Bedsheet was not clean”
the bedsheet and the cover was not clean enough, our body feel ithcy afterwards. do not have toilet paper and there is no hanger inside bathroom. beside these, all still can be acceptable. floor is clean.

Acceptable but shocking service ”
Arrived very late and was met with absolute rudeness. No wifi towels or toilet rolls despite it being mentioned on website during booking. Apartment we saw first terrible and asked for another apartment , all this early hours of morning and when tired and in need of sleeping. Service needs improvement ( the lady we spoke to one the fone was wonderful) and please ensure there are towels toilet rolls available when checking in. On plus side short walk to restaurants and in quietish area (apart from dog barking on stop)

Holiday with family & sibling, satisfied with the apartment we stayed. Very convenient near to town and spacious. There kettle, Fridge, Oven, TV & Towel. Apartment with lift at level 3.. Will come again. Keseluruhan nya Bagus. Bercuti bersama keluarga & adik-beradik, berpuas hati dengan apartmen kami tinggal. Sangat mudah berhampiran dengan bandar dan luas. Terdapat cerek, Peti sejuk, Oven, TV & Tuala. Apartment dengan lif diTingkat 3. Akan datang lagi.

Walking distance to tanah rata town which is good. Need to drive about 5-10 minutes to brinchang town if you want to go to the market. Things will be different during peak season as volume of car traffic will be high though they have relocate the market. Need to carefully plan your trip else you'll stuck in traffic!

My family and I are very satisfied with the apartment we stayed. The apartment is very clean all the bedsheets and blankets are clean and new. Both the showers are working well. Excellent service from the staff as they are staying nearby and rushes to help anytime during our stay

Need serious improvements”
- TV not working. - one of the heater is not very hot and in bad shape. Safety is a concern! - kitchen sink is in bad shape - no fridge - no place to hang clothes in toilets & bedrooms! This cheap improvement should be done. - sofa has cracks - please check the mattress & blanket, we felt itchy after sleeping on it. - everything seems old and worn out. Suggest to do refurbishment. - the curtains cannot fully cover the windows. Privacy is a concern! - This place need serious improvement!

Value for money”
This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 9 persons. The water pressure is good and both heaters are working. The pillow and linen are clean and dry. We stayed at the top floor (3rd floor) and there is lift access. It's better to stay at the top floor since there is foul smell from the drainage at ground floor. Driving is recommended although a 15 minute walk can lead to the main street of Tanah Rata. No designated car park but there are many of them surrounding the apartment.
