Easy to find, near bus stop for Go KL blue and red line. The staff are friendly. very close to the city center, you can even see the top of twin tower in front of the hotel. However, it is unfortunate that the bed sheet is not clean, there was stain but still acceptable for me and there is no daily cleaning service (I didn't ask for this but I'm expecting they will clean the room daily). Regardless of that, I will definitely come back again! Thanks OYO 168 Aira Hotel.

The room looks a bit old, but the room is spacious, At this price, I think it is not bad. Location is pretty good for me, but for general travelers, I can not say that it is so good. WIFI is slow and very unstable, I hope you improve it.

No parking provided. Options either private car park located behind the hotel (walk 1-2 minutes) will cost around RM7 - RM10 per entry which after 10pm it will be opened freely but make sure to get out from the parking before 7AM next morning (depends on your luck if the staff yet to arrive) OR public parking which difficult to get as it is limited. Night time the place is not so safe for a walk, can see prostitute / shemale / addicts lingering around. Walking distance to Monorail / LRT around 10-15 minutes of walk.

Forget about hot shower”
There is no hot water most of the time. We stayed at this hotel 2 days and it was impossible to make a shower! They did not explain the reason. I think there is limited quantity of hot water for all rooms(( Also Internet is very slow.

Window didn't shut”
My issue in this hotel was that the window wasn't closing and on back street there were crack smokers and prostitutes and people running and screaming all the time. In top of that the fence that should protect the window from possible invaders was cut off. So I was in a room with no protection from possible invaders in a very suspicious street. I talked with the receptionist and he tried his best to help me. He even tried to cal someone to repair it in that moment but it was weekend so nobody was available so I asked to change to another room and they told me every room had broken locker on window. So I asked to cancel the room and they told me to call Agoda since they couldn't do it themselves as the payment had been done directly to Agoda. I couldn't reach Agoda by phone so I decided to stay and left all my values in the reception and nothing wrong happened. I also had really bad sleep due to tremendous noise from the street.

Bedsheets & towels were dirty. Room very small & very dark due to less light installed. Bathroom very small with no hot water. Low water pressure too. Power sockets were broken. Door lock was broken as well - feel not safety staying inside. Only 3 local TV channels but image not clear.
