Relaxing stay at the WinMin”
Pros: bed is comfy, room was clean, hot water shower and good pressure, included wifi and tv, bed was comfy, room was quiet at night, staff is friendly. Location by agora is extremely convenient for getting around the city or busing around mindanao. 7/11 nearby too. Lots of food options. Would certainly return! Cons (areas for improvement). The wifi constantly disconnects causing one to re enter the network password dozens of times. The speed is ok when connected but the entering of the password over and over is annoying. The rooms are dated with wear and tear on the furniture and flooring. However the walls are freshly painted so some upkeep is happening. Bathrooms smell good and are clean , a few cracked tiles but still functional. Not a huge issue for me but may bother others who are more picky. Would be nice if the provided drinking water refill in the lobby but there is a savemore nearby. A Fridge would also be nice but might be asking too much for the price they currently charge. Would also be nice if there was a hot water kettle and cups for coffee. We brought our own so it was okay but would be nice otherwise. Sometimes the cable had signal sometimes not. The tv included our room was also damaged from a previous guest so the picture was distorted, they should just cancel the cable and replace with smart tvs as that would be more cost effective long term. Minor stuff overall. Would recommend for short term stays!

Indeed, this is the most convenient location and facility I have ever been to. The best value for your time, money, staffs are so nice and helpful, the location is accessible to the bus terminal and the city. I am speechless.. I recommend this place and I will always trust them every time i travel to CDO. The rooms are spacious and freshly cleaned!! ♥️♥️♥️

It's clean, there's hot and cold shower, aircon is cold - very cold. Location is very much perfect for travellers as it is almost part of the Agora bus terminal. You get down from the bus and voila there is your accommodation just a few steps away. There's an RCBC ATM machine beside the entrance. There's Savemore grocery inside the market building and lots of other business stalls where you can buy what you need from food, to medicine, toiletries, clothes, footwear, pasalubong, and many others. Also inside the room, there's WIFI. Good for travellers on a budget whether solo or in a company of 2 or 3. No need struggling with your luggage. You can just walk in and get your much needed rest.

We had a great stay at WinMin inn. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the inn's convenient location near the terminal, which made our travel plans much easier. Also, the location was perfect, especially being so close to various food eateries or karinderya, and even fastfood, which made dining out incredibly convenient and budget friendly. It was great to have so many options just a short walk away. The convenience of nearby dining added to the overall positive experience of my stay. Additionlly, the option for an hourly extension was a great benefit and added flexibility to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future, and will recommend to our friends if they decided to visit CDO.
