Our stay has been fabulous, a very comfortable clean hotel with lovely bathing amenities, the most comfortable bed and bedding in all of France. The staff were amazing at checkin giving us directions to rental car return even called them to check if OK to return at different location than pickup and getting a price for doing so. Even put the address into our phone maps to find our way! Location is very close to the Louve. So far have walked everywhere and not finding things too far but we are used to walking!

Great location and excellent stay”
Stayed 6 nights. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone due to it’s location. Metro at doorstep and has direct train from airport, many different metro lines connected to the station for ease of travel around Paris. Many eateries around within walking distance. Clean and modern room. Recommended.

Location is really good, overall is fine except if you will ever need an extra bed in the room, the "sofa bed" definitely is the least comfort to be sleep on. It is dented at the middle ( I suppose many has sit on it) and dirt can be found on the blanket surface after removing the sofa cover. Sofa bed, just don't!

Great Location but beware of mosquitoes”
Pros: The location of this Hotel is Great! Easy access with subways and surrounded with many restaurants and bars. It is also closed to a supermarket for groceries. Cons: I would had rated 5 stars if it wasn't the room number 400(near the lift) is heavily infested with mosquitoes even during November?! Every night I killed around 8++ mosquitoes! My poor little daughters both got bitten so badly by these mosquitoes till swollen and itchy for a week+ ! I complaint on Saturday and Sunday but no action was taken by hotel side probably due to weekend? When I checkout on Tuesday, I complaint again directly in front the receptions and then only I was only given Accors points as compensation.

Great hotel with a few small caveats”
The hotel is located in the heart of Paris and offers comfortable and spacious rooms. To ensure a quiet experience, we requested a room facing the inner garden. Some items left by previous guests were found in the room, and the sheets had some stains. In general, these indicate that the hotel is not very clean. Additionally, our reservation was for a King size bed (160cm), but we got a double bed (140cm).

Unimpressed”
Our room was very hot and the dial made no difference. Asked for help and the doorman was sent to us. He turned the heating to off and said 'see'! With no way to open a window the room remained very hot. In the end we packed up one day early and left the hotel.

Good location with clean rooms and friendly staff”
My stay was overall good. The room was clean and fits 3 very comfortably. The only issues were (1) we checked-in around noon and was told to come back at 2pm. We came back at 3:10pm and it still wasn't ready. I was told to understand that they couldn't clean all the rooms at the same time in the noon-3pm timeframe (despite having already checked-in at before noon and normal checkin-in time being 2pm). Even better was they couldn't even give me a time as to when it would be ready. After some pestering, they finally gave us a room 10 minutes later, which made me wonder what internal communication issues they have. (2) The second issue was the electricity went off completely in the room, but we called the front desk and the problem was resolved immediately. The location is a very good one, close to Chatelet and Les Halles stations, with access to RER trains and many subway lines. The hotel has good security and is close to many shops on Rue Rivoli. There are also a number of sites within walking distance - the Pompidou, Notre Dame, and slightly further down, the Louvre. The staff was very friendly overall and gave good directions to places we needed to go.

Great location, comfortable bed, room a bit small”
Great location, usually stay at Citadine next door but managed to get a very good rate at Novotel by booking a year ahead. Breakfast is excellent, hotel very convenient next to Chatelet-Les Halles station - Exit Berger. There is construction outside the hotel, but don't bother us as we are out and about while they are at work. Staff are great, excellent service and all smiles throughout.

Very well sitauated near plenty Paris attractions.”
my daughter and i stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be very well sitauated. very near st germain where we most most evenings to eat and walk and also close to gay and jewish areas. les halles is buzzing and will be even better once new shopping centre opens around train station (right opposite the hotel). unfortunately novotel les halles does not offer twin rooms and the sleeper bed was extremely hard but large clean room, well serviced and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and spacious rooms for a 4 * Hotel”
great value for money as the rooms are spacious (1 double bed and a sofa bed) and could fit 3 pple. room and bathroom was clean and bigger than yr average 4* paris hotel. great location as its right at forum les halles where the subway (mainb station to change for lots of lines as well) is, shopping centre and lots of boutiques, cafes and restaurants round the corner.
