A brand new hotel, minimalistic (which I appreciate), very friendly staff, a 4min walk underground to the gate entrance of the subway. Unfortunately, we were not able to try breakfast due to pandemic restrictions. However, thats hardly a problem, because the hotel is located only 6min walk to a very popular Kwang Jang Market, a target location for many Netflix specials about different food stalls and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the location for anyone trying to check out Dongdaemun.

compact rooms but well organized for good use of space. it is very new and bathroom was well designed and sparkly clean. very accessible and environmentally friendly. nice toiletries and very comfortable beds. automated luggage locker rooms was so convenient. self checkout kiosks and nice lobby with free coffee/water. clean modern water/ice machine on every floor i felt comfortable using even in covid19 times. with the discounted prices I would stay again and recommend. it is near so many subway lines so you can get anywhere in seoul within 30-40 mins or less.

This brand new hotel (new as of January 2020) is, as you would expect, spotlessly clean, and the staff seem eager to please hotel guests. The price - for a new, reasonably well located hotel in a major city - is a highly attractive bargain. For a traveler such as myself who will be away from home for several weeks, the presence of a washer and dryer on site is a plus. My hotel room is the smallest I have ever had in any city, but again, for the price, I can make do with the teensy space. The lounge, restaurant, and reception area as well as my hotel room have a fresh, bright feel to them, which makes the hotel a pleasurable place to return to at the end of the day.

I've seen this hotel show on up my searches, and I decided to give it a try. It was even better than I expected. A fairly new hotel, lobby area is large, clean, and staff friendly. I got a standard double which was a very good size for a standard room. For me , the bathroom and shower is very important. Great, good size bathroom with overhead shower. Location? If you walk north a little bit, you will get to the outdoor market, where there is a lot of great food. Overall, I was impressed with the high quality, good size of room and bathroom, and overall value. I would highly recommend for any business or leisure traveler.

It was good ! It’s a brand new hotel that opened this year. Everything is clean and staffs are so nice :) I didn’t like location. You can find the hotel easily because it’s right next to big street but You have to walk to the hotel about 7 mins from subway station. I like shampoo ! It smelled very good

The room is new, clean and tidy. Staffs are nice and helpful, fluent English speaking. Airport bus stop just in front of the hotel (6001), CU and GS25 are nearby. 5-10mins walk to the station. Nice experience overall!

New hotel but not that great”
I came this week and there were no customers. The staff put me on the lowest floor, facing rusted balconies in the back. If there are no customers especially because if coronavirus, please train staff to at least face the front. The room is quite small but I didnt mind. However, there was some hair left from before and one of the bath towels had a huge brown spot that you can clearly see. I have pictures of it but not sure how to upload. When I was checking out, staff were talking to 2 men leaning on the counter, which I didnt think was professional. Please train staff better and have better cleaning. This hotel is new and it can definitely improve more

Front desk service is wonderful. So helpful and nice. Only con I can think of is the breakfast. For 13,000 KWN per person I expect some food that was edible. Do not recommend it and chef was not good.
