Modern Japanese style Ryokan”

I was looking for a hotel with large bath and non-buffer breakfast. Yuen meets the criteria. And exceeded my expectations. Stayed 2 nights. They even changed the breakfast menus slightly for 2nd day. Great service. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful onsen”

This was an incredible find. The hotel is new, incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed. The star of the show is the onsen and sauna. There are two indoor pools, and one large outdoor pool, plus a sauna. The changing area is spacious. The roomwear is really comfortable (and stylish). Highly recommended, it's a great place to stay in Sapporo.

新しい和風スタイルのホテル”

関内の案内(ドア、エレベーターホール)も印刷物も、字が小さくて全然見えない。 こだわってるのかもしれないけど、大変使い勝手が悪いです。 お部屋に遮光カーテンありますけど、上と横に隙間があって光が漏れます。設計ミスだと思います。 2階の温泉は気持ちよかったです。目的が温泉だったのでそれは満足。よく眠れれば良い。 ただ温泉に行くときの下駄が重いし、鼻緒のところが足が痛いし、使えないのでスニーカーで行きました。

街中で温泉”

2泊しました。当初定山渓温泉に宿泊を考えていましたが、札幌の中心部に温泉旅館があるということで由縁を選択。汲み上げではなく沸かし湯ですが、温泉気分は満喫できました。 部屋はモダンで洋室でありながら和の雰囲気も感じられます。 まだ新しい施設なので大浴場も清潔です。 湯上がりにはアイスクリームのサービスもありました。 ひとつ希望するとすれば、浴場内に時計が欲しいかなという点です。 場所も札幌駅、大通り公園付近から徒歩圏内で近くにはコンビニもあり便利な場所だと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

建物内 設備は オシャレだけども… エレーベーターを待つが、到着したのが分からない 部屋のドアのロック解除も、ランプが小さくカードで見えない(フロントで説明も無) 玄関部分が狭いので、ドアを内開きすると履き物も有り 出るのが大変 バスタオルを干すスペースが無 清掃の人が お風呂場や廊下で会っても挨拶しない そんなホテル今まで泊まった事が無いので不満です。 隣がファミマなのは良い 2回目に宿泊したいとは思わない！ 市内には、他にも沢山ホテルが有るので…

施設はコンセプトが統一されていて綺麗でした。 朝食は小食の者にはちょっと多そうだったので食べませんでした。 軽め、もしくはブッフェスタイルだと良いと思います。 また、大浴場が15-25時のみなので、朝風呂を楽しみにしている私からすると、朝入らないのは次回の選択に大きな影響があります。 せっかくの素晴らしいホテルなので、朝風呂は是非検討していただきたいです。

少しお高いけれど”

和調で統一されたお部屋はとても素敵でセットされているアメニティも良い感じ、もちろん清潔感も言うことなしでした。（用意されていたお茶やお菓子もおいしかったので、思わず同じものをお土産に探しました。）食事はとれなかったので周囲で探しましたが、近くにはあまりお店は無かったです。料金的には少し高いですが、特別な時には良いかも。
