Pros: 1) Location was good, walking distance from LRT. 2) Price was good. The room was well managed with all the facilities you need for a house. 3) All good and recommended for stay. I've booked with them 3 times. Cons: 1) Early check out at 11am coupled with late check in at 3pm with no exception unless you pay extra for it. 2) Registration process takes some time as you need to pay deposit of RM50 for the building lobby door card (can be paid by cash) and another deposit of RM200 to room operator for the lift access card (cannot be paid by cash. 3) Parking is charged per day rates from RM15/day which could be heavy if you stay for many days.

This is a condo in an apartment building. It's so clean and well equipped. The building is attached to a metro station or you can take a short taxi ride to KL Sentral. I thought it was brilliant and such fantastic value for money. If you book it please note that it is not a hotel but that the apartment is in a well equipped massive high rise residential block. There is a concierge on the ground floor for key collection and drop off. All in all an excellent concept.... massively recommended!!!!..... when I go back to KL this will be my first choice.

Checking-in is personalized. I had a dedicated employee to process my registration. The moment I entered the space, it feels just like at home. All basic necessities are provided unlike other apartments I've been to. We are talking about kitchen wares, tablewares, hangers etc. The loft space is very comfortable for 2. Maximum we can fit in 2 more adults. Safety is awesome. All areas need to be tagged to enter and your room has specific code. All is Good. Location is strategic to nearby LRT station. Pretty close to MidValley and Bangsar area.

The location of the building just 1 minute walk to Bangsar LRT station and just 5 minutes away from KL Sentral. The place itself is very clean and very nice interior. P/S : If you want to park your car in the building parking lot. Do validate your ticket at the Security counter to claim you RM15 per entry. Or else you need to pay almost RM90 for parking. The parking rate is ridiculous, its way more expensive then you park at KLCC.

The apartment are clean and neat. Apartment view are great~Check in are fast. Staff are friendly. The place got swimming pool & gym, also a bridge link to Bangsar Station. The building have carpark but need to pay for RM5/hrs. As the apartment don't provide free parking. We have to park the car along the hotel road side, is safe. Apartment located at center of the city. To klcc, mid valley, jalan alor, the garden need about 10-15min drive.

Pros: 1) Good central location 2) Apartment is secured by access card 3) Cosy with a city view at the master bedroom and balcony Cons: In actual no cons, nothing we can complain about. Love how it can fit my fam of 6 pax (can fit up to 8!), place is so clean, and the cafe botanical co at the lobby serves really awesome coffee and pizza!!! We will be back for sure! 🙂

Comfortable stay”
Been here for second time.Everything’s was still nice.Clean and comfortable stay.Good soundproof too for the house.If u have drive,may park your car beside building ALILA car park.The only things to mention is they didn’t provide any free parking but u may change a parking tickets with ALILA car park management office which is charged RM15 per entry instead of park one day for RM50 .I didn’t go out after i checked in,so that’s no a big problem for me.

a good place for families to stay in as there are many beds! the unit also located right beside the train station so it is very easy to access around the city. (for people who prefer to take public transports). overall this place is clean and would suggest people to stay here. (pls be informed that this isn’t a hotel and it is a serviced apartment) :D!

The place is nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but would be better if the provided choices are more variety. The cafe serves very good coffee. The facilities all convenient & very nice & clean. The staffs also are helpful. Not very much places to eat nearby, but we enjoyed cooking our meals in kitchen. Parking is quite expensive.

Having a great time here, nice facilities with infinity swimming pool, good location linked with LRT station. Nice appartment with clean room and bed. Having a problem with connecting wifi, but the host was fast response and helpful. Netflix provided, spending great time with friends.

It was very pleasure to stay here at est, it not my first to stay here because of the environment i love it well, it was very convenient for use to travel around cause there is a mrt station nearby and also nearby city center, im travelling with my partner which really enjoy it. The room is clean, comfortable and cozy. It make me feel home.

Nice staff , near LRT station and bus access, excellent position in the heart of town, one station away to The Garden and KL Sentral ,6 stations away to KLCC , also convenient change to MRT line to Bukit Bintang . The room was super clean , TV with Netflix.

For nowhere boutique suite overall good maybe i get good floor /condition. They have great location but the wifi connected but no internet due to missed paybill to TM..so it little bit boring when i stay there lucky i just stay one night . All tv is smart living using internet..no have normal tv.. The staff very helpful but they could not do anything regarding the bills internet to TM because management quiet busy to do checking the bill. The internet important thing need to be improve in future.sometime people check in due to want to rest or do gathering with family at luxury accomodation.

The whole suite was so spacious and it is equipped with everything that you needed for cooking or shower. Not to mentioned that it is so comfortable to stay if you're a couple and looking for a chilling place to stay for your vacation, as me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back for visit!

I've stayed at EST twice and will choose to stay here again next time I'm in town. My partner doesn't want to stay anywhere else! Very spacious, quiet, great view of the city. The kitchen was clean and came with all the essential cutleries.

New Serviced Apartment with awesome facilities”
Their unit is clean and big . Exactly like what photo shown. The location is good as well, near to KL Sentral and LRT station just opposite the condominium. Excellent stay and enjoy the jacuzzi and the big pool too! Highly recommend!

Nice room, include kitchen ,washer cum with dryer. But no free parking provided, it charged RM 5 per hour or RM 15 per entry per day ( need exchange parking ticket and pay the fee with security at lobby ). Overall was good, highly recommend!

So clean with modern furniture!!! Nice view you can see KL. Easy to get parking. Near to LRT. Swimming pool & Sauna at 9th floor. Staff are so helpfull. Super fast check in. Really recommended!!!
