8x nights at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi”
Excellent staff, daily housekeeping provided but also advised if you are there more than 2 nights to opt for enviro friendly housekeeping which is just daily emptying rubbish bins, replenishing towels etc. but they will not make your bed/change sheets everyday if you opt for this. Otemachi station 2-4 min walk from hotel and can easily get from there to Tokyo, Shibuya, Ginza etc. but there is Kanda Stn just another 5 mins the opposite way if you cannot get to where you need to from Otemachi. Google maps was our bestfriend for getting around. Rooms were enough space for 2 people with 2 big suitcases, definitely bigger than the average room in Tokyo, very clean and amenities are provided in lobby area. Kettle with tea/coffee provided in rooms and 2x 7/11’s and a family mart within a minute walk for convenience. Laundry service is offered but quite pricey. They only have 2 laundry machines in the hotel so often waiting in a line to utilise and can only wash/dry up to 6kg at a time. We found a laundromat 6-8 min walk from the hotel in Kanda, only 1200-1400 yen for a 7-16kg load. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

This hotel provides an exceptional blend of convenience and comfort. Its advantageous location in Tokyo (a mere two minutes from Otemachi station and within walking distance of Tokyo station) positions you just steps away from convenient amenities and transportation options. Additionally, there are establishments such as 7-Eleven and Family Mart located nearby, along with other dining options. All essential amenities are readily available in the lobby or within the room, allowing you to pack light for your stay. We were able to secure a Wide King room for our family of three, which proved to be highly convenient.

Stayed for 5 nights in early Dec 2024. I wanted a hotel that is near Tokyo station, this hotel is about 12 mins from the station. Walkable but not really as near as I would like. As expected with Mitsui hotel, staff are professional, the hotel is clean and well maintained. Room is spacious with walkable space though feels stuffy when you enter when the aircon is off. Basic amenities provided with pyjamas. Wifi is ok. Some snacks and drinks are provided free for guests on the first floor in the afternoon till late night. Otemachi station is around 4 mins away and Kanda station which you can transfer to the monorail to Haneda airport is about 6 mins away. Nothing much in the vicinity.

No frills and close to the subway station ”
The rooms are clean and they will provide clean towels every day during your stay. It's a hotel near Tokyo so it's small, but that's to be expected. They seem to rotate some breakfast items daily and it's always plentiful. The staff are friendly and will clean your room daily. There are laundry facilities onsite. Conveniently located it's about a 5 minute walk to the Tokyo Metro (subway) station. They can extend your checkout time for a maximum of 2 hours (1,000 yen/hour) though you may need to ask in advance.
