Nice and clean with a great night club”
I only stayed one night, but check in was easy, the room was clean, had a mini fridge. Never turned on the TV, the buffet was just ok in my opinion, the menu items if they have them may be a better option as a foreigner, there were a lot of dishes I either was not familiar with, or were not to my liking, but the locals all seemed happy with it. There is no service as far as ordering a beer or glass of wine in the buffet area. Went to RJ's I think it was called which was a niggt club. The band that was playing was absolutely amazing. Had 7 or 8 members and the music which was mostly 70-80's rock. The service was good. I was worried the music was going to be heard in my room, but I never heard anything. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, that is the place to go on a weekend for a good time. Lots of people dancing (mostly girls) while the guys just watched - and they even had a free shuttle back to the airport which I didn't realize until I got there. All good...

Great place and staff”
I booked my stay through Agoda very easily and was able to get an executive room which was as pictured and indicated with a queen sized bed as their family rooms were no longer available. I did get an extra cot which was surprisingly comfortable and long enough to accommodate my tall husband when he would switch with kids. The place is conveniently located in the heart of the city and provided all amenities we appreciated and needed. These included an on site spa for massages which were very affordable (the hotel gives an extra discount for registered guests), an impressive fitness center, swimming pools for kids, and a few restaurants. I also used their business center to print out documents. Their buffet breakfast/lunch had good food and choices. We never made it to dinner both nights so not sure how dinner buffet was but we did order the room service menu which was also tasty. Staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Marathon event”
Loved the hotel, staff were awesome, room was clean. I think it just had a bit of trouble when it came to the breakfast buffet. But it was understandable. At that time the hotel was accommodating A LOT of runners who were starving after just finishing 42k, 21k, 10k and 5k (i was one of them. 😅) I had an extra day when most of the runners already checked out and the breakfast was really good.

It was an okay stay”
It started at the reception. One of the receptionist had to be told to attend to me. He looked reluctant to check my group it. My daughter said the bellboy joked that a body might be in the cooler that we brought. Weird and uncomfortable for my kid to hear. I was not around coz i was checking us in. The pool attendant looked bored but he did checked the swimming kids from time to time. Apparently, i had to deposit 5k to be allowed to charge anything to my room. Their e-wallet did not work so i had to go up to my room to get cash. The place is a maze. Not enough signs to show us where to go to find our rooms. Checking out. Had to call front desk twice to ask for a trolley. Checking out also took longer than usual. The room they gave us was near the streets and one could hear the traffic and people talking late at night and in the early hours of the morning. Got woken up a few times. The breakfast buffet was meh. Not a lot of choices. Wifi was not good. It would disconnect after a few minutes. Pros: clean and spacious rooms Beds are soft and comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Complete toiletries for 4 pax They has slippers we could use. Nice supply of clean water. Location: it is the best location as it is near the Church and other commercial establishments. Not sure if we will be staying there in the future though. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, this is good enough.
