A valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or EU National ID) is required at check-in. Please note we do not take PPS cards, Student ID or Blue cards. Payment must be made via a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount. No-shows are charged the same as late cancellations (full price of stay). Groups (8+ people): Different booking policies and terms apply. Outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. All payments are non-refundable. Groups (4+ people): A refundable security deposit may be required. Payable on arrival via credit card pre-authorisation. Fully refundable on departure, subject to adherence to house rules. Charges & payments: All reservations are charged 3 days before arrival (per cancellation policy). No cash payments accepted. Age restrictions: Guests under 18 are not allowed in shared dormitories. They must book a private room with an accompanying adult. Booking a shared dorm as a minor will result in a cancellation fee. Fines & penalties: Any damages to the property will result in a fine of up to €200.00. Tampering with fire equipment will result in immediate expulsion and repair fees. Smoking on site will incur an additional €150 charge. Other details: Towels are not included in the rate; available to rent for €3 each. Alcohol consumption is not permitted anywhere on the property. Reception is open 24 hours. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
