Mooie grote kamers, maar het hotel is oud en dat zie je. Debadkamer is vergeeld. ”

De transfer va de airport verliep wat vreemd. De hotelbus was al vol toen deze aankwam en wij moesten wachten op een taxi die ons naar het hotel bracht. Dit was wel gratis gelukkig. Terug hadden wij de busbaan 07.00 uur. De transfer duurt ca. 25 minuten. Hotel ligt wel bij Narita, maar om er te komen rij je eigenlijk om het vliegveld heen. Personeel veelal Filipijns. Erg vriendelijk. Baliepersoneel is Japans en spreken slecht Engels. Ook de crew van div. luchtvaartmaatschappijen verblijft hier.

Goed hotel met een uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Het internet was vrij behoorlijk. Gratis pendeldienst naar shoppingcentrum en van daaruit lopend naar Narita centrum. De kamers waren iets gedateerd. Helaas was het buiten zwembad buiten gebruik. Personeel correct en vriendelijk. Ring vergeten in het hotel en zonder problemen werd dit gratis verstuurd.

Net Hotel voor een overnachting”

Moesten voor een stopover in tokyo vanuit australie een nachtje in een hotel. Hebben gekozen voor Radisson omdat deze goed gewaardeerd was. Ook de shutle service vanaf Naritta Airpoirt uitstekend geregeld. In 20 minuten bij het hotel.

top hotel, vriendelijk personeel! kamers erg mooi en trendy en net zoals in europa grote kamer met alle gemakken voorzien flatscreen enz..enz... zou er zo weer terug gaan.

Omgeving onaantrekkelijk, goede busverbindingen.”

Het hotel wordt voornamelijk door airline-crews gebruikt, maar ook de individuele reiziger komt aan zijn trekken. Door het goede busaanbod wordt de ligging enigszins gecompenseerd, maar het ligt wel aan een ongezellige weg, die weinig te bieden heeft. Enkele kleine restaurantjes liggen op ca. 10 à 15 minuten lopen. Geen geluidsoverlast,noch intern noch extern. Klein winkeltje aanwezig. Restaurant niet gebruikt, dus oordeel zinloos!

Staff were incredible, helped us more comfortable when the room we booked didnt accommodate us as expected. The onsen next door is incredible the food is great and the onsen is an experience in itself. Transfer buses to airport and Aeon mall are regular and efficient.

This property, although adequate, smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I had a hard time sleeping. We were in a non-smoking room.

Everything is Old”

Location is near airport but very remote far away from city. We have to wait 45 mins to prepare our room..facilities are old and room is not also clean..

Didn’t tell us about free trip to outlet mall from airport, hotel was 30min from airport without jam, can’t imagine if with jam.

Decent hotel for overnight stay before heading to Narita Airport ”

The staff are very accommodating and caring. For some reason, my booking which was meant for 2 adults + 2 kids ended up becoming a booking for 1 adult only. Upon check-in, I asked if they could give me 2 twin beds so that we could rest better. They acceded to my request and even came by my room with extra towels/a bag of toiletries for my kids. The shuttle bus to Narita is a big plus. On weekends, they have buses as early as 6am, which I took to catch a 9.30am flight. No complaints and a pleasant overnight stay.

This trip wasn't really that nice for me and my daughter. There was a storm in Narita that day and the hotel shuttle bus from the airport did not arrive on time and we had to wait for 3 hours for the shuttle. The reason the hotel concierge gave us was that there were floods along the way which caused a lot of traffic going to the airport. But other than this, I like this hotel and this feels like home to me.

Enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to airport, Narita Station and AEON Mall is great. And the free access to the nearby onsen was a nice surprise.

The last leg of our trip was sent here so we could be able to reach airport for our flight. The staff are friendly, especially Cris, a Kabayan who assisted us with a smile.

Nice Dinner Buffet”

I reserved a business room with dinner and breakfast. The food was great. A lot of selection between Asian and Western food. I did not pay attention to any other facilities or amenities due to my jet-lag. I went to bed by the time I made it to the room. I had my dinner at 9.30, 30 minutes before the restaurant is closed for business. The restaurant crews accepted me and gave me a great services. There is a shuttle from/to airport to/from the hotel and there is also a shuttle from/to hotel to/from AEON Mall. Please check the time table at the concierge.
