Simply the Best”
This is the 3rd time I chose this particular hotel while in Korea as I always had great stays. I booked three rooms to bring my folks and my two sisters up to the “Seoul Sky” lounge which is at the 123rd story of the iconic Lotte World Mall (highest structure in Korea). They really enjoyed the complementary sauna and Olympic size indoor pool, and the meals were top notch! Be sure to buy their lounge meal package during your stay, as it is a great value. The Breakfast buffet is comparable to what you would get at Caesars Palace or Wynn in Las Vegas. The 28th floor lounge dinner was exquisite (it was rack of lamb and lobster, along with open bar). We were able to take my 90 year old parents to the Seoul Sky Lounge by walking from the hotel, without having to drive (a big hassle in Seoul, really). My folks also enjoyed this short walk/wheel chair ride through the Lotte Department Store and the Lotte World Mall. This hotel was perfect for this little outing, as they are simply unable to do that type of activities at their ripe old age without having a comfortable place to rest. This is by far my favorite Lotte hotel over the one in Jung-Gu or Je-Ju, although I had equally great experiences at those hotels. I would definitely come back and stay here next time I return to Korea.

Best Hotel for Family with Young Children ”
Stay here and you get 50% discount on the Lotte World Adventure Park tickets. There is a passage entering the park straight from the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. Downside, far from places if you need to find something to eat at night. Most of the restaurants around closed at 8:30 or 9 pm.

Great location for easy access to Lotte Adventure and to subway that provide excellent connectivity to many destinations. It’s convenient for getting anything you need from luxury goods at Lotte Mall to getting trendy but less pricey clothings at underpass stores. Easy access to good food around Jamsilseanae!

Enjoyable stay but slow check in”
Loved the newly renovated rooms. Appreciated the small washing machine which came with our room. Nice to stay near Lotte World after a whole day out. There were discounted Lotte World tickets for hotel guests. Check in was awfully slow though, had to wait for more than half an hour and one of our rooms were not ready.

My kids are between 5-12. They choose lotteworld over Disneyland Tokyo and DisneySea. Feels safe for the kids. And the indoor is huge, so even if it rains there is still a lot of things to do.

Great location for family fun. Direct access to Lotte Adventure World from hotel's side entrance with no queue nor hassle. Guests also get a discounted entrance fee with 1 time re-entry. Direct link to Lotte World Mall & Tower for shopping and food. Very convenient. Hotel amenities are of great quality and very new. My double room also came with a sofa bed! Highly recommended it.

Crowded during weekend!”
During weekend it was super crowded, so many ppl at breakfast. Breakfast for child is around 21k+. Location is superb, very convenient, view in front of my hotel room is the seoul sky, nice! Below is the lotte dept store, link to lotte world, himart and lotte mart. Opposite is the lotte duty free, seoul sky and lotte mall. Overall it was nice stay, we enjoyed it, but they do not provide special service for birthday celebration.

We stayed at Lotte World Hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is across the Lotte Tower, connected to Lotte World Adventure and underground passage to Lotte Mall. I love the sauna, indoor pool and the gym. There's a lot of decent restaurants to eat inside the Lotte Mall

Good facilities and best in class service”
I travel a lot and have been to a countless number of hotels and this one has had almost the best customer service. As a Korean that hasn't lived in Korea, I was not familiar with traveling within the city but Alice at the front desk was a life saver. She went through the trouble to look through the map and explained in detail on how I could get to the multiple destinations. Other staff were very friendly too and were eager to help. Facilities were good but I would say that well trained staff this hotel's strength.
