Het was een prima guesthouse alleen behoorlijk gehorig, hadden geen raam naar buiten dus dat was minder fijn. Het hostel wordt op dit moment verbouwd dus dat bepaald ook wel de gehorigheid. Verder prima!

Hotel location is in the beginning of china town. If ur driving there is a open space carpark nearby next to a police police station charging max rm10 per day. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean. 2 types of showers in my bathroom. Toiletries are provided. No water provided. Overall we're happy.

Pros; - receptionist was lovely and very helpful - room was impeccably clean - bathroom was clean, shower was amazing. It was a rainfall shower and very modern - it was next to lots of local places and a market for souvenirs. - the location would be difficult to see when the market is on but ask anyone with a stall where amigo hotel is and they’ll take you - super helpful. - Drinking water - clean and filtered drinking water both hot and cold at reception so you could make coffee - secure rooms and great air conditioning. - clean bedding - towels provided in rooms - close to a lot of Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions - within 45minte walking distance if you’re physically able, if not it’s around £2 in a taxi to get to places like the Manera and the Petronas Twin Towers. Would recommend!!! it was perfect and I wish we’d known about this place on our first visit a few days earlier. This was our second time - an overnight stay due to flight next morning.

The receptionist girl is very bad : impolite, rude, unqualified. She made me wait on hour for nothing and threaten me to cancel. They she stopped when i started recorded her. The room is good. Just the staff is bad.

Good location with cheap accommodation price”

Situated inside the petaling street, suitable for those traveler who did not have transport(no car park provided), MRT, LRT is free hundred meters away. Room is small but enough for few days stay. The cleanliness is okay but the facilities a bit old and not working well, the water spray at 308 is having problem. Overall, it’s suitable for a short stay. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

The good: The hotel is located within the central market on petaling st. It's hard to find it at first because it is hidden behind shops and stalls. The staff rotate, some are nice and some are so so. The hotel is clean overall and housekeeping is offered. The bed is comfortable The bad: The hotel is quite run down. The room is so small you may not even have enough space to store your suitcase, if it's not a carry on size. Btw, when it says room with window don't expect any view. Mine had a view of what seemed to be a roof of another building or a dump. The air in the rooms is so dry, even though the weather is very humid. AC is old and sometimes worked fine, other times gave me a hard time. TV in the room, but only has one local Malaysian channel working Water fountain gives room temperature water only and is located near the lobby No toiletries provided. Just a soap dispenser and a useless toothbrush Broken toilet seat and shower head mount. Not accessible to handicapped ppl

Expensive for what it is”

We booked here for the location and requested a large bed, the reception didn’t tell us the fact they were full and couldn’t have a large bed! They just imposed us two single with no apologies and no compromise. When we arrived in the room the floor was very wet as someone just take a shower in there and the best part was in the toilet someone used it and didn’t flush it!!! Last point no window in the room. When I asked to explain she told if you want room with window it’s more expensive! So I definitely don’t recommend this hotel

If you dont mind the noise coming down stairs since this place is located right in the china town, then you're good. The location is great, you can easily reach the street markets, not just chinatown, on foot.

Nice Stay”

Check in and Check out time are very strict by the philipine lady. Hotel room are nice and clean. 1 card given for 1room. No kiblat direction or pray matt availaible. The water dispenser and lift button broken abit. The evening indian staff (liana) is very friendly and helpful. Hot water was malfuntion in 5th floor. TV mostly local channels. Pillow n bed are clean, no bed bug. Stay for 3days. It was moderately pleasant.

The front desk insist check in time 2pm. I have to bring my heavy bag for a walk for 1hour plus in the sunny day. Once check in.. Aircond barely works. TV only lame local channel. Water heater not functioning. Sink clog, toilet pump barely works. Plus when the elevetor button getting repaired. Ask for change room twice.. Didnt get. No praying matt. They dont know the qiblat direction.

The standard room with window that we booked wasn't really city view as mentioned as the small single window is located behind the alley, television was installed in a tilted angle which kinda difficult to watch long and rooms are not really soundproof as midnight could hear the streets noise and other room door sound etc but shower heater works fine and bed is still acceptable for a budgeted price.

Nearby to everything”

Located next to Central Market MRT/LRT station & situated at the entrance of Petaling Street. It is very convenient as KK mart, food court etc located just nearby. Room is very clean & tidy too. Friend is friendly which is added point as well.

All basics provided, just what we needed”

Just the basics you need to explore Kuala Lumpur. Room was clean, working air con, hot rain shower with good pressure. Only glitch may have been the weird alarm that goes off after you close the door. And some may feel uncomfortable about the trans women hanging downstairs at all hours of the day. But we were fine, there was no soliciting and we always felt safe.

the dormitory is on7th floor on terrace, looks like store room or garage, not clean, the bathroom and toilet is shared by men and workers, workers live next door, bed bugs seen so i left the place, staff are not that helpfull.
