Good location. The only downside is it dont have microwave in the room. It has microwave in the lobby store that you can use tho if you dont mind walking. But overall, its worth for the price.

Excellent Location”
Pacific Bay is in the center of the shopping area with lots of late night restaurants. Big and clean rooms. All staff are friendly and helpful.There is free parking for the guests. It would be better if there are several channels to choose from. But overall we had an amazing time staying at this hotel.

VALUE FOR MONEY WITH GREAT LOCATION”
The bed was very comfortable, excellent ac, hot and cold shower, clean room, the location was very near to Tumon beach, has a big parking space if you have a car. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great value for money.

Good for business stays”
So the room we had was really old but the manager helped us to relocate to a newly renovated one. If you are in Guam for business purpose their rooms will suffice. The location is not on the beach but easily walked. Conveniently located near restaurants, convenient stores and shopping area. The staff was extremely pleasant and made up for the the lack of “vacation aura” in the room. All of them did their best at making you feel welcome and tried to accommodate requests.

Guam is just a small island, you don't need lots of facilities and 5 star hotel while on tours. if you just need a place to sleep and leave your things go for this hotel. they don't serve breakfast but that is ok, there are some nearby to-go fastfood chains and family mart just outside the street. restaurants are just across the street and outside the building, so nothing to worry. We have a connecting room that has 4 beds and a bathroom. spacious in a way for a group of 4.

Water Drops in my room... -_-;;;;;; There is No hair drier, of course there is no WiFi... I recommend this hotel if only you need a room just for a sleep... Bed is Double size.. so you can sleep with your children. Employees are very kind and ready to help the passengers...

Outstanding Staff”
The staff were excellent. If you like coffee in the morning when you wake up, plan to walk somewhere outside of the Hotel, there is no coffee in the room or motel. If you get up before the stores close to the Hotel are open (around 7:00 am) plan to drive somewhere to get coffee. You have to pay for internet service and it appears to shut off at around 11:00 pm every night. You have to pay to use the hair dryer.

the room and size of room was alright even if some amenities were not included. some disappointments were: wifi-wifi was paid for which i didnt mind but what was disappointing was the connection gets cut off in the middle of the night. reason given was that they were full. so if you are charging all your guests for wifi why dont you upgrade the speed of what you offer? hot water-no hot water. i was told somebody closed the valve. or i should run it for 5-10minutes. till they finally fixed it on my last day but still i should run the water for 10-15mins before using. really?

Go elsewhere”
It’s great for location in Tumon and one of the most affordable. Except it’s pretry terrible. AC goes out. Water goes out. Plastic sheets on the bed AND pillows. There is a ref, tub, and it’s close to restos. Still if you have a car I really recommend looking elsewhere.
