At this price, with THREE AIR-CONDITIONED rooms, being close to the train station, AND free UNLIMITED 30Mbps Wifi, it is the best value in Kuala Lumpur! You wont find any other place like it! ;-)

This is actually our little apartment that we lived in prior to moving to a larger place. It holds so many wonderful memories for us, therefore we decided to keep it and lease it as a property on Agoda. It's a cozy little 3-bedroom apartment, 950 sqft in total, and we purposely 'designed' the interior to give off a different feel/vibe than other apartments. Alas this is what we got, and after years of living in it, we decided to lovingly call it 'The Bat Cave' for the unique feeling of serenity that only a cave can give you. ;-D

When choosing an apartment in Malaysia, do pay attention to the details; some apartments are not fully air-conditioned.
But The Bat Cave is FULLY air-conditioned. The living room, master bedroom, 2nd room and 3rd room ALL have a/c units and ceiling fans.
There are two toilets both complete with warm water showers.
There is a television, cable TV (HyppTV), UNLIMITED high-speed internet Wifi (30Mbps), Android/Web TV (with free streaming movies), fridge, stove for cooking and water filter that dispenses drinkable water.
There is also a washing machine for all your laundry.

The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (for 2 persons) and will be kept locked if there are less than 3 guests. We will unlock it for use if there are more than 4 guests, or by special request. ;-)

Guests will be able to use the facilities in the condominium, i.e.:-
Gym, Swimming pool, children's playground, sauna and squash court.
There is also a launderette, cafe and small grocery store in the premises. All these facilities are located on the 5th floor.

And for guests that arrive with a car; good news: There is 1 secure parking space free of charge.
*And do take note, access to the parking space is the best and most convenient when compared to apartments/condominiums in the area!

I dare say the location of the condo is the most accessible (in the area) in terms of public transport (train), taxicab or car. :)

The condominium itself is located nearby the Batu Caves KTM train station. (15-20 minute walk or 2 minute drive [RM5] by taxi).
From the KTM station, you will be able to ride the train to KLSentral (only RM4 / USD1!) and all other destinations dotted near the train and Light Rapid Transit (LRT) grid. You can literally go around the entire KL from there :)

Alternatively, you can hire a cab into town, where a ride into Kuala Lumpur CBD (e.g. KLCC) should cost around RM15-20.

The best thing about our location (if you are driving), is that you can enter Kuala Lumpur CBD without going through toll (via Jalan Kuching)
