We booked the Oceanfront room and the view was fantastic! Pools down below, hotels on both sides, beach and the water right in front of you. The balcony was big enough for the whole family to just relax and hang out and enjoy the breeze. The room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom which was great. Usually bathrooms with bathtubs in other hotels tend to have these molds around the tub area, making it a bit disgusting to relax with a bubble bath. Not this one, it was especially clean so the kids really took advantage of having bubble baths every day. They had an automatic toilet seat which was pretty cool, too. And the toiletries provided were lovely enough to really use. Wifi was pretty fast, and there's the usual bedroom slippers, hairdryer, iron, vault, and mini ref. There were lots of drawers and closet space. There was a flat screen TV, a sofa, and the beds had lovely sheets. Towels were replaced daily, and the sheets were always made when we get back. The complimentary coffee was quite good. They had a coffee maker in place, but were gracious enough to send a microwave and electric kettle when we requested for it. Waiting time for the staff to come to your room was a bit slow, we had to follow up several times before they came for whatever it was you needed, but aside from that, service was good. The hotel had beach access and had different pools with waterfalls and slide so the kids had so much fun swimming and snorkeling. Towels were provided by the pool, just make sure you bring the pool towel card given to you, so you don't have to worry about bringing one, and you can bring it up to your room where you could shower to your convenience. Floaters can be rented out for pool use, as well as for beach use along with boats, canoes, snorkels, volleyballs, beach bikes, etc. The hotel was also smack in the middle of the shopping scene, with it being connected to The Plaza mall right via the lobby area. Location: Main Shopping Area + Main Beach Area Staff: Very friendly and helpful Room: Superb, good for families with kids. Excellent Location but can improve on staff service”
Location of hotel is centrally located. Along the busiest area in Guam when it comes to shopping. Shuttle service has several stops near the hotel which makes it easy for public transport. Restaurants around the area open early morning and late in the evening. Staff service though needs more improvement. Paying a huge amount on the room rate would entail good service. There were several request that they didn't accommodate simply because they don't want to allot more time on providing what we need. For example, from the room, we called concierge to help us make a reservation at a local restaurant for dinner, concierge staff told me just to come down and request while in the lobby. Another is when we were requesting for ice packs because we were bringing breastmilk with us to the airport. They said they had ice packs but manager said they have other use for the ice packs and could not give us.

this hotel has the best location if you are looking for a nice beach getaway. their pool is very big...and even when busy doesnt "feel" so busy. food is great in all three restaurants. you dont need to have a rental car when staying at the hotel, but in the event you do, there is adequate parking at outrigger as well as directly next door at another hotel...and the parking is free, even if you are not a hotel guest. would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to others.

Best location and near to everything. ”
We never regret booking here at outrigger. Quiet expensive but accessible to everything. You do not need pay for transportation that much because its near to everything unless you will go to the other side of the island. Outrigger is near to malls, has its own bus stop near to exciting restaurants in the island.

Perfect Location”
Right on the beach and easy access to restaurants/shopping makes for the perfect anniversary getaway. In close proximity to tour start point which also made life easy. The view would have to be the worst part of our room. Barely any ocean view that we paid for but mostly building rooftops and parking lot. Nicely kept bathroom although it was showing signs of aging badly. You're paying for the convenience of location here...and a comfortable bed.

Great location, center of tumon. Beach was great but no beach chairs for hotel guest at the front beach. And we requested for a spoon and fork in our room they charge us 2usd for just bringing the spoon and fork in our room

Outrigger is an excellent choice for people who don't want to drive. this hotel is located in the center of tourist street so, all you need is to walk a few minutes to go restaurants, shops and beaches. Well maintained but, as the hotel was built far more that a decade, it is the right time to renovate facilities and rooms. Foods and the service were O.K..

my room was clean and staffs were so kind to us. its location is the best for shopping and taking a walk at night safely. Though its swimming pools were too small for adults, it does not matter as it has beach in front of hotel so that i could swim at the beach like hotel swimming pool.

Stayed at deluxe ocean room. Room is big and see part of ocean view and city view. Requested for air transfer but did not meet anyone . Took a cab that cost $26 including $2 for two luggages. Turn out to be cheaper as hotel transfer cost $10 per person . Overall happy with the hotel except brunch breakfast was fully booked when we want to reserve 2 days before . Beach seems private owned as we need to pay for seats at beach .

Outrigger in general aspect is very good. Location across duty free. The plaza shopping mall which houses furla ,gucci and cole haan among others is just located besides the lobby. Room is big.( we stayed in an adjoining ròom 1217 n 1219). Bathroom is okay but shower not separated from tub. Plenty of hot water. Room temp is okay. But the problem is the bedding. Its not duvet . Just a blanket sandwitched in between sheets. It was so itchy I had attacks of allergies. Mild but troublesome. Overall would come back but would probably request a duvet before coming in. We didnot eat inside the hotel as there are plenty of restaurant around.

The staff weren't that accomodating. The flight coming Guam usually arrives early in the morning. Their check in time is 3pm. So if arrive early in the morning they will not accomodate you. They will not even offer you any options so you can rest from your trip. They will just tell you they are fully booked. So you have to suffer the consequences of either booking extra day or paying extra to check in early or stay in their lobby which you will not be able to rest becaus it's a mall people are coming and going. Its a nice place but the they should do something about guests arriving early. That when they book give them options. Lesson learned from us we waited in the lobby for 7 hours just to check in
