Worth more than the price”

Good location, only 5 mins from Nankai(train for Kansai airport) Osaka metro, JR. The building is old but you can tell they do the best to keep it clean with this low price. Reception open hour is limited, but didn't cause inconvince to me, and the staffs were so nice and welling to help. The bath is shared(separate man and female by time), means you may be naked with other people around. No need to feel shy since you're enjoying the very Japanese traditional style living. The wall is thin so you can hear other people if they speak loudly. So of you stay here please also consider about others, keep quite when it is late, and I believe you will have a good experience of staying! :)

My stay in Park inn was great. For first time we naked in public shower room and shower together with strangers, Japanese style room, good location because very nearby to subway station（动物园前尺） and JR station(Shin-imamiya).Convenient store is just nearly and there are some attraction spots is just in walking distance. The staffs are friendly. Basically all Japanese are very polite, friendly , and helpful although they are not very good in English but still able to communicate.

Near dobutusen mar exit 4 and clean”

The place has very basic yet Japanese style accommodation. Single room in tatami with common bath. It is near the Dobutusen-mae station exit 4 just behind the Taisho Hotel and Sunplaza 2 hotels. Very near family mart if you need late night food. There onsen with schedule. But you can use shower but need to wait if someone else is using. I will still use this hotel if I come back to Osaka!

You have to get used to: 1. The smell of cigar in the room and hallways 2. Japanese style public bath (being naked with others) which is scheduled based on gender If you are non smoker, ask for a room with 2 windows, you will want to open it to get rid of the cigar smell

It is valuable very much to its price, so it is a good place for someone who whats to save some cost. Nevertheless, it is not proper for couple or family travel.

There are 8 floors. Shared shower room only one at ground level. No private shower room. Men and women must take turn using shower room. Evening for women, night for men. Every level has private toilet. The hotel is very dark. The hallways look like scary movies. I never see anyone except in shower. I didnt feel safe going out outside after dark. Location is very good because very near to subway (Dobotsuen-Mae) and JR Station ( Shin Imamiya) There are Family Mart and Lawson convenience store across the street. Near Tennoji Zoo and Museum of Fine Arts. Tsukenku Tower also near.

Acceptabke, value for money”

This hotel is close to station and value for money, however in term of cleanliness, its not too good in the public area. I saw a cockroach on the corridor one time. So choose some other hotels if you are really hygiene- concerned. Otherwise, its a good hotel overall.

Park in is really inexpensive, you get a nice looking 3 tatami room (in need of a new coat of paint) with a locking door for less than the price of a bunk bed or pod in a near by hotel. However, the walls are paper thin, the air con doesn’t work, there’s no daily cleaning, there’s only one mixed gender wash room and the toilets always seem to have just been used by that one person with no personal hygiene... If your a frequenter of hostels this is a good hotel for you, if not pay a bit more for one with a private toilet and two washrooms

pros: The staff was quite punctual and came on time to open the front. And he was polite, quiet, and speedy. cons: I was told by a staff at the front that any guest is allowed to smoke in the room regardless of the booking type after I got sick with the heavy smell of cigars and went down to the front to confirm my booking as "no smoke". The smell came from the room itself so even their cleaned bedding facilities won't help. I wasted half of the following day to recover from the headache caused by that smell.

Since the price is so cheap so I don't expect too much. Only if you want a place to sleep, i think this is the hostel that I would probably come back again.

The location is very good, just a few steps to train station and other famous local sites such as the tower and teahouses to the south *cough*. Room is quite spacios for a budget, single user. You can probably put a large luggage and sleep with room to spare. There are toilets on the floor, but for bath you need to go down to entrance to the communal bath. The place is more suited for male, single traveller imo.

If you are solo and want a simple private room for a night at a low cost, this is the place. Convenient location near Osaka's landmark Tsutenkaku tower and a minute from subway station and Nankai train station.

It's really close to 3 key stations which you can take to go to many various places almost direct. Downtown has a lot of cheap eats. Fine dining and chic boutique up market shopping is around the corner at the tall glass tower Adbeno Harukas. Spaworld across the road is a must. Convenience store fanily mart a step away. Hypermart with cheap everything Don Quiote across road. Yah this is the seedy part of town but realise Japan seedy is just not the same as elswhere in the world seedy. The most well mannered homeless bums and crazy discrete polite street folk I've ever met

Smelly Old Hotel”

Besides the location is great, too sad the hotel very old and yet the wet smell very very strong from the lobby to the lift, and in the room as well. Hopefully they'll improve in the future.

Great choice for the low budget travelers”

Very good place to stay. Super close to the metro station. Just be aware that the receptionists only work till 11 pm, which means you can only check in before this time.
