Good Enough but there is always room of improvement”
The view from my hotel was stunning and I really love it. Request for 1 double bed but its not availabe so we got 2 twin beds which is still acceptable. The cleanliness of room and toilet was ok. My concern is only the TV. It was old and not functioning. Hopefully can be improved so that the guests can happily enjoy their rest time in the room. Thank you 😊

This hotel is pretty old, but the staffs were very helpful. We booked for the wrong date and they were nice to change it for us with no extra charge.

OLD AND NEED RENOVATION”
This hotel once being the best and excellent but due to the age getting old, I think its need more renovation on the room. Some people said you get as what you paid but for me as long it is paid by money they should offer at least clean and good facility inside especially the bathroom.

Open the door and the view leaps out at you. Stunning on a (rare) clear day, mysterious and dreamy in the mist. Basic old rooms with some modernization. Come for the view.

Family holiday trip”
The hotel is quiet old. High time to do major refurbishing. Floor tiles came out; carpet smelly with the edge protector missing - sharp metal object purtuded out and pricked my feet each time walk in and out of the toilet. Air-cond seem not being serviced. Furniture, tv, sanitaryware definately need to be replaced.

Needs an huge makeover”
My husband and I stayed at this hotel on a weekend. It is located on a hill with a very scenic view of the whole of Tenom. The hotel staff did what they had to do, no extra effort on being friendly or welcoming. As we entered our room, we were immediately hit with an uncomfortable smell of a stuffy room. The carpet had stains on them, they facilities in the room were outdated, there was a boarded wall in the bathroom, the flush was faulty and the blanket was itchy. I feel like a major renovation should be done to this place as it could be a potential tourist spot, being on a high land. We left knowing we were not coming back again UNLESS they upgrade the whole look and facilities provided at the hotel.

On the outlook, it looked magnificient but upon check in, we found the carpet smelled stale. Uncomfortable. There was no floormat at the washroom or bathtub. Being an old building, there was not enough sockets to charge the phone. TV reception was bad.

Very Old Fashion Hotel”
The hotel was located at a very good location which is on top the hill surrounded by the greenery with good fresh air. Generally the hotel was acceptable but too bad all the furniture, TV & set up are way too old. Should do some renovation at least change the TV to LED. Further, no WIFI .

Really like the view from our room, floor 6th. Although the facilities were not that tip top for now era, but still enjoy the stay for family bonding. Got tv, but no service😅

Lost in the upkeep of this place.. A lot of work to be done. Bathroom tub is sad, shower hose is ridiculous short, i had to squat to shower.. and i paid to stay here ? The panorama is a breath taking sight though from the hills and the fun pub was still blaring noise even at 3AM. THE MANAGER must be asleep LOL

There is always a room of improvement. The location is good, the view of my room was stunning but I think the hotel need some improvement especially the room. The dust in the room is ... My TV also not working but that ok since I don't really watch it ☺️

There are limited hotels in Tenom. In comparison to those smaller scale hotels/ Inns which we previously stayed, we are actually quite satisfied with this stay.

Perkasa needs renovation ”
I give credit to the water heater.. the air conditioner and the view. The hotel is too old.. the tv in my room was not working.. i was in the third floor but the centipede was found in my room. The bathroom was creepy with the plywood wall and the door was about to fall down anytime. The lock on the window also broken.. the bed was not really welcoming 😅. Please do major renovations. Sorry for the honest review. Keep it up.

Counter service very poor”
I booked through this hotel at Agoda for a business trip, other hotel do provide the invoice with company name, here they don't provide any invoice even personal name. The hotel all facilities old, smelly room and lamp will auto on then off. During check in, I request a big bed(request on web booking), however receptionist advise me take 2 single beds room located at 4th floor due to the big bed room located at 2nd floor, there is no people, this is maybe she hint me quite terrible or maybe something will happen if i choose to stay on this floor. No choices, i take her advise, however the overall experience is uncomfortable.
