We made a super last minute booking for our family of 4, we got 2 rooms for 2 people each (everyone above 18). The staff were absolutely amazing, they let us check in early even though we couldn’t give them any notice ahead, we were not charged for that. There was free breakfast included every morning and the selection was quite good, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables available which is amazing compared to the usual beige coloured selection in Canadian hotels. Every single staff member we met, including the housekeepers were absolutely so kind and did everything to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, the room a decent size for the price and the bed was very comfortable, which was amazing when we were so jet lagged. We had 0 problems and everything went incredibly smooth considering we made our booking only 2 days in advance. Thank you Hotel Kyriad for being so accommodating and welcoming to our chaos. We had an amazing stay in France and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative part is that this area of town is a little scary to walk around at night, but we still ran into no problems (beware of the pickpockets on the subways however) Merci Beaucoup!

Location was not too bad. We have to walk to the metro about 10 mins. I don’t like the neighbor hood too much. But it’s not bad. Room is small but very clean. The staffs is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay & good value for money (a little far out so a metro journey into Paris everyday)”
Lovely staff, very clean room. Good value for money. Didn’t like walking around that area at night. My daughter and I got the metro into Paris centre every day and got a taxi home (€13) I would stay here again but definitely wouldn’t walk around late at night as it looked a bit shady. Loved the late night pizza that you can get in the bar! Room was cleaned everyday. Lovely friendly staff & really helpful. It saved a lot of money to stay a little further out. Easy to get into the centre of Paris as the tube station is very close to the hotel and is very cheap - we used the metro tickets to hop on and off buses to get around the capital. It was a good experience to use the public transport but be wary of pick pockets and keep your rucksack on the front when travelling on the metro. Same as anywhere really. We had a great stay and the staff had a taxi waiting for us at 5am on our last day to get back to Gare Du Nord (15-20min cab journey) tube stations are next to all the main attractions

This hotel is comfortable and clean. It will change the towel and bed sheet everyday. There are some supermarkets nearby. It takes 10 minutes to metro station. It is safe at night.

Good location and budget hotel in Paris”
Sadly it’s a lost opportunity as reception staff are of poor quality and generally not properly trained in essential greeting and dealing with clients.If this would improve then the hotel could be a gem as it’s well located and has parking facilities which makes it very useful for Paris.

Hôtel très mal entretenu ”
Point positif : L’accueil du soir madame était assez sympa et petit déjeuner assez bien mais assez cher pour ce genre d’hôtel, le lit très confortable, aucun bruit dans l’hôtel. Point négatif :l’accueil du matin Amina devrait faire une formation pour bien accueillir les clients, un sourire c’est gratuit, la manière de parler on dirait qu’elle vous agresse. Concernant la chambre sale beaucoup trop de poussière, la serviette pour les mains était sale, la robinetterie cassée, les plaintes cassées. J’ai l’habitude de prendre des chambres kyriad dans différentes villes de France c’est la 1re fois que je vois un kyriad dans cet état. Je pense que le directeur devrait revoir tout cela.

kyriad 3 étoiles pour des prestations d'un formule un. Chambre degeulasse, à moitié faite. Aliments des clients précédents encore present dans la chambre. Fenetre ne se ferme pas. WC battant cassé toilette qui bouge. Odeur nauséabonde émanant de la baignoire. Joints dans la douche noirs moisis. Toute fois je tiens à signaler que Imene la personne de l'accueil est très disponible pour le client et professionnel.
