn't be disturb. The wall is quite thin though, you can hear noises from other rooms. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again for the next visit to KB. Hopefully, the hotel keep up the good work so far and continuously improve to be better and better in the future.

All is good, strategic location, easy to get public transport, easy to find food, beside to Pasar Khadijah (market). I have concern on safety in the toilet, the drainage cover need to see because might be not safe for guest and can cause injury if not handle with proper. The cover need to change to plastic and not using metal. Drainage a bit small and water flow is slow and take time to clear. Everything during my stayed was good, reception and staff very friendly. Amazing stay near Pasar Siti Khadijah”
Perfect! Very close by to Pasar Siti Khadijah(to eat breakfast and lunch, buying goods), near to KB main bus station(express bus to KL, local buses to Pulau Perhentian or around city). Also, near to Komplek Mara where foodtrucks are selling food every night. The staffs are very friendly and helping. Free light breakfast and plain water available 24h. The room are big and we had a splendid stay here. Definitely will choose here again in future trip to KB!

Sure, sound proof could be improve. Also the sink and the mirror is too near. Water cut off, kelantan issue. But seriously no complains with that price for a very comfortable place to sleep.

It was a nice stay—certainly not the best, but it ticked most of my boxes for a budget hotel. There's no elevator so if you're travelling with old people, this hotel might not be the one for you. The hotel is very close to Pasar Siti Khadijah, shops and eateries. It's right in the heart of Kota Bharu. The cleanliness of the room can be improved (smelled sort of damp when I first entered, but it went away after the AC was on). They have a pantry with free drinks, bread and if you're lucky, you'll find kuih. Oh yes, you'll get an access card to enter the building as well, so you can come back at any time you like. Overall, it was a fine stay. I will personally come back to this hotel.

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Near to Pasar siti khadijah, just a walking distance.. the room is small but good enough for overnight.. the hotel do giving free parking for 2 hours on the next day.. will visit again this hotel
