Amazing deal! ”

We were really happy about our stay in Karaksa Hotel Grande. Location is just 5 mins away from the Shin-Osaka Metro (where JR -Shinkasen transfers are also located). We didn't expect it would be that cold when we arrived in Osaka so we appreciate the hotel's effort in providing guests with Free Body Warmers everyday. The hotel is also very clean (white clean sheets; no weird smells). I also like that they asked guests to choose if they would like the eco-stay option or the standard stay. Choosing the eco-stay will get you 1 coin/day = free drink at their vending machine. But more than the free drink, we appreciate their efforts to save the environment & involving guests in making this conscious choice too. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Osaka again.

This is a new hotel (opened Nov 2019) and it was great. The room size was good and not as small as we feared. Everything was clean and new. Staff was professional and helpful. Note that we were staying at Karaksa at the time the coronavirus was in all of the News stories and the hotel gave out free face masks to its registered guests. Location was a short 5 min walk to the Shin Osaka station. Karaksa was therefore a good base for our trips out to Kyoto and the rest of Osaka.

Best location, room, facilities, clealiness”

I found Karaksa the best choice hotel for location that is near to Shin Osaka which has JR, Metro and Shinkansen and lots of restaurants. It took abt 5-8 min to walk to station. Staff are helpful and very nice. They delivered our luggage to the room already when we got back to the hotel at 9pm in the first night. The room has everything even more than we expected - a small sofa, a bath tub, pajamas (compared to what we heard about hotels in Japan). Beds are comfy two pillows (hard and soft). Shower was strong and we can put two (one big and one small) luggages in the room. Lawson downstair- u dont need to go out of the building and public bath which is very clean and not crowded. Room is also clean. The building is new and well designed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fyi that I had two beds standard room.

Excellent stay with satisfying service!”

As the name implies, this hotel is strategically located near Shin-Osaka Station which makes it easy for us to travel. The rate offered is quite affordable, considering the cherry blossom period which should tend to be more expensive. We got a fair price when taking into account all the facilities they have, starting from a comfortable room, an amazing level of cleanliness, a great location, that leads to customer satisfaction. What's more special, we even got a free upgrade to a panoramic room on the second day, because there was an issue in the bathroom in the previous room. We are very grateful for the help given by the staff on duty during our stay. Finally, we highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Osaka next time.

Very close to Shin-Osaka Station. The closest exit being the platform to Nara and Metro. If you want to take Shinkansen or JR lines, will have to walk a but further up in the station. There is a Nissay building on the way to the station, with restaurants e.g MOS burger, Doutor, Osaka Ousho etc. I walked thru that building for shelter. There is a walkway that is linked to the station in case of rain/snow. Staff were very polite and are always eager to help. Fast service! Room is comfortable. Very nice hotel. tiny Lawson just downstairs!

Close to shin-osaka station and good service and good facilities”

Take around 5-7 minutes from shin-osaka station. Hotel is easily to find and there is lawson shop where you can buy goods. The room price is reasonable with good services from staff. Public hot bath is also available for guest. Recommend to stay here if you look a place with good price and close to the station. I will definitely stay here again if I travel in Osaka.

love the location, about 7min children walking pace from exit 4 shin osaka station; lawson at GF, laundry with only Y500 available at 4th fl; love the hotel-made tea in a bag served at breakfast, its a pity they dont allow me to buy it; very clean room, unique connecting room layout, suitable for family traveler; friendly staff; love the food served at breakfast; love the welcome kit, really makes you feel noticed; if there is anything left to suggest maybe they can isolate the smoking room more at least away from the laundry location; the rest, it is PERFECT

Good location, value for money ”

Location is good, walking distance from Shin-Osaka station. Just be sure to come out at the correct exit from the train station. There's a lounge that provides a wide variety of drinks, and guests can also eat at this lounge. So if you buy a bento or food from family mart / supermarket, you can eat them at the lounge instead of in your room. There's an ECO option for the cleaning of the room, which means they wont change your bed sheets on a daily basis etc. We took this option and were provided with coins to exchange for drinks at the vending machine. The milk is delicious.

A brand new hotel with a beautiful view”

The hotel is situated very close to Shin Osaka station which is a quiet part of Osaka. The train ride to Namba (close to Dotombori )is about 20 minutes which is not bad. We also found a ramen place close by which was a bonus. The view from our room on the 21 floor was beautiful and the room very clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

My family with 2 young kids stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Is a new hotel so everything is new. Is walking distance to shin Osaka station n quite easy to find. Staffs r friendly n they helped us to book a taxi early morning for us to a day tour meeting point. The bath area is good. I will stay this hotel again if I m back to Osaka

Very conveniently located at Shin Osaka 10-15 mins walk from station and all the eateries . The quad room is equipped washing machine and dryer is extremely convenient if planned to stay long. The breakfast is excellent with some of special local kansai/osaka local dish changed everyday. Very clean and spacious . Will recommend and come back next time !

My friend and I really loved this hotel! Everything was new and clean and the rooms were well thought out with all the conveniences a traveler would need. We especially appreciated the close location to Shin-Osaka station, which is a 5 min stroll from the hotel. There’s also public baths if you’re looking to have that unique Japanese experience.

The room was bigger than the usual rooms you get in Japan. So comfortable, neat and clean. There was even a washing machine + dryer in the room! Toilet bowl was separate from the shower, which was great. The onsen was also fantastic. Just a short 5 min walk from Shin-Osaka station, very convenient. Will stay here again when I am back in Osaka 😄

New hotels in shin Osaka. Walk 10 min to train station. We travel to Osaka whole family of six. Booked 2 connecting room with 3 bed each room. Spacious. Come with variety of selection of breakfast. Take haruda express train straight to airport. Convenience

This hotel's location is very easy to reach if you're from exit 4 thru the elevator of shin-osaka station. The staffs are very helpful, polite especially to Kono-san and Tomita-san thanks a lot. They're eager to help and give the best for their guests. Recommended... Hopefully when visit osaka again, we'll stay in this hotel.again.

Easy accessibility, just 5 min walk, to shin-osaka station for both JR line and Osaka metro. Room was well maintained and clean. Towels and PJs were replaced daily. Water was replenished daily as well. Useful to have microwave oven and washer in the family room.

Nice stay”

We had a very nice stay. We booked two nights to be closed to Shin-Osaka. The room was clean and modern but not very functional. It lacked space for stowage, shelves or wardrobe. Something to put a suitcase would have been appreciated. Breakfast was delightful. I would highly recommend the staff for their efficiency and professionalism.

New Great Hotel near Shin-Osaka station”

Booked with a great opening promotion price, excellent value but be sure to research for the walking direction from Shin-Osaka station to hotel beforehand to avoid stairs. Check in on 1st floor; there's a onsen on the top floor

Complete set of amenities, pyjamas and even a humidifier was provided. There's a public bath, laundry room and smoking room within the building. Very comfortable stay and Shin-Osaka station is just a short walk away. Staff speaks fluent English and very warm and helpful,

High Grande room is the best.”

Room has 4 single beds which you can join all members. It also has washing machine so you can wash your clothes without going down to use laundry service at 4th floor. TV has status update how laundry service is busy or not. Few minutes walks to JR Shin-Osaka and Midosuji Line via exit 4.
