i stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights because of a concert at Bukit Jalil. When I wanted to check in, I was told that the hotel was currently having a problem so the staff told me to stay put until she found another outlet to transfer me. After an hour later, she said the other outlets were all packed and booked and left with the one at Kajang. However, it is way too far so I decided to just stay. The staff told me there’s an alternative option for the problem so it is all settled in. I really like the customer service, Kak Mirza served me and she’s very very kind the whole time. Big kudos to her. I just wanna say if you’re looking for the best hotel or even clean one, not here. The room is quite mouldy but if you do not mind of it a bit, then go on. Because I barely stayed in the hotel room. The location is very strategic like so many restaurants or cafes you can walk.

I recently stayed at the Swing & Pillows -Sri Petaling , overall had a positive experience. While it may not offer all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, it provided a comfortable and affordable stay. The rates were considerably lower compared to other hotels in the area, making it an excellent option for budget-conscious travelers. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The hotel maintained a decent level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooms were tidy, and the common areas were well-kept. However, it's worth noting that some areas could benefit from minor maintenance and updates. Comfortable Accommodations: Despite being a budget hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the linens were fresh. The room was adequately equipped with basic amenities such as a TV and a clean bathroom. Friendly Staff (Mirza): The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They were available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, making me feel welcomed during my stay.

The moment I stepped in, greeted by cheerful Mirza! She also knows the area well and helped me with hotel and morning market recommendations Room itself is clean, although it has a slight smoke smell (I guess previous guest irresponsibly smoke in the toilet despite no smoking rule) My only issue was the guest in neighbouring rooms who was chatting till late midnight and I could hear the conversation very loud, and next morning early morning I could hear someone watching tiktok very loudly Might not be suitable if you are a light sleeper as you can hear what's going on in next door rooms Otherwise I was very happy with my stay! Most importantly for me was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and they delivered in both instances!

Affordable price with 4 pax can fit, room still can consider large and comfort for group traveler. Staff name “ Mirza “ very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient place for staycation as it is surrounded with shop lots / cafe / mart.
A Good Place to Stay”
this hotel located at very systematic place whereby there's speedmart beside the hotel, family mart, mixue, sushi hiro, and walkable to cu mart, chagee, beutea. a really good place to stay if you have an event at axiata/ bukit jalil, staff were so polite, and you can place your bag there before check in process at 3:00 PM. the only exception here regarding the pipe in the bathroom at room 109, it's quite ketat at first, but then I manage to pull it through by my own, there's also few plugs (electric) broken, I thought my charger is malfunction, I hope the staff will have a look at room 109 (on the electric plugs) overall, it's a great place to stay, please do stay here, the prices is affordable and near to axiata (grab around RM8-9 not in peak hour)
